This time it was the fried rice, last time the Yum Yum sauce, before that the sushi roll, etc. I called and asked for the manager, Jackson. He apologized like they've done everytime and then offered a $10 coupon for next time. Sorry I want my fried rice. I've ordered from Lucky Star for 15 years and they've never forgot rice or sauce or anything. I then asked for the owner just to let everyone aware before leaving a bad review. Jackson immediately replied that "you're not going to like my answer she's out of the country for the next few months"....he was right that's not the answer I wanted...I wanted my rice! Just another example how bad management & leadership will lead to bad service. It's a shame cause the food (when you get what you ordered) is good.
