Park was way over crowded and we came on a Tuesday. Lazy River was warm parking was a nightmare and the fact that their food is super expensive AND they don't allow you to bring in anything from outside is an unworkable combination. This was our third attempt at trying to enjoy a visit at one of the hurricane harbor that we wanted to enjoy with our platinum membership but we definitely will not be members for another year. read more

Always a great time. The water is a bit dirty in places because of all the trees but its not too bad. My family of five loves it. I HIGHLY suggest getting the combo season passes with parking and dining. Dining and parking will be covered at the other parks as well. It all pays for itself in 1-2 visits. The food alone is worth it. The meals range from $10-15. With the pass I mentioned you get unlimited free drinks in a souvenir cup, free snack, lunch and dinner and of course % off merch. read more

I used to come here and Six Flags quite often but I never want to come here again and I will tell every single person I know and don't know not to come here. The rides opened in a staggered manner and most weren't open at 11 which spoils the idea of getting there early to avoid lines. I let that go but then I bought a souvenire cup for $21. I got my water but when I went to get a refill the girl at the counter took the lid and when I asked for it back she lied to my face and swore I took it off despite several witnesses watching her take it. I didn't appreciate being lied to but I went to guest services and they told me to tell someone at another food stand to provide a lid. She refused claiming they didn't have extra lids. Guest services then had me walk back over to the place where the girl who originally took the lid. I didn't want to get anyone in trouble, BTW, I just wanted a lid or the cup would be useless at the park. I stood around for 10 minutes and was called over and 5 people were sanding in front of me police line up fashion. They made me tell them who took the lid and she lied again and the manager accused me of lying despite the protests of three people who watched her take it. He said he couldn't simply give me a lid. When I walked away in frustration, I heard giggling like they played a funny game with me. I wasn't rude or even irritated at first. I was just confused and they tried to gaslight and humiliate me. It's weird and abusive. I'm rather laid back but what if they did that to someone with real mental issues. It's possible they would put themselves and others at risk for something so petty. This really does need to be dealt with because other staff members may have to take some slack over an expensive and rather sick joke. And that would be unfortunate because there are some really nice kids who work there and they do their job. read more

Gross. Expensive. Unprofessional. Pointless. Tubes have to be bought or rented. Smallest locker is $13. Parking is $25-$35. Crappy nachos are $11. Beers are $6-$13. Most of the water is uncomfortably hot. The speakers for the music sound like they have the treble completely up with no bass to the point of it rattling your ear drums. It's literally ear splitting. No water fountains. Bathrooms are disgusting. This place sucks. Pretty much everything is al a carte. The lines are outrageous. Staff and lifeguards are practically zombies. Fast pass is per person ($25-$45) even for 2 person slides. People cut in line consistently and staff will do nothing about it. Go to Hawaiian Falls. At least it's worth the expense. Overall, my experience at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor was okay. The rides were awesome and I was impressed with how many my kids could ride on. However, I don't know how much I trust the sizing they use to determine who can and can't ride on something. My youngest son met the minimum height requirement just at 36 inches. Yet he wasn't big enough to keep himself in the tub without falling through the hole. His little arms couldn't reach the handles. So I think they have their height requirements wrong. Another thing I liked was that there were kid areas all around the park. This allowed my husband and I to easily take turns riding the slides while the other watched the kids. Everyone was entertained. On the negative side - customer service was non-existent! I am shocked at how rude everyone that worked there was. When my husband was ordering lunch, he walked up to the window and the woman behind the counter just starred at him. She didn't greet him, smile, or ask him what he wanted to order. All of the ride operators/lifeguards had the same attitude with the exception of maybe one or two that you could tell really enjoyed their job. Also, all of the water fountains were broken. You could ask for a complimentary cup of water from the food counter but honestly, who wanted to get in line for that. My family and I visited the Jack Carter Pool in Plano, TX days after Hurricane Harbor and honestly if we returned to Dallas again, we'd head to the City pool instead. read more

