She was overly timid, had separation anxiety, and basically ran the household. Tim came out for an eval, and within 10 minutes and a few tips, we could see a huge change in her. He spent nearly 2 hours with us explaining everything he does, what his background is etc. We felt extremely comfortable with him and decided to do the 4-week board and train. 4 weeks... sounds like a long time and we did miss her. Tim keeps you updated with Texts, Pictures and even videos on his website( password protected ). When Tim says the relationship between trainer and dog is the most important part of the training process, he means it. You can see the bond he built with our dog and she trusted him throughout the process. We got to see her after 2 weeks, to help with us missing her. We saw the process and it was amazing. Tim was excellent to work with, he gave us great instructions to take home along with a 3-hour long session when we picked her up, even gives a DAILY TYPED PROGRESS REPORT!. Did not expect that. I cannot recommend Tim enough. Every person I know that has had any sort of dog issue and is looking for a trainer... he is who I recommend. We do still have work to do as owner and dog, but she will learn as we go. It's not just training the dog... but the owners as well. Thank you Tim for the change you have brought to our girl. When we picked her up, the owner said she didn't think her leg was infected. We immediately took her to the emergency vet and they drained so much fluid from the injury. She lost a huge chunk of skin and tissue and required twice a week visits to the vet to be cared for due to the amount of tissue loss. She had to be put to sleep for every dressing change in the beginning. Needless to say we're up to over $4000 in vet bills and the kennel refuses to pay anything but the owner never even called us to check on her. Do not use if you care about your dog's well being.
