Possibly the worst experience i've every had with rental. Prepaid for a upper tiered class of car. As a business owner, i don't use major credit cards for small purchases such as this. Long story short, i hand the rental agent my bank card, not acceptable form of payment. I explain i don't use credit cards for menial, they explain deposit policy. I understand. i offer a cash deposit, out nowhere another agent interjects "Sir, I'm not letting you take a 50,000.00 car off the lot without a deposit". my home personal use Mercedes cost double the E class rental, which was the first slap in the face, then the agent questions my business acumen of no major credit card. In my line of work we use bonded, open letter of credit only. I attempted to explain this. Now, i could have pulled out and used my Dubai First Royale MasterCard, but i am protective of my personal information since this credit card is black tiered. instead, i get handed keys and a rental agreement for a lower tiered class (which was i fine) yet charged at the higher tier. 4 calls to corporate later, female "manager"calls, explains rental policy like i'm a toddler. Three weeks to return deposit. Will not rent again, despite brand recognition business model. read more

I have now used this location four times. Each time the people at the check-in desk were polite and friendly. The process is quick. They let me change a dark color car to a light one when the temperature was 120 degrees there. Cars have been close to new and in great condition, you can get a luxury rental for the cost of a regular rental at other locations. Checking in and out has been done with ease. Everybody there seems to collaborate to make your experience a good one. I tried using a few different companies at Sky Harbor before I tried Sixt, I will stick with Sixt. Also, on Tuesdays they have special offers and that is the day that I try to reserve my car for the next trip. It's a great company! read more

I visited your website today to file a complaint about our recent car rental. We were reserved with Sixt. We had prepaid the rental. When we picked up the car, the representative asked us if we wanted to add an additional driver. We asked if there was an additional charge. He said no, that he just needed to see a drivers license. Then he asked us if we wanted additional insurance. We told him no. After we returned the car, we received a receipt by email and there was an additional driver charge for $74.99 and a charge for insurance for $119.94. We were also charged $30.41 for extra sales tax, for a total charge of $225.34. When we called Sixt about the extra charge, they told us that we signed the rental agreement so we were out of luck. When we signed at the counter, the representative had us sign a tablet which did not have the charges or agreement displayed on it. We feel that we were ripped off. We will never rent with Sixt again. read more

I rented a car through Hot Wire at Phx for a full size car and ended up with Sixt. I have never heard of Sixt before and was uncertain how it would turn out. When I arrived the staff was very pleasant and with-in 15 minutes we were heading down to the car which was upgraded to a Mercedes CLA250. It was clean and ready to go. The return process was very fast and easy too. I would recommend and use Sixt again. read more

I'm not sure why the ratings are so up and down. There was no line at the airport, and we got an excellent deal. We got a Mercedes for $262.00 for 6 days. We needed a large car because we had a lot of luggage to carry. I found a bill from the previous month (Labor Day Weekend) and learned that the renter paid $556.00 for 5 days. So prices can be all over the lot. They also take a huge security deposit. If they try to nick us for extra charges, though, they'd better watch it, because I would be inclined to sue them for trying to take advantage of us. They did not tell us ahead of time that there would be such a security deposit. read more

Rented a luxury car over the holiday period. Service was excellent, car was brand new (23 miles). Very impressed overall. I also left something in the car when I dropped it off. Sixt called me soon afterwards and offered to mail it to me free of charge - it arrived today. We rented a Mercedes Benz from the Agency. Customer service experience was fine. Before we returned it, we refilled the car and drove 20 miles to the airport. The next day we were charged $24 extra dollars for fuel. After we called a rude customer service representative she told us to mail in gas receipt so they can figure it out. There is not way they can figure anything out from the receipt since you can put any amount of gas in the tank and then spend any amount later. In any case, we decided to let it go and never rent from them again since there is no way 20 miles amount to 2 gallons of gas at $8 a gallon (we paid $2.20). read more