My experience here unfortunately is similar to other experiences that I've had at other water parks in the past. The pools all seem to be rather cold which is fine if it's delivering clean water. They have two areas for children. One of them has a sailboat section which unfortunately in my opinion splashes too much water while you're trying to go around it and it's like a blast in the face. Some of the rides especially my favorite ones were closed bummer. And the other lines were so long we were only able to get on one. The restroom/shower changing area at least in the woman section. Was absolutely disgusting. There was no attendant at either times I was there. There was lots of trash on the floor. It smelled bad. read more

Wished I read the reviews before I came here! Took my family of 5 on a Friday and it was 12:30 and half the rides were closed, including the lazy River & wave pool. They told us that it was due to staff shortage but did not know when or IF any of these will be open!!! Yet failed to mentioned on their website or upon check-in that this was the case!! This is FRAUD and false advertisement! How are they allowed to remain open is beyond me!! We paid $27 for parking, $18 for lockers, tickets and processing fees and our toes did NOT hit the water!!! What a joke of a park! And the supervisors were rude and acted as if why would anyone be upset over this? They have NO clue and should shut down this park! read more

It was my first time at Hurricane Harbor! I got the Six Flags season pass with some friends so we'll probably be back later in the summer. We were at the park for 7 hours and had time to eat lunch and ride 7 rides: the Dive Bomber, Surf Lagoon, Sea Wolf, Shotgun Falls, Raging Rapids, Black Hole, and my favorite: the Tornado. We went on a lot of the "bigger" rides, but there are plenty for the kids as well. Overall, we had a great time! For lunch, I ate their original funnel cake (there's a $5 promotion), tried some turkey leg with BBQ sauce (YUM!), and shared an ICEE with a friend. The funnel cake was deliciously fried, doughy, and topped with powdered sugar; the turkey leg was savory with the BBQ sauce adding sweet and tangy tones; and the ICEE was the perfect cold, refreshing addition to our meal. There are also water fountains near the restrooms if you don't want to buy overpriced water bottles. What to expect: parking is expensive at $25 but we didn't have to worry about this with our season pass. Locker rentals are $15 but you can shove everyone's items into one. There are lines for the restrooms, food, and rides. Unfortunately, unlike Schlitterbahn, they don't provide inner tubes for their Lazy River so bring your own, waddle through the River, or rent some ($30 for a season tube rental). I would recommend wearing your flip flops throughout the Park, bringing a hat/ sunglasses, and DEFINITELY sunscreen. If you have pockets, carry the sunscreen around and reapply throughout the day. Hurricane Harbor is always fun to visit. We have season passes and will continue visiting many times throughout the year. Since I have a season pass, parking is free. If you don't have a season pass be prepared to pay $25 to park. Arriving early is recommended, because the lines aren't long first thing. Lots of fun rides for all ages! The workers are really friendly and nice on all of the rides, and always helpful. One thing I don't like is that you can't bring your own food inside. Most of the food is your typical fair/event food- nachos, popcorn, burgers, chicken, fries. They do have a black bean burger, but at $11 each, I'd just take the 3 minutes to walk to the car and have lunch from the cooler, which I have done. Buy the reusable drink and popcorn containers if you plan to visit often. Drink cup is free to refill, and the popcorn is a dollar to refill. read more

This water park is not worth going to at this point in life. I have been to this water park 20 or 30 times in 62 yrs. Today I hosted a party of 5 and was totally embarrassed. The park did not have enough life guards to open all the rides on a weekend In June. The rides they did open, they only opened one side. The park was open for 2 hrs before we got to ride a ride. We stood in line for an hour to discuss the problem with guest relations and they did not follow through with what we agreed upon. We obverse's them continuing to sell tickets without informing people of the situation. We asked people coming in if they had been informed of the situation. They were totally unaware. At lunch we purchased drinks with our entree. When we went to get the drinks they were "out" but they charged us. They did inform us we could go to another location to see if their fountain drinks were working. The prices posted at the concession was not what they charged. One star is a gift. read more

