"No smoking" but apparently they will trash your vape even tho it's not posted or on the website

We were there 4 hrs got on 2 rides!!!! SEVERELY OVERPACKED!!!! AWFUL! Fire marshal or someone needs to check their occupy. Nothing like when I was a kid! Line to get in even with online tickets is stupidly long, can't find lockers, the lockers card readers don't work, every little kid HAS TO wear a life jacket (which they DO NOT have enough of so they are wearing oversized ones) regardless if they can swim or with a parent by their side, EVERYTHING is fenced off so NOTHING is easily accessible so takes FOREVER to get to anything including the wave pool lazy river & kiddy area (new kid area is very nice.) We also got scammed out of our souvenir cup bc they want u to scan in one line then get in another line to get a cup & another to get a drink. We were just trying to LEAVE! Then as we're leaving my husband, not thinking, used his vape & this CUNT of a lady came up said "u cant vape in here" then snatched it out of his hand as I'm saying "we're literally about to walk out the gate." Oh & since this scammy ass place can't post it it's $35 for general parking, $50 for priority & extra $15 for accessible. BS!!! Too expensive for this experience!! $300 wasted! Thanks Hurricane Harbor

Brought back childhood memories -the smell -the heat -the CROWD! Place is still pretty cool with great rides, however the lines are soooo long and fast pass are so expensive that kills the vibe. Price: prices continue to increase in passes and food. It was a great experience just wish there was more control on lines. Plenty of parking, just be prepared to walk unless you pay extra for front parking.

We spent almost $500 for a VIP cabana for my son's birthday. It was supposed to have a waiter & come with 4 express lane passes & it didn't. We basically spent $500 to get out of the shade. There was also no garbage in our cabana & since our waiter was MIA garbage was flying around so I asked the lady about cleanup & she literally handed us a hefty garbage bag to go cleanup our own food/drink that we tipped & paid a lot of money for. This was not a VIP EXPERIENCE. Especially since the cabana doesn't include park entrance or parking. I spent almost$1,000 on this day to get to wait in lines, cleanup our own garbage & have no waiter. The drinks & food are outrageously priced too. What a disappointment this was. I will never go to this waterpark again.

Ask the Community - Six Flags Hurricane Harbor

How deep are the pools that the thrill rides end into?

Depends on which ride...can be 3 1/2 to 5 ft

Which is better... NRH2O or Hurricane Harbor? I've been to NRH2O and LOVE IT!! What is it like compared to Hurricane Harbor? Should I give Hurricane Harbor a try?

Hurricane harbor has more of the "adult" rides as I call them. If you have very small children, not sure how many rides they could do based on height. They do have the large wave pool and lazy river which is fun for younger ones

    Are they opened today?

    10-8 I believe

Is buying the flash pass worth it?

It all depends on the day that you go... If it is a weekend or holiday, it may be worth it.

Good value and highly recommend getting a meal pass added to your season pass as it does pay for itself quickly.

On our most recent visit, we arrived not long after opening and it wasnt packed at all. We left around 1:30 and it was picking up just a little bit more, but still not bad at all. NRH2O isn't nearly as big as Hurricane Harbor, but I prefer it for several reasons. For one, there are quite a few trees and grassy areas all throughout the park, providing shade and cooler grounds and all around cooler, happier vibes. Plus, tickets and passes are more affordable, and perhaps most importantly (especially to anyone with special dietary needs): you're allowed to bring in your own food and drink. Of course there are limitations on ice chest size and you can't bring in glass containers or alcohol, but it's so nice to be able to pack your own snacks and drinks. Not in loose ice, though, that's another rule. Your ice has to be bagged up (we just use ice-packs). Employees check through your bags very thoroughly at the entrance. I haven't been on any of the bigger slides in years, I now stick to the kiddie-spaces or the lazy river. I was in the wave pool recently with my niece and didn't have as much fun as I remember having when I was younger, haha. The park overall is pretty clean and well-maintained. Nothing looks like it desperately needs refurbished or sanitized! There are I believe 3 different "restaurants" onsite and then a handful of drink and dessert stands. You can find aaaall of your theme park favorites: hot dogs, corn dogs, burgers, chicken tenders, fries, nachos, quesadillas, pizza, pretzels, cotton candy, chips, kettle corn, etc. There's also frozen lemonade, dippin' dots ice cream, and a churro food truck onsite! You'll have a great time at NRH2O if it's not ridiculously crowded and you're able to find yourself a little home-base with shade. You can reserve canopies and tables online, but they go fast!