Horrible experience! I made the reservation weeks in advance. I confirmed at the branch two days before and was told there was no problem. I showed up on the day I needed the car and was told there was none available and my only option was to wait and see when one was returned. they wasted more than an hour of my time and I left without a car. I was told there was no manager available and there was no one else to call. I called another branch and was told that they would have the manager call me but I never received a call. When I called the corporate office I was told that it was entered as a no show on their records. When I explained (again and yet again) that I did show, I was told they would investigate. BEWARE! If you rent from them make sure that any damage when you pick up the car is documented. I rented a Mercedes, through Hotwire, from Sixt in Phoenix. There were some scratches and one dent. Although the attendant told me that they don't document "every little thing" I had him document the dent and, thank goodness, I kept the receipt where he stated that it had a dent. A month later I received a letter asking about the damage and requesting that I fill out an incident report. When I called to tell them that the damage was there prior to me renting, I was asked for proof....Had I not kept it, I would have been charged. read more

Spoke to this company three separate times before departing for Germany in early July 2015. I was told several times that we could take the car told Poland during our stay in Europe. When we got to the car rental on July 18th at Berlin's Schöenefeld Airport, the very rude lady that waited on us told me that we were, indeed, not allowed to take the car to Poland for our tour of Auschwitz THAT DAY. When I told her I was told I could, she replied, you should have read the terms and conditions. So, thank you to this shitty company for making us miss our once in a lifetime tour of Auschwitz, it's not like we came all the way from the United States to see it. read more

Will never rent from them again. Took forever and a day to get checked out (there were only two people in front of me, and two agents were working). I declined all coverages, but the final bill included a charge for 15/day for LDW. I called to get it straightened out,and they flat out refused to fix their error. The manager at the San Diego office, Pedro, would not give me his last name. He also refused to transfer me to his supervisor. I was very respectful on the phone, yet he ultimately hung up on me when I asked how to get in touch with a higher level supervisor. Never again! read more

I will never go through SIXT rent a car again. In March, I rented a small SUV for a family vacation. My husband and I traveled with our new born son to visit my grandparents in Arizona. Our flight got in late, and we didn't get to the rental car location until close to midnight. At check-in, the SIXT rental agent gave me the rental car paperwork and provided me with the location of where the rental car would be--after carrying all of our luggage, plus what we had for our newborn, the car was not in the spot it was supposed to be. I was able to track down the vehicle after locating another SIXT employee for assistance--he handed me the keys and said I was good to go. Because that SIXT employee told me I was good to go, and it was so late that I wanted to get my baby into bed, I left. At this point, I was annoyed at the inconvenience for the time it took me to get the car, but the issues didn't begin until after I brought the car back. Upon my return of the vehicle, which was in the same condition as I left with, the SIXT check-in agent mentioned a chip in the windshield. I did notice the chip the morning after I rented the vehicle. I didn't think anything of it because nobody ever mentioned anything about looking for damage before leaving. Again, it was after midnight before I was able to leave with the vehicle. I explained this to the check-in agent, and he mentioned the employee who helped me when I was checking-out the vehicle was new, and probably didn't know their protocol of assessing damage before leaving. He assisted me with writing a damage claim, and then I was on my way home. Approximately a month after my trip, I had the damage department inquire via email what had happened. Again, I stated what happened. Fast forward another month (May), and I receive a notice that I am responsible for paying an addition $88 for the damage of the window, loss of use fee, rep cost per invoice fee, and an admin fee. This is now two-months after I rented the car! I called the number they provided in the notice to contest their claim. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was a real gem. His customer service was absolutely terrible--he was beyond rude, and he made me feel like I was trying to take advantage of the Company by avoiding paying the claim. In the end, I paid the claim because the $88 wasn't worth continuing the fight. I hope it was worth it for them to lose a customer because as I said above: I will never be back! read more

Rented twice from Sixt PHX in the past month and I was not impressed. Both times the car class I rented only had one model from that class available however both times when i went to garage to get in my car, there were several of the "unavailable models" sitting in the line up outside. Both cars were not clean on the inside and not a lot better on the outside (looked like they washed it with dirty water/towels and just smeared the dirt around. Find it funny that no matter the class you book it seems to always been not available when you check in but they have every make in model should you want to pay more for in upgrade. Overall the Check in/out went smooth and the car worked for what i needed however just be prepared for bait n switch tactics and don't book a car with hopes of getting the BMW/Mercedes of the class cause it will probably be "unavailable". I will book with more trusted brands in the future. read more