I am going echo many of the recent reviews, and I have been a annual pass holder for more than 10 years. The line have become crazy, rules are NOT customer friendly to larger people and they are not providing the services as advertised consistently. Ride are closed, there a lot, and we pretty much spend time throughout the week to see that. Overall my family and I had a really good time. The morning was not busy, so we got a lot of rides in before the afternoon crowd showed up. I can't imagine this place would be any fun on a busy day. With exception to a few ride operators, the staff was not friendly at all. I tried talking to a staff member and they just stared at me like I was speaking a language they did not understand. Some did perk up to make jokes with some other staff members that were walking by. Another example, while ordering food I greeted the cashier with "Hello, how are you?" She just stared at me until I told her what I wanted. Other than telling me the total, she had nothing to say. It was really awkward. None of the water fountains were working. You could request water in a cup, but it would have been nice to not wait in line for drinkable water. I don't know if I would go back. Really made me want to visit another water park. read more

I much prefer NRH2O to this park. You cannot bring any sort of food/coolers into this park, which apparently extends to water bottles. My boyfriend, roommate and I had severe issues with the lockers, with the first set initially being sold out but allowing us to buy a faulty one that wouldn't close. This resulted in my boyfriend trying to hunt down one of the "employees in the black shirt" because no one else knew what to do. They were supposed to be in the area but my boyfriend ended up walking halfway across the park to find one. Thankfully, the employee was nice and let us get a new, not faulty locker, which was bigger than expected but still not cheap at $14 for the smallest. We went on a Saturday, which was our mistake because we waited at least an hour for every ride. Unfortunately, I don't handle heat well and those hours were some of the worst experiences. Food was too overpriced to pay for. Lazy river was so crowded that I got groped, though whether by accident or on purpose I couldn't tell. Ended up leaving after 3 hours, having only ridden two things. Go to NRH2O instead, they are cheaper, have a better locker situation, are less crowded, and let you bring food in the park. read more

Four stars because the rides were fun and the ground wasn't as disgusting as I was scared it would be (I didn't buy water shoes). I am rating off of the fun of the rides. We never got in the river so I'm not sure how clean the water was there. I would give it ONE star if it was based off of how crowded and expensive everything is, including parking. I don't like that you have to pay for a life jacket either. I can swim just fine but having a life jacket in the wave pool would have saved me from swallowing disgusting water. Don't waste money on food, bring your own life jacket or floaty, bring water shoes, and be prepared to wait in long lines. I would strongly advise anyone to invest in a flash pass if you can because the rides are really fun but the long wait is almost unbearable. Have a reusable water bottle and snacks. read more

