My nails were extremely brittle and weak. She turned my little nubs into beautiful french tips. She spent extra time making sure that the prep was done right and ensuring that I loved the shape and style. I was impressed by how she painted the french tip with the tiniest brush. It was $86 without tip for the acrylic french tip extensions! I'd highly recommend and I'd come back again.

After some time, I decided to do a French with 2 small hearts on 2 nails. Apparently, that's considered "Complex nail art". The tech who had a mask and heavy accent told me the price in which I clearly didn't understand until I went to pay. YES, I was upset that my nails cost me $150 (no extension etc) when I went to check out! Despite me being surprised, I STILL TIPPED HER (something I regret had I known they would deny me service moving forward). What's more upsetting is that I had to CONTINUOUSLY CORRECT THE TECH (a "pro") while she was doing my nails. Why am I paying so much money and she can't make sure the white on my tips are actually covering the nails properly? Why did she leave actual gel on the sides of my cuticles? Lastly, why did I pay $150 and had BUBBLES IN MY NAIL BED? I showed the girl at the desk, and she HAPPILY TOOK MY MONEY DESPITE SEEING THE BUBBLES. Let me guess, that's all my fault too, right? You think they cared about the actual work done on my nails? HA! Yet, I'm supposed to happily fork over my money for mediocre work and accept it? You guys did me a favor by denying me service. I already had builder gel on my natural nails so that they could start growing out but they started lifting (these were done at a different salon). My appointment was with Liam and he prepped my nails really well after removing the old gel and did a fill in for me. I also showed an inspo pic of a design I liked and they were transparent with letting me know that I didn't select the correct service option since the inspo I had needed a more complex design. So I went ahead and chose to do a single color cat eye and I love it (: I would definitely recommend going here! She had no tools and was stoping every minute to get things she needed. She cut my cuticles and my big toe started bleeding, not once did she put alcohol or something to stop the bleeding. I got up and asked him why he didn't take me and he said in Spanish "I can take whoever I wanna take I don't need to do ur nails if I decide not to, it's my decision" I asked what was his problem and if it was cause I went to Amy a couple times because the last few times I was there I saw the division with the workers in the salon and he had a problem with his costumers going to the other workers which didn't make sense to me because it's a business and its his staff so it should be team work and if someone is busy then go to someone else until next time. But no he embarrassed me in front of everyone in the salon yelling out that he just didn't wanna service me and doesn't have to if he chooses not to. I left very hurt and upset that someone I went to for so long and always gave good tips and sometimes offered coffee or McDonald's apple pies to when I would stop before going in the salon would treat a loyal costumer like that. How he acted today was way out of character because we always had great conversations every time I've been to him for the past 5 yrs+ but I spoke up for myself and I'm glad I did because if he can't treat his costumers like that I can only imagine his staff.