WARNING!!!!!....DO NOT USE THEM ....They are thief. I rented and returned the vehicle in original condition. Both myself and Sixth rental car employee inspected the vehicle. After a month they sent me a claim that I incurred damage to their and owe them $1000+ in repair. I sent them a letter explaining that I returned the vehicle in original condition, no damage but they did not bother to response. After 3 months now i received a collection letter from their collection agency with threatening to ruin my credit. To date I regret renting car from them. I am fighting back, but in such busy schedule no one has time to spend on such things. it just a waste of time, not worth at all. When I saw the name of the agency I was nervous since I had never heard of this rental agency. I went on line and read terrible reviews......I had a great experience. Customer service couldn't have been better. Fast and easy. I put in for a Standard car and was pleasantly surprised it was a very nice car. Clean, drove well and got great gas mileage. Original vehicle requested in reservation was not available upon arrival in Phoenix. I needed large vehicle for 5 passengers. The desk rep. was incredibly friendly and helpful in looking for workable alternatives for us. There was not a long line. The staff at the pick up area was also very helpful. The vehicle we were upgraded to had a spare tire in the back, not underneath where it should have been (mounting cable was missing). The rep. at that station continued the helpful service and was willing to do whatever necessary to get us on the road. Despite the setbacks with the vehicle availability, I feel we where well cared for by people who did all they could with the resources available to keep our business and insure our satisfaction. We had a great vacation to the Grand Canyon and the Volvo CX90 (upgraded N/C from a Santa Fe) made the trip quite comfortable. It was clean and in like new condition. The return check in was effortless, FAST, and friendly. The employees did a great job and that made the difference in keeping our business. read more

I just returned from a weekend in Phoenix, AZ. I found Sixt through Oribitz. I do have to say I was very skeptical because I had never heard of this company and the prices were so low compared to others, but I thought I would give it a chance. Prior to our arrival in Phoenix I went online and read several of the reviews about Sixt. I have to say I was even more nervous and expected the worst. I would like to say that I had absolutely no problems at all. Upon arrival at the airport we were shuttled to the Sixt counter. There were 2 people in front of me. I waited about 5 minutes and was helped. They had my reservation and everything was correct. They did not have the Camry I had reserved so they upgraded me to a Genesis with no additional charge. I was sent downstairs to get the keys and car. When I arrived in the rental area there was an attendant who greeted me and handed me the keys. I then proceeded to my car. I noticed some damage on it and asked them to write it down which they manually did on my invoice. After 4 days I returned the car. There was a little bit of a line when I arrived but they moved us along quickly. An attendant came out and took the mileage, verified there was a full tank of gas, and looked over the car. This took approximately 5 minutes. She stated everything was fine and said they would email me a receipt. The minor damage had already been recorded previously in their computer system, so I didn't even have to bring out my hand written notes. Overall a very good experience and you definitely can not beat the price compared to the other well known car rental companies. I would definitely return to Sixt. read more

Reserved a compact for pickup at Phoenix airport and had an excellent experience! Folks at the counter were very pleasant and check-in process was quite easy! She asked if we wanted an upgrade and my wife asked about a convertible and she gave us a good rate but still a little more than we wanted to spend. I mentioned that it was my wife's 50th birthday (and it was) and that was the purpose of our trip so she gave us an even better deal! So we ended up going from a compact to a Camaro convertible for just a nominal fee! That really made our trip even more enjoyable! Car was awesome and spotlessly clean inside and out. Agent told me i had to pay $250 more because in his words your reservation for yesterday even tho i was only late by an hour. Total scam. Got to the counter and after much searching they didn't have the car, then they offered a different car which they also ended up not having. The counter people told me this is a common occurrence with rental car companies, really, I've been traveling and renting cars for 40+ years and this is a first. The credit card charged for my account was not even my card! I obviously didn't check my junk email. They didn't call or send a letter. Next day, we've called them if there was any issue with the returned-car. They've told us they had a mix-up from their side and that they will fix it. Two days later, the car was still NOT returned in their system because they could not open the car. They've charged us. We wanted to dispute. Every number we tried hang up on us. We went to the office. The manager was in "conference call". I've started expressing my frustration (aka yelling) to Bryan in the office, then he resolved it in no time. If you like to yell and have a lot of time with dispute, then this company might be good but if you want to deal with nice people, stay 5 miles away from this shady company. I am glad that a couple saw us right there and ran away immediately. I think I've saved a couple from this company at the spot. read more