Hurricane Harbor is a great place to visit with friends on a hot Texas summer day. Wear flip flops. I repeat, wear flip flops. Your feet will burn up on the super heated concrete during the day otherwise. Did I say wear flip flops? Now with the PSA out of the way, let's begin. If you can buy your ticket online in advance I recommend you do so. We got stuck at the main gate for over an hour because their computer system went down. Once actually inside the park you will have a fun filled day, but expect to wait 30-90 minutes for the most popular rides when school is out in the summer, especially on weekends. There is a 'Flash Pass' upgrade available that lets you check-in at a ride and pickup an admission time typically 30 minutes later. This lets you go frolic about elsewhere and simply return at your set time to proceed to the front of the line, minus the ridiculous wait in-line. I didn't do that because it wasn't well advertised at the main gate when buying my General Admission. Even as a regular fun seeker its still all good, just plan to make real good conversation with your friends throughout the day. Also, strongly consider renting an electronic locker (one of 3 sizes available) for the day. You'll get a wrist band that let's you open and re-open your locker throughout the day. That way you can always dropoff items, collect and leave you wallet as needed, etc. The big drop ride "Geronimo" I think it's called and its two sister rides about 20 feet taller with more vertical drops are the most thrilling slides in the park. Apart from the single person slides there are several tube rides that feature 2 or 3's. The best surprise of this type was the Tornado! That has an unexpected drop and is just way too much fun! The wave pool is a good place to get out of the sun and relax for a bit, but the lifeguards blow their whistles often stopping the wave action and sometimes emptying the pool. People can't swim, get in trouble and they pretend like everything is fine. If you can't swim, don't go into the deep end of the wave pool. The lazy river is a treat with or without a rental tube. Here you don't need to know how to swim since the water is only 3 feet deep. The strong current will take you around the park while enjoying the cool water and pure joy of floating along. Otherwise, there are very many options for slides that will take a whole day to experience. The park is great for grown folks, families, little kids, everyone. If you plan on bringing kids there are several rides with height restrictions, so you'll need to be on the lookout. However, those rides with such restrictions have lines that move more swiftly accordingly. Something to keep in mind. There are limited food options, most of which are not healthy at all. But it's somewhat expected in an amusement park setting. There are some health mango and pineapple food cart options but they are limited and likely not much of a meal. I noticed around the park an option for "Play Money", it seems its electronic currency you load on a wrist band. All I have to say to that is Disney Dollars... Let you sort that out. You are far better renting a locker and accessing your wallet as needed. All in all, a nice Dallas area water park experience awaits that can only help during our 105F+ Texas summer days. We bought season passes for my husband, my self and our kids ages 12, 10, 8, and 6 and I know it will be worth it for us to come weekly to hit everything. Here are a few key points... Get here when it opens for shorter lines Pack a cooler and eat lunch outside in your car or in the picnic area. Food expensive and not worth the money We bought the water which was 2 for $6.00 bucks, the souvenir cup was $15 and free refills the day of. If you don't need a bunch of sun the upstairs with the picnic tables are t he place to sit. Small lockers $13.00 and the price goes up from their. The lines are long but the rides are fun. Overall, I feel it will be well worth the price of the season pass. Will update after another visit, as this was our first. I must put a big disclaimer here, I have a huge nostalgia factor at play in my review here. You have been warned. Way back in 1996 when I was 16, I went to Hurricane Harbor (Wet N Wild) no less than three times a week. It was a simpler time. You had to memorize phone numbers. We were still hopeful for the Star Wars Prequels. People hadn't turned on Smash Mouth yet. And there was me, too shy to talk to girls but with more than enough bravery to act like a total shithead at the water park. Nothing destructive, but if you named a rule for a water slide I tried to break it. Standing up on slides. Trading spots on the Black Hole (my favorite). Sneaking into the kiddie park area (that one sounds creepy in hindsight). Just some good old fashioned nonsense that probably (definitely) made the poor lifeguards crazy. And I loved it. LOVED it. So last year my best friend growing up invited me to come back out with him. For nostalgia's sake of course. You know what? We had a freaking blast. I was better behaved (slightly at least), but the slides I remembered are still really fun and some of the new ones are good too. I'll put some caveats here though, because amusement parks can give some drastically varied experiences based on a few simple things: First, it can be really expensive to go. My friend has a season pass which includes free parking, which is huge because parking is ridiculous. Also, he could get me in for $15. Season passes are the way to go, but even those can vary greatly in price depending on when you get it. And just forget about food, it's obscenely expensive. Secondly, it can get really crowded. If you go in September on one of the last weekends, it's basically empty. But during the hot summer, it's pretty darn crowded. No surprise there, but worth noting. Lastly (prepare for some old man talk here), in my day you could leave a bag out at a table with your stuff and no one would mess with it. We'd put our wallet in our shoe or something ridiculous that didn't fool anyone, but I didn't worry. I just don't feel comfortable with that anymore. That's probably more to do with the fact that I have more money now than I did when I was 16 (barely), but I'd hate for someone to steal my wallet. My medical card is in there! They have lockers that are a must, but they're more expensive than I'd like. If the above didn't scare you away, then you could have a great time. Especially if you like water parks. If you don't like water parks, then you've wasted your time even reading this. What's up with that? As far as my favorite slide (because I know you're curious) it's way underrated, but I am and always have been a sucker for the Shotgun Falls. Let's follow them. Oh geez. No parking ANYWHERE! Ok looks like Six Flags is where we'll go instead. *30 min later* OMG! A parking spot! But wait, this is us banks lot... The six flags guy pointed this way so....Oh well. Yes! Water! So ready. :D Is this the line to get in? I think so. *20 min. later* "Stamp reentry only". Crap, wrong line. But where the entrance. *Du du do* Oh look there it is. :D Wait. Where's the rides? I see a pool thing and a lazy river.... Let's get in the river. :D Oh crap, to crowded to just leave my stuff lay around. Locker time then! Look lockers! "Sold out". What?! *checks 3 other monitors* "Sold out". IDK what to do now..... Ask employee where lockers are, told either side of wave pool. Finds them and checks monitor : "Jumbo: $18" rest sold out. Dang, I'll just spend a ton then on a locker to hold my wallet and keys. Now water park? :D *Goes to lazy river* Wait, where are the tubes? Don't you float in a lazy river? LAZY river, not WORKOUT river. Guess not. *Gets in lazy river* It's sooo crowded. I can barley move. Wait..... free spot ahead. *Goes to free spot* Who! Why are there 10 kids surrounding me, bumping into me, and oh god! They're splashing! They're SPLASHING! There's literally nowhere safe to relax in this river. ANYWHERE. K. Lets go to the big pool thingy. "The waves will go for 5 minutes and stop for 7". Waves? What waves? And oh god, again nowhere safe. But there's an open spot! Go for it! *goes to open spot and immediately gets surrounded by others. kids swim underneath and kids in tubes start splashing water in face* Why god why?! Is there no safe place to relax in this park? D: Let's go explore the slides. Oh look, wait.. how do you... oh, over there. Why over there? *goes to every slide* There's literally an hour wait for everything here to just ride a 10 sec. slide. This isn't worth it. *goes back to lazy river* This is just as crowded as before and ohhh wait for it..... BAM! Someones knocked into me and now comes the splashing. Ye this isn't worth it. :( We'll it's been 2 hours and I'll hardly be able to enjoy the park but six flags is right around the corner. Round 2 of six flags you say? Yes! *goes to locker to get things and leave* Mam have you already paid? "No" Then you can just use my locker. it's paid for and I'm leaving. 2 stars because I've experienced bigger & better in Florida (Adventure Island & Islands of Adventure). Come on Texas! I thought everything was bigger and better here. Tips: -Purchase and print your vouchers online. It'll save you time. -Don't buy the tubes. It's only for the lazy river and that was gross. -For lockers, go with the large size. I like the electronic wrist key. This helps prevent lost of a physical key. The Park: -The park itself was smaller than what I had expected. It is almost exactly like Adventure Island but less rides. -The experience was fun because I was with Tiffany D. but the park itself was just sadness because the surf lagoon was closed off because it need a break. WTF? -Many of the rides closed half the lanes so the wait was twice as long. -My favorite ride here was Black Hole. It is dark, there are drops and there are many turns. Awful. I expect to wait in lines when I go to amusement parks, but the lines at this facility weren't even that long but they were incredibly slow moving. The customer service was terrible. There was mass confusion just trying to park your car. You would think if they're going to charge everyone $20 to park they would at least have people out there directing you where to go. Once I got inside I found that all of the lockers were rented. I had to talk to three different Six Flags employees before I found that there are other lockers at the park. The first two had no clue if there were other lockers or not. How do you not know that? Then, the automated machine that rents the lockers for $18 gave me a code that would not work. There was nobody around monitoring this cash grab so I just had to buy another locker for an additional $18 because the only alternative was to stand in line at the guest services complaint department which had about 15 people in it already. All this was on top of the hundreds of dollars I already spent on tickets and parking just to get my family in the door. I ended up using the online form to submit a complaint and request for my refund but that was two weeks ago and they never contacted me. Poor customer service = bad value. read more

