I made an account just to praise this store because they just deserved it. I bought my mattress here on Monday 11/13 and had it delivered Saturday 11/18, so I wanted to wait until after my first weekend on the mattress to review the whole experience. The mattress - a nice Stearns and Foster - is extraordinarily comfortable and was what I needed to finally sleep through the night without flipping over every few hours. My experience started with a nice greeting and a test rest on the bed match system, guided by a very knowledgeable associate named Patricia Santa. She was the nicest person whose priority was to make sure my girlfriend and I were comfortable and not just to sell me the most expensive bed. Stanley is the best! Super knowledgeable, he listens which is the most important part, and then he gives you his recommendation based on the things you've expressed are concerns. The store has always been clean and orderly when we've gone. The other staff have always acknowledged us, and asked if they could help. Prices are steep but they seem to be the same as other places. Totally great experience buying my King Koil Bed with adjustable base! I am very particular and don't like pushy sales people. My experience with Causette was the best! She pointed me in the direction I requested and let me go, she checked in with me about 15 min later when I was ready to ask some questions. She went above and beyond to accommodate me with everything I needed and never tried to push anything on me. They gave me everything I asked for and even price matched when I found the mattress marked down even further at another store.The delivery and set up was free and the whole process was perfect! Never again will I buy anything from these guys. I bought a twin mattress and bed here for my son. At the time of sale the salesman didn't give me an itemized receipt but the total looked about right so I didn't question it. The mattress they delivered was way softer than the one in the store. In fact I suspect it was a different matress altogether. I went back and picked a different matress. Their exchange policy is pretty worthless since they charge full retail price for the replacement mattress and you have no leverage to negotiate a discount. Upon review of the original invoice I found they charged $173 for a mattress cover that you could buy at bed bath and beyond fr $30. They claim if you dont buy their cover it voids the mattress warranty. At the end of the day I played an exorbitant amount for a simple twin bed. Bottom line I am very unhappy with the way this ended up and would never go back. read more

I was reluctant to shop for a bed online and after checking two other mattress stores, I decided to stop in at the Sit n Sleep in Santa Clarita. When I entered the shop I noticed how well the store and workers were set up to handle the current Covid situation. That really put me at ease, as it was apparent the entire staff took the store's safety procedures seriously. Frankly, it also made for a strong first impression overall. I met a salesman, or "Sleep Consultant" named Michael Freedman and he was very patient with me, as I had few ideas of exactly what I wanted. Michael was quite professional and courteous, making the entire purchasing experience shockingly pleasant! In explaining the pros and cons of certain mattresses, Michael really did make me feel as if I was working with a consultant, not getting pressured by a sales person. Big plus! Furthermore, I love the bed, night stands, pillows and sheets I purchased. The delivery and set up of my bedroom set went off like clockwork - the crew was on time and like Mr. Freedman, very professional.