this is my experience today with them i went on their website and i booked a car to be picked up at LAX on april the 12th i decided to prepay so i entered all my info and my card was charged approx 200 dollars while i was doing that there was a small window that if i click i will experience the new website so i did and that website flashed me the miami location i did not pay attention and i got a confirmation that the car will be available in miami i tried to call and i sent numerous emails that the miami reservation was done as an error and i desperately tried to change the location to LAX i got an email from them and they insisted that i was always on the miami website (not true) to show some good faith i am offering to them i will still do business with them provided they give me credit for my LAX reservation. looks like their response is : i have to pay for 3 day penalty if i want to cancel. this is ubsurd as the rental companies have no cancelation penalties I am trying to reason with them as am hoping they will do the right thing in the meant time i contacted the better business bureau and see what they will have to say american express is on the alert as well read more

Horrible business practices! I was fraudulently charged almost as much as the original car rental for insurance coverage. When picking up the car, I very adamantly denied the additional charges for insurance (because, as a responsible member of society, I carry sufficient insurance on my personal vehicle). After returning the car and filling out a positive internal review, I checked my email for my receipt. Imagine my surprise to see I had been charged for insurance coverage. After multiple phone calls and emails, and providing a copy of my insurance policy, I was offered a refund. When I received no follow up confirmation of that refund, I contacted Sixt again. This time, they denied ever offering a refund and then offered a 50% refund of the insurance charges. I was told by the customer service dept. to take my dispute to the branch location, the branch location told me to take my dispute to the customer service dept. At this point, I am going in circles, with no resolution. This is absolutely unacceptable, I have disputed this charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB. I am making it a personal mission to inform others of the fraudulent business practices of Sixt and their subsequent unwillingness to ensure customer satisfaction. read more

Rented a Mercedes E class from Phoenix Sky Harbor...get there and of course its not available...then they bait and switch with an upgrade for an Audi A which we turned back as it was filthy beat up and totally smoked in!! THEN a few days later after prepaying for my weekly rental the hotel I am staying at for business informs me there is an issue with my credit card??? I go online and there is a 2500 hold on my account from Sixt!!! For a Volvo!!! I somehow manage to get someone at Phoenix Sky Harbor and with my Chase services rep online she tells us this is their policy!!! In 30 some years of renting cars NEVER have I had this!! Reserved a Mercedes convertible for spring break in L.A.. Flew in from the NW only to be told they don't have the car. Asked about another luxury brand convertible as an alternative, none to be had. Asked if they actually owned and Mercedes convertible at this location, the answer was no, that the picture and ad were in error and were to be removed. I booked the trip to have a father daughter trip to L.A. and Disney Land. We would do alot of driving while there and wanted a fun and decent car to drive. The only convertible they had was a Chevy Camaro which had a broken handle for the convertible top release which hung down and rattled all the time and eventually impaled my forehead getting out of the car. Bate and switch. The sad part is the employees did not seem even a bit phased by this, they were well rehearsed through repetition which indicates this company seems to be OK with deceptive tactics and total lack of customer service. Maybe I'm just naive, but where has good customer service gone?? I would ask that you give your hard earned money to companies that actually give good or even reasonable service. This was my first time renting from Sixt. The first car I was given proved to have been previously damaged and when I discovered the problem (it may well be that Sixt did not know of damage - - could have been done by a previous renter) I had to take half a day in order to return the rental to the Phoenix Airport for an exchange. The second car Sixt gave me had a very small ding in the windshield so I had the company's agent make note of that on my contract. After arriving home I received a call from Sixt's informing me that I was responsible for the windshield damage! When I informed the agent that I had in writing a note that the damage preceded my having possession of the car I was told that I had to mail Sixt a copy of that rental document with their agent's comment - - if I did not do so, I would be charged! So beware. While I liked my car and the rate was certainly the best, Sixt's failure to properly inspect its own fleet before sending cars out to a new renter could cost you - - and you would have no defense. read more