I guess I go between 3 and 4 stars on this one. I wish that there were more rides and/or that prices were a little more reasonable. A jumbo locker for $18?! A single bottle of water for $3.50?! You know that we're in Texas, right? Being *in* water means nothing if you're dehydrated. Would be nice to know that the park (or Coca Cola) wasn't trying to profit off of the climate. Other than that, rides are so fun; love the Black Hole, the one that looks like a half pipe, and all of the 3+ rider rides. There should be an award for how earth shatteringly bad the service was today at hurricane Harbour. We encountered a total of 3 staff members who could manage so much as a smile. No one cares how long you wait, what you need, or even that you exist. It seemed like eveyone was doing you a huge begrudging favor by just being there. You could sometimes get a grunt response, sometimes no verbal response at all. The unbelievable, incredible part is how there can be so many people working in one place who all look like they are in a forced labor camp serving people they despise and getting regularly beaten. I remember going to Wet N Wild and Hurricane Harbor years ago when i was a child. It was an epic adventure of good times, water logged children and happy little sun burns. Now, it's a sad sardine can filled with spoiled little terrors wrapped in a blanket of sadness. I am sure my view is skewed by age but when three of the four best rides have been removed or changed in such a way that they are no longer fun... it really defeats the purpose and ability for fun. The water is salty, it's not a salt water system. The wave pool has been reduced in size and only runs for a few minutes at a time and then they make everyone get out and wait. Two awesome rides were removed because people were getting bruised. Everything is overpriced and underwhelming. read more