The lifeguards had flotation devices in their hands while on break, and one lifeguard in particular was splashing around and playing with the flotation device. Given the setting and the responsibilities of lifeguards, I found this behavior concerning. What was even more disappointing was the response when I reported my concerns. I expected the situation to be taken seriously and reviewed from a safety perspective. Instead, the response I received left me feeling that my concerns were being minimized rather than addressed. I understand that lifeguards are young people and deserve a break, but when you are responsible for the safety of patrons at an aquatic facility, professionalism and situational awareness should remain a priority--even during breaks. I am not writing this review to attack individual employees. My concern is about safety, accountability, and how customer concerns are handled. I hope the Euless Aquatic Center and the City of Euless will take concerns like this seriously and ensure that lifeguards are held to appropriate safety standards at all times. Overall: Disappointing experience. I expected better attention to safety and a more serious response to a legitimate concern.

I have been at the pool the last 3 weekends (4 Xs total) this Summer and it is truly 5 stars! The check in is super easy. I paid $5 each time (a discount for C.Hill) residents as well as your guest. They do take cash or card which is convenient. The line is never long, really non existent most of the time. Parking is a breeze especially if you get there for open swim which begins at 12 noon. The majority of the lounge chairs are shaded and you don't have to worry about anyone taking/moving your belongings as you enjoy the water. The lazy river is extremely clean and well kept and the floaties are in abundance and FREE! Everyone is respectful in the pool! At any given time there can be newborn babies to the seniors and every age in between so being courteous is just as important as having fun! The music is great too! They play EVERYTHING including Spanish songs on Cedar Hill Tunes. There is one lazy river, one slide which is so much fun and never a long line, as well as a larger pool that is wheelchair assessable too. It was in this pool that my BF taught me to swim this Summer so the Cedar Hill Lagoon will forever be memorable to me! They also have about 7 cabanas that you can rent out for your private event. The bathrooms have great air flow and are pretty well kept with no trash on the ground an I definitely appreciated the cleanliness. They also have showers too. The lifeguards are also professional and they appear to have fun too. There is food available if you get hungry. A CH police officer does make his/her round at the pool too so it definitely makes you feel safe an at ease. I hope the Lagoon continues to be a fun, clean, memorable place for my future summers!

Park opened at 12pm. It was a heat wave type of day with temps in the high 90s. My kids went on a couple of rides but alot of rides we decided not to go on because the sun made the seats really hot. They should seriously consider putting up tents/shades for the rides. My favorite coasters were the New Texas Giant and Titan. I also went on Mr.Freeze, Pandemonium, Superman, and Tormenta. Tormenta is the newest roller coaster there now but I hated it. The ride was bumpy, not smooth at all and towards the end, when its trying to get back to the station it would stop and go, stop and go, stop and go so many times. If the ride itself didnt give you a headache, that part will. Even though it wasnt busy, wait times for certain coasters and rides were long because they only had 1 car running. Mr. Freeze had a long wait time. Superman had a long wait time even though the app said less than 15 minutes. I waited roughly 30 minutes before i actually got on the ride and that was only because i was a single rider and I asked them if I can cut all the way to the front, after I waited until I was close enough to the front to talk to a worker that was there. I probably cut like 3-5 cars worth of people, each car would take like 8-12 people at a time. There was a good amount of self soda/water refill stations located all over the park. Needs more shade though. My kids (2 and 4yo) enjoyed interacting with the fright fest scary actors. My 4yo was a bit scared at first but the actors were very nice to young kids and gave fist bumps so my kids got very comfortable with them. Even though I was planning on leaving aroubd 7pm, my son wanted to find the "scariest and biggest" monster in the park so we stayed later to walk around the scary atmosphere and we were lucky to find "Cookie and Sparky". The actors mostly concentrate towards the front of the park and Gotham area. My kids enjoyed their day and thats the most important although some things couldve been better. .

So with that said I'd like to level set what you should expect. The park is clean, reasonably priced, and has about 4 rides you'll write home about. The park is mainly limited by space since it's in the greater Dallas area. It was fun and you'll make memories. But it's best to take this park for what it is and not compare it to other parks. It's great for 4-7 hours.
