Came in needed a new bed-Mattress-Pillows. Walked in the door, was met by a smiling Stan...said to just look around and let him know if we have any questions BONUS first thing no hard pressure sale!! Looked around and immediately found what Id seen on the internet BOOM! Awesome experience. If you need a mattress ask for Jason, he was amazing!!! Jason was so kind and patient with us and our two kids. He made sure to take care of us and gave us the run downs on many of the mattresses we were interested in. He was never pushy and gave us space when we needed it. He was genuine and so good with our kids, he even remember their names :) while my husband and I were trying out mattresses he was keeping an eye out for our kids and even had a staring contest with our 5 month old. My wife and I decided it was time to by a new mattress after 15 years so we went into Sit and Sleep. They are very professional and the sales people aren't on top of you trying to push anything. Mike is the salesman who helped us and he was very patient and answered any questions we had. He left us alone and would come check in us on from time to time to see if there was anything he can do to help. My husband and I were hesitant to go mattress shopping; it always seemed overwhelming and scary for some reason, Boy were we wrong. Walking into the Sit 'n Sleep we were immediately greeted and had one of their sleep consultants Karen helping us; she was super welcoming&friendly which immediately alleviated my intial mattress shopping anxiety. We talked a little bit about our current mattress, our budget and various other factors, then she took us over to their Bed Match area where you lay down for 3 minutes and then thanks to technology poof it tells us what type of mattress would work best for us...SO COOL!!! Karen took us to various mattresses and was very knowlegable and able to answer all of our questions. We found the one we loved in our price point, added on with some Kooltech memory foam pillow(because we get hott when we sleep) and mattress protector. They also have 0% APR for a year if you need to do the payments! While the staff at the point of sales was good the rest of the experience was decidedly sub-par, at best. The day the mattress was supposed to be delivered they were late and had delivered my mattress to an address that was over 60 miles from my home (so no mattress for me). They set up a delivery for the next day and instead of being at the top of the list I was last and they were late again. While the new mattress was wrapped in plastic the mattresses that had been picked up prior to the delivery at my place (on both days) looked like some had been at a underpass camping spot. Overall the whole experience was not one I'll ever repeat. The customer service from my local Dewey Pest control was much better - go figure that one out read more

We purchased a King Coil but after 6 months it was creaking and bowing a bit on each side. Went to S&S to ask what options we had, as we've never had an issue with any of their beds before. Rod was extremely helpful and went out of his way to facilitate an inspection of the bed, which happened within 2 days. We then received email confirmation in 2 more days that the bed was indeed defective, and we were able to go and pick out another for equal value. Went back to Rod who helped us pick out another bed. Paid about $150 more for a Serra which we are very happy with. Thank you to the S&S team and especially to Rod for going above and beyond! read more

I need to give some big props to STANLEY HAYWOOD! This guy helped my parents & I so much in finding the perfect bed. He gave my parents & I one of those sleep consultations to truly see how we slept. After hearing commercials for sit n sleep for years, I had high expectations that this was the place to go. I was wrong. We spent a lot of time at this location; went through the whole dog & pony show of their "bed match system" telling us what we already knew about what we wanted in a mattress and riding every unneeded/unwanted adjustable bed in the place. We were finally turned loose to try mattresses on our own. We finally found something we liked & approached the salesman. Now, Sit n sleep is very expensive (unlike what their ads lead you to believe) and they would not budge on price. The only thing that the salesman would do was to "knock a little off" their $300 mattress pad/protector - exorbitant! When we said no thank you, he pitched the possibility of getting a discount on floor models - GROSS! We walked out of this place, found another mattress store that greeted us with "what kind of mattress are you looking for", offered a discount, gave us a mattress protector FREE & sent two different height box springs at delivery to make sure our new bed was perfect. I don't buy mattresses very often so walking into my local Sit 'n Sleep I was totally overwhelmed!! Within seconds of entering and seeing the sea of mattress I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and talented sales lady named AZI. After asking me a few questions she suggested I lay down on some contraption that measured my body (back and sides) to fit me with the proper mattress. Son-of-a- gun if it wasn't right on the money!! Azi showed me several mattresses that were recommended by the machine. I Laid down on them and realized my search was over. Azi as it turns out is the manager of the store and couldn't have been nicer. Dealing with people of higher intelligence is always such a pleasure!!