This Hurricane Harbor is one of the smaller water parks I've been to, but it isn't too bad. I planned on spending an entire day here, but my brother and I were able to do the entire park in a couple hours on a cloudy Saturday morning in late May. My favorite ride was the Dive Bomber, which is the 72-foot drop with the trapdoor. Unlike the trapdoor ride at Water Country USA (Vanish Point), this one is angled, so you won't have water shooting up your nose. I thought it was a nice variation and it didn't sting my back! My other favorites were the Tornado, Tsunami Surge, and the Typhoon Twister. Those are all max-thrill tube-based ProSlide rides opened relatively recently (2004-2013). The Tornado is the flagship with a 4-person tube. Large and Jumbo lockers are available to purchase. If you have two backpacks, you should be able to fine with the Large locker. I liked that the lockers were opened with a PIN, rather than a key that you have to carry around. Just make sure you remember your locker number/location! The showers had no amenities, so make sure to bring your own towel, soap and shampoo. We didn't try any of the food, but it didn't seem like there was much beyond ice cream, hot dogs, burgers, pizza, and fries. If you're planning on doing the park on a sunny weekend, you'll definitely want to invest in the Flash Pass. Long waits could kill your experience at a water park this small. read more

This was a hard one to rate as we actually had a really fun day! However, we got there when it opened and went on a Tuesday, therefore it wasn't crazy busy only short lines for the slides. We also paid for membership the night before in order to have free parking and being early we were right up front. We decided to buy a refillable drink as it was so hot and it worked out worth it as we can take it with us to any park for the season. The food is overpriced for how bland it is, we each had chicken tenders not a bad size tray but it didn't taste of much and it was around $13 each I'd say eat a big meal before you come or leave the park and come back, you can if you get a stamp. All the rides were fun just annoying we couldn't line up on the stairs so when it's your turn to ride you have to drag your float all the way to the top of a huge flight of stairs in 100 degree heat and you can't catch your breath before going down a slide. The lockers are overpriced so we only brought essentials like a towel, sunscreen, hats and left them in our bag on a lounger (which seemed to be the trend) and a credit card and phone that we put into a $7 waterproof pouch we purchased there and could have on us at all times and re use in the future. So I hadn't been here sense it was wet and while a good 16/17 years ago ... We had gotten 6 flags memberships when they were on sale and decided to give it a shot. Boy was that a mistake. It wasn't crowded due to cloudy weather and chance for rain so that was a plus but as we hadn't been there before we were confused to where things were. We asked for help and got a lot of don't knows & actually had EMPLOYEES laughing at our confusion. Then my daughter was made fun off because she got scared once she got to the top of a ride! Then treated like an idiot because she wore her water shoes onto the wave ride & everyone in line treated her awful for holding up the line. SHE IS 8 YEARS OLD! The only other kids were 3/4 year olds we saw in the pirate area so most of the other customer we saw were teens and adults annoyed at my 8 year olds presence & we saw signs for beer being served so we figured out quickly this isn't family friendly even when at max there were 100 people in the park. We left after about 45 mins of being there & the staff were like "why leaving so soon? Our people would never make fun of a kid!" When we said we were done due to people making fun of an 8 year old for not knowing everything her first time here & for getting scared once she got to the top of a ride. After having been to plenty of other water parks in the area we will avoid this place like the plague. This behavior would never be allowed at NRH20 or other parks where here it seems to be encouraged to treat kids like crud! I will not allow my 8 year old to be treated that way. We drove the 30 mins back home, got our Rec center passes & made it in time for open swim to start where now she is having a blast. read more