I found a deal through Hotwire with SIXT Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport location. I originally rented an SUV but when I arrived they only had one available: a Jeep Compass. It was far from adequate and didn't seem very SUV-like as my father's new Camry seemed higher off the ground and more durable than this alleged sports utility vehicle. It was the basic model of all models and didn't even have a USB port. When I asked for another car, the counter assistant insisted that they did not have another car in that class (whatever happened to options?) and that she could downgrade me to an Elantra that came with a USB port but I would have to pay the same amount. (She also insisted that she had no control over pricing and could not provide me with a credit.) When I asked to speak to a manager, there was no one available on site. Finally, the counter assistant called her manager Melina's cell phone. Melina answered and instructed the counter girl to have me email her and that she would consider giving me a credit if I downgraded but that there were no guarantees. THIS is what SIXT calls customer service? I ended up having to pay more to upgrade (as opposed to the same price for a downgrade) and it was truly an awful experience. SIXT has no car options, counter assistants that aren't empowered to make customer service decisions, no management on site, and poor management. P.S. SIXT charges you a $250 deposit AND $8 per gallon if you bring the car back without a full tank. The ALAMO and Dolla Rent A Car at Atlanta airport had much better service, prices and cars. read more

Please, please, please do not ever rent a car from this company!!! My husband and I reserved a midsize SUV through Hotwire. Upon our arrival at the airport in West Palm Beach, we were told they were low on all cars and would have to wait until one became available. There was another couple also waiting for a car. After 35 minutes we were told they were giving us a Mercedes SUV since it was the only car that was just returned. Although they did not charge us any additional money, an employee drove the car up, left it running and walked away. No one from SIXT even checked the car out with us for any visible damage. Before entering the car, I took a picture because my son asked me to send it to him. THANK GOD I DID!!! Little did we realize that there was a bubble on the outside of the drivers side tire. When we arrived at my brother's house 40 minutes later, he spotted the bubble and we immediately called the rental location who gave me the number of the main office. I explained the situation to the women on the phone who not only apologized but told me that the tires on the Mercedes were known to bubble up, especially in Florida. She went on to tell me that she actually bought a Mercedes SUV and actually had all her tires replaced immediately. She then informed me she was sending out another SUV and picking up the Mercedes and that it would be there within the hour. What was actually delivered was a MINIVAN!!! I called the women back and she apologized again and said she was sending someone to pick up the minivan and deliver a SUV. IT ARRIVED 2 HOURS LATER! When I questioned the driver he said he came all the way from Fort Lauderdale! I called the office AGAIN and spoke to the same women who went on to tell me that they AGAIN made a mistake and that the driver should not have delivered the SUV and that she specifically asked the West Palm location to deliver a SUV. Regardless, the women was nice and said because of the inconveniences we had to go through, she was giving us vouchers towards our next rental and that they would be waiting at the desk when we returned the car to West Palm. Additionally, the women sent us more vouchers in the mail. So now, a couple of months later, I get an email requesting payment for the tire and 2 towing charges!!! The towing charges being for the delivery of the minivan and finally the SUV. This company is totally out of control. So instead of emailing them back, I actually called and spoke to a man in the claims department. He said he was pulling my file and would document everything we discussed. Of course that was not the end. I received another FINAL email requesting payment. At this point, my husband calls and speaks to another claims representative who says that he will get back to him. Instead, I now receive a phone call from a collection agency requesting payment ON BEHALF OF SIXT!!! I again explain the situation, informing them that not only do I have a picture of the tire, but I have 3 witnesses to all conversations held with the SIXT office that day because luckily I had the woman on SPEAKERPHONE!!! Plus, wouldn't one think that the tire should have been covered under the manufacturer's warrantee since the Mercedes was new? I have rented many cars over the past 35 years and have NEVER EVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY AS SHADY AS SIXT! So please be aware, rent from Hertz, Budget, Alamo, Enterprise, Dollar, just anyone but SIXT! I rent from Hotwire on all my car rentals and I travel quite a bit in the summer. I was given this company SIXT from hotwire and I had never heard of it before. I saw that it had a lot of negative reviews which made me wary, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt. I have never had a bad experience using Hotwire for rentals, so I thought it must be okay. SIXT was a good experience and the workers I encountered were more than friendly especially the young man at the counter upstairs. They rent nothing but 2013 cars and I got a full size SUV that was fully loaded. A red Chevy Tahoe with navigation, leather, etc. There was a small stain in the middle of one of the seats that I later discovered and called customer service about to be sure I didn't get charged for it. They were responsive and noted my contract and there was no problem with it upon return. The car was nice and the return experience was easy too. I am used to getting an email receipt as that is the wave of the future with all transactions and I am not opposed to it to save paper and trees. Everyone has a different story. Mine is a good one and SIXT was good for me and for the car I got was the best price. If I go to phoenix again I would rent from SIXT. read more

