Very bad service by Marcus Montgomery. He was watching the football game while attending us and was also being disrespectful when asking questions for pricing. At one point he said my dad said it was too expensive which is why we didn't buy it but my dad doesn't even speak english! Amazing I have to deal with someone telling me I can't afford stuff I'm buying off of. The manager should definitely do something about this. After starting off with a totally bad experience at the Marina Pacifica Sit and Sleep; I walked out of that place and called the Carson Sit & Sleep THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received. I had set aside a full day to test drive mattresses & adjustable bases, I had been shopping since the middle of September and had finally narrowed my choices between Sears, Macy's and Sit and Sleep because of prior purchases through them. I called and talked to Juan who assured me he had plenty of time to help me. I explained my experience at the other store and he proceeded to listen to my needs, my concerns and had me use their equipment to measure the type of bed/firmness that was best for me. Putting the info together he was able to help me narrow several choices down to 2 and then we moved on to adjustable bases. Again he provided excellent information and suggestions. I returned the following day and purchased my final selection on both mattress and base and can't wait to enjoy them at home. I have to say the assistance I received from Juan was truly exemplary, and I appreciate it greatly. The right bed for you is a really hard thing to gauge. What feels comfy in store might not work out so well after sleeping on it for a few weeks. We had a couple of problems that involved a warranty claim from a defective bed frame and a sleep trial period return which eventually resulted in us choosing a completely different mattress. The sales staff at Carson and Torrance, and even the online chat customer service reps were fantastic. They made what could have been a real arduous process feel very smooth and easy. They respected our decisions and feedback and helped us every step of the way. Big shout out to David at Carson and Mike at Torrance, both super pro and friendly! We'll definitely be back in the future for their customer service alone!... Hopefully not too soon though, fingers crossed for mattress number 3! read more

I cannot say enough wonderful words about my experience with Justin! Justin was so patient as I took 2 hours hopping from mattress to mattress before deciding on the Technogel. I am over the moon about my choice and 100% satisfied with my purchase. I suffer from lower back issues and Justin took the time to have me do the mattress test and then guided me through ALL the options and said "take your time" which I definitely took my time. Sales Associate Juan was great giving me full details about each mattress they sell there in store . There was a mishap in the computer system I was scheduled for Friday delivery and computer even called and said they would be here within 1-4 hours but no one showed up Wasted my time , taking off from work so I called store Teresa store manager took care of me went over and beyond to show me she appreciates me as a customer she gave me $100 off my bill and gave me a mattress protector retails $100 for my inconvenience . That's cool . But today I am still waiting on Delivery, it's almost 3 hours again (window is 2-5pm ) I've been calling store which Teresa has giving me status updates. But now she's with a customer so Mike answers the phone and he wants to just be generic with it saying your time is 2-5pm and not want to give me more details as his co worker did, he wants to be a robot and say least possibly or not look into this situation for me . I already got stood up yesterday I'm not trying to waste another day waiting , but this guy wants me to wait it out instead of checking for me . Can someone refresh his memory , he's working because I bought 2 sets of mattresses from his stores You should be doing the extra for me , not sounding like a bum lazy on the phone .
