Needed to upgrade shut-off valves throughout our house. We are in the back country, and it's a challenge to get service of any kind. Thankfully, Sitko was super responsive, checked and replaced all necessary valves, and did so beautifully. We have order and room under cabinets where before we had a spaghetti of plumbing lines. Joey, from Sitko, also noticed we had a gas leak at our water heater. After multiple trips & attempts at repair with newly provided parts supplied by the manufacturer, we discovered it was a defect. Our issues ended up being more rodent damage than plumbing, but they did resolve a number of plumbing issues we happened to have, and did it well. Apparently, the job was too much for him to fix (which was a repipe of the sink and dishwasher hook-up. I called Sitko, and Lisa (who always owners the phone) made my appointment. I had an issue with the drain in my kitchen sink. As I am in a condo complex, I wasn't sure if the problem was with my drain or a larger issue with the main line. The guys showed up on time and gave me an estimate for 3 different potential solutions. They felt that the least expensive one was a good place to start, which entailed snaking my line and flushing it. What I thought would be a 1/2 hour process went well over an hour. The stuff that came from my line was truly disgusting. My problem was resolved and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Way over priced. Estimate did not include exact descriptions of products to be used. No regard for color of new products, put in a new overflow and drain in chrome in my bathtub that has all gold fixtures. Would prefer itemized bill showing all labor cost and part costs. They only work by the job. Did not replace ceiling cover in garage where they accessed the upstairs tub overflow and drain. Very poor "English" used in estimate and final bill. When I asked for an itemized bill they would not provide one. After looking up the prices of the facets installed and similar overflow/ drain fixtures, the labor for 4 hours of work would come out to over $1500. This of course includes their 5 yr warranty.