So here's the deal as far as my first experience with them is concerned. They are still a start up in North America. They offer a little nicer cars for a little cheaper than the majors. They have few locations and their service in a jam (which I was in) is poor. I needed roadside assistance and was willing to pay for it after the fact, but was told that was "impossible". SIXT could not tell when a tow truck would come or how much it would cost, only that I would have to ditch my wife in the corn field I was parked next to because the truck could only take one person. The other option was to send me another car, but they also couldn't tell me how quickly that would happen or how much it would cost. I called the 1-800 and they couldn't pass me onto the DFW location I rented from because they don't have a direct line? I told them I would be late and was in fact only an hour late. They reception dude said they wouldn't charge me for an extra day, but they did anyway when I looked at my bill (they did remove it however after I called in).I drove 100 miles on a flat tire (thankfully a run flat) because I didn't want to pay $500 for a tow truck I had to arrange that would also make me miss my flight. Super unhelpful when I was in need of help. read more

Had a great experience with Sixt in Phoenix recently. First time renting a car from them and will use them from now on when I need a car. I would recommend looking on their website beforehand for deals/specials. Checking-in was easy and the girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. They didn't have the car I reserved online (which I'm sure happens often with any car rental company) but had a few alternatives within the price category I originally chose. I ended up upgrading to an SUV for a fair price, which was a better choice for my trip because I did need 2 car seats. Their fleet mainly consists of newer German cars, which is a nice change of pace from your typical car rental fleet of domestics. Returning the car was a breeze as one of their employees greeted me, looked over the car, checked the gas tank, and emailed me an electronic invoice. One note as other reviewers mentioned, they took a $2500 deposit/hold on my credit card, so know this before renting since I don't think other companies do this. Horrible Service. I had the same experience as Nicky W. where I booked and prepaid but since I wasn't carrying a credit card they gave me a hard time. I had to downgrade and leave a $200 deposit. The agent at the airport couldn't even give me a difference in price and told me he would have the manager reach out to me. I spent 8 days in Arizona without ever receiving a phone call or email regarding my concern. On top of that called that bogus customer service number (3 times) who then tells me I have to speak directly to the manger and there was nothing they could tell me or do except put in a ticket to the manager!!! I have rented vehicles with different companies and have never experienced this ever where CUSTOMER SERVICE is UNABLE to GIVE ANSWERS or MAKE ADJUSTMENTS!!! When I finally went to return the vehicle the manager was there and told me she had just received the message from 7 days ago!!! And guess what the difference from a Benz/BMW/Volvo to a Toyota Camry was $44.09!!!! After much argument she finally gave me a total credit of $50.97!! Totally not worth it and there are charges not mentioned when you book and pre-pay! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL NOT WORTH ALL THE HEADACHES AND EXTRA HIDDEN FEES!!! read more

I was a little concerned because I saw quite a few bad reviews for this company. I went into this experience with very low expectations. I am happy to say I was extremely surprised to have such a great experience. Each of the SIXT employees we met on pick up and drop off were extremely polite and professional. The service was prompt from the wait time to check in to the arrival of our car after check in. When the car arrived it was nice and clean. I thought maybe I got lucky because I was picking up on Wednesday which is probably not a busy day, however when we dropped off on Saturday it was very busy. Despite the hustle and bustle of a lot of people coming and going, the drop off experience was just as great as the pick up. The staff members directed us where to park since the only SIXT spot was already occupied. Another friendly team member came promptly over and checked us out. Worst rental experience in over 20 years of renting a car at the Phoenix airport. I've rented from SIXT several time, even a member of their rewards program. Boked this through Rentalcars.com. The counter person informed that I needed 2 credit cards to be on file. Shocking. I have 1 CC with a $25k limit, I don't need to pay membership fees for a second. I reviewed the terms and conditions of the rental confirmation where there was no mention of a second card requirement. The counter person was rude and refused to rent me the car, and refused to get a supervisor or manager on the line or in person. It was only after 20 minutes of arguing that he allowed me to use my debit card as a second card. This was outrageous by any standard of service. Second card requirements (I've never heard of such BS) should a company institute such a policy, MUST be clearly stated on the terms and conditions. NEVER AGAIN!! read more