The customer service at the park is horrible. I understand that most of the staff are teenagers working for the summer, but still... It's bad. Really bad... I'll go back simply because the new membership option is a great idea and actually very affordable. It's the first time I ever come to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor (still called 'Wet N Wild' by a couple friends of mine). The water slides and rides (as well as the Lazy River) were great. The water was clean, cool, and refreshing. It was too bad a couple rides got closed down for construction of the new divebomber ride, but it was a great experience nonetheless. My only nitpick is the high prices for food & drinks. Then again, who can resist their chili-cheese fries? Lastly, while it's not exactly Sea World or Disneyland/Disney World, it's definitely worth another trip there. read more

We were in Dallas for a soccer tournament and decided to take our group for a day trip to Hurricane Harbor. We had a wonderful time. Everyone was so friendly, but special props to Octavious (not sure if I spelled it right) who went above and beyond! He was very accommodating and patient with our group of 40 people. The park was very clean and had tons of shade, which helped lots in the hot Dallas summers. Definitely recommend for families! read more

The park was fun nothing too amazing! Although we are adults now and not kids so maybe that's why! We went Memorial Day weekend which it wasn't sunny so the park wasn't crowded in the morning. We were able to ride almost everything. Then after lunch the sun came out and so did all the people! One thing I did like is that you can leave for lunch...(they stamp your arm) and you don't have to pay for parking again. Plenty of places to eat near by. Their food prices are out of control!! They don't allow you to bring your own food or snacks. Only a closed water bottle that hasn't been opened! Anyways I Hope this helps! read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have every had going anywhere. They sold the cabana I reserved before I got there, in which I already paid for. Leaving me with my 1 year old daughter and no where to have her to breast feed. After the cabana was sold I asked to have my money refunded to me for the whole trip so I may go somewhere else, they refused to give me my money back, forcing me to lose out on over $500. I booked this all online without seeing what I was getting into. Imagine refusing a man with two young children to get his money back and leave because he felt the parks condition were not safe enough for his children to be there. The staff was really unfriendly and treated my family poorly. We were having problems getting the tickets scanned that we bought online. The guy at the front starting screaming at me and yanked the tickets out of my hand to scan them himself. There were rats running around the park, one even ran over a customers foot on its way into the bathroom. There were hundreds of flies all over the food where the vendors were selling this to customers.We finally got a cabana an hour and a half later. It was a tent with concrete and a broken plastic fan which was supposed to work! Really safe for a one year old child to walk around on. The bathrooms were unusable and no one seemed to care to clean them. We bought the platinum flash pass as well in hopes of being able to enjoy all the rides. 20 minutes after getting them it went from almost all rides available to about 5 rides available. We got completely ripped off on that as well. I wrong a formal complaint to Six Flags website and of course no one responded to me. Probably to worst experience I have ever had going anywhere. I am really embarrassed I took my children to this place and very disturbed that they wouldn't allow me a refund so I could just leave, that is all I wanted. read more

I took my 4 year old, grandson on a Rhursday to the Water Park.I was astonished by what the let people wear as swim wear. PEOPLE IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO GO THERE YOU CAN AFFORD PROPER SWIM WEAR. Also people need to teach their children manners There was so many unsupervised kids of all ages,running around and screaming ,bumping into people and throwing garbage into the wave pool and lazy river.Six Flaga needs to do a better job of keeping the pools clean.For the price they charge I expect a clean pool.My grandson 2as floating in the lazy river and stuff kept getting wrapped around him and his fingers,do they know how disgusting that is .The food is so below par,,it wicks and the worse part is the price,16.99 for a Hamburger and fries that taste like shit,come on get can do better,or let us bring our own stuff. read more

We went to 4 water parks over 8 days and this was by far the best of the bunch. It's worth getting there early to ensure you can experience the events you most want to go on. Clean, fun, great way to spend a hot day. We went during the week and were able to experience every ride, which was a LOT, as often as the kids wanted to over the course of a day and a half. read more
