Before I dropped my mini Aussie Samson at his first off leash training with Matt at Allegiant…read moreCanine he was a crazy little pup with A LOT of energy and a nipping problem. I tried to discipline him the best way I knew how but it still wasn't sticking. I didn't have the proper time or experience to reaalllly sit down and do the thing with him and that's what he needed. He had a few manners when he wasn't barking at me to play or jumping from couch to couch, or using my friends' backs as personal climbing posts and licking them to death (let's not even get into the Aussie drive to nip/herd people and things which was the real big problem) Samson was a GOOD baby BUT* My fur pal that was returned to me is now an obedient, more relaxed little man! It hasn't even been 24 hours and I am truly blown away! We still have more training to do together (me more than him) but I am so pleasantly surprised to see how much he has already changed. Thank you Allegiant Canine for not only shaping him into the dog he was always capable of being, but for loving him like he was your own. I know that when he is in Matt's care he's in dog heaven, having the time of his dog life playing with other pups and being out in the country AND getting the HUMAN love and attention he needs. Matt handles each dog in their own special way, spending quality time with each and every one of them I never worried about him-not even for a second. If you're unsure about training or need some questions answered Allegiant Canine will not only give you the info you need, but will happily give a free consultation to meet you and your pup. I highly recommend this man and what he does- he's a dog whisperer for sure ! We love you Matt! Thank you for helping Samson and I have a better life together. I'm looking forward to the years to come with my fluffy angel! Love, Maris & Sam

She was overly timid, had separation anxiety, and basically ran the household. Tim came out for an eval, and within 10 minutes and a few tips, we could see a huge change in her. He spent nearly 2 hours with us explaining everything he does, what his background is etc. We felt extremely comfortable with him and decided to do the 4-week board and train. 4 weeks... sounds like a long time and we did miss her. Tim keeps you updated with Texts, Pictures and even videos on his website( password protected ). When Tim says the relationship between trainer and dog is the most important part of the training process, he means it. You can see the bond he built with our dog and she trusted him throughout the process. We got to see her after 2 weeks, to help with us missing her. We saw the process and it was amazing. Tim was excellent to work with, he gave us great instructions to take home along with a 3-hour long session when we picked her up, even gives a DAILY TYPED PROGRESS REPORT!. Did not expect that. I cannot recommend Tim enough. Every person I know that has had any sort of dog issue and is looking for a trainer... he is who I recommend. We do still have work to do as owner and dog, but she will learn as we go. It's not just training the dog... but the owners as well. Thank you Tim for the change you have brought to our girl. She is confident happy and a joy to walk, train with. She even listens to our 5 year old son!.

A dog (just like a child) needs to be told when they're doing something right, and when they're doing something wrong because even in the dog world, everything is about choices. How do I reward or motivate the dog, Food and Play. When your dog finishes their stay with us, I will teach you how to be successful with your dog. With that being said, the training never stops! Then, I had applied to meet her for adoption & met her, & took her home never looking back. This sweet girl had some tough knocks and behavior issues to go along with them. I enrolled her in a 6 week program with Mighty Dog Services. The team was patient and worked with her throughout the training. Her fear of other dogs, barking at people, pulling on leash walking, nervous pacing, separation anxiety all were resolved. She's a a happy camper that knows what I ask her do, she does it and happily takes praise and treats- and lots of love. They helped this dog overcome a rough past so she can trust and enjoy what she has now. She and I both are extremely thankful for the folks at Mighty Dog Services in Portland TN. They work with all breeds, ages and issues. They truly treat each as an individual and unlock all the potential the dog has to offer. As a dog mom- just as a mom of children. I would rather not fuss at my dog for behavior issues- I just want to love and enjoy them. Its possible , I promise give them a call.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Chelle and For Social Graces! From the very beginning,…read moreChelle's expert guidance helped us navigate Level One Good Manners training with our dog, Tubbs, and we were so impressed that we immediately renewed our services to continue into Level Two Good Manners. Chelle is the definition of a consummate professional -- knowledgeable, patient, and warm. She shares her expertise in such a nurturing and encouraging way, which makes both the dogs and their humans feel confident and supported. We especially appreciate her positive reinforcement approach, which has not only helped us train Tubbs, but also helped us recognize and "correct" some of our own human habits along the way! As new pet parents navigating adoption, Chelle has been a trusted source of advice and reassurance. Her responsiveness and kindness have meant the world to us, and it's clear she genuinely cares about every dog and family she works with. Beyond training, we plan to be lifelong customers through For Social Graces' boarding, daycare, and grooming services. Tubbs has already enjoyed a brief overnight boarding stay and absolutely loves his daycare visits! Thanks to Chelle's influence, what started as Tubbs' initial apprehension toward car rides has turned into daily excitement -- he knows that car rides often mean getting to see his friends at For Social Graces! While Tubbs has always been a wonderful dog, Chelle and her team have helped his confidence blossom and his manners flourish, strengthening our bond with him in the process. We also really value the small class sizes, which allow for personalized attention and hands-on learning in a calm, friendly environment. Chelle and her team have truly made a lasting difference in our lives. We're so grateful to have found For Social Graces -- and we can't recommend them highly enough! -- Charley, Michael, & Tubbs
