    Rooftop pool

Such a fun experience! The concierge was incredibly polite and full of fun compliments. The rooms were clean and the rooftop pool had a ton of of open chairs to layout on.

I feel cheated and wish that I'd read the reviews here before I spent $600 for one night at this run down hotel. Very much not the experience they lead you to expect. Would you like to see the some of the damage in our room? Sadly, beyond our room the smell of the elevator and hallway was sweaty and stale. We were not warned that the pool was closed for a private event. We booked this stay for a very special occasion. I'm so disgusted. I stayed in this hotel many years ago when they'd first opened and it was amazing. It's clear that they've not kept it up.

I would rate their customer service zero, and that would go to the GM. I gave a 75$ gift certificate to someone Christmas 2019. I was assured that even though the gift certificate (GC) was purchased at their restaurant it could be used anyway in the hotel. The GC came in a 60Hotels envelope. Covid hit, the restaurant is no more, replaced by another. They refused to honor a mere $75 GC. What kind of customer service is that, hardly makes one want to recommend this property. I guess they do not consider good will, all for $75. No class. We, as customers, are supposed to give a pass to all these service industries because they suffered so during covid, excusing poor customer service, minimal services, higher prices, staff shortages etc.... Do not ask for the same in allowances return. I have no pity for these places any more, and their poor excuse for lousy overall service. They should close.

    Marker stain from valet.

This review is strictly for the valet parking but since it's impossible to park on the street I would expect the hotel to be extra careful about the valet company they choose to employ. But when I called to report what happened they made sure to tell me "that's a third party" and basically not their problem. Okay fine. But It's been nearly three weeks since the "incident" where the valet left red marker stains on my brand new white leather seats. After calling 4 times and leaving messages the assistant manager of valet finally got back to me 48 hours after the incident and I'll tell you it certainly felt like they were dodging me. After getting very short notice (and having to cancel a long awaited appointment) they scheduled a guy to come and fix it and promised me a refund $23 and refund my $10 tip. Yes $10 tip! And it's been 3 weeks with no refunds once so ever. But the seats were fixed. Honestly I would have been an easy patron to deal with not wasted my time writing reviews if they had just chosen to answer me from the start and give me my refund. I've wasted countless time trying to reach them and still am doing it weeks later right now!!! wtf!

This hotel is truly terrible. My room was filthy. The toilet ran all night. Even the sheets were wrinkled. I am posting the photos. when I called the front desk to tell them the room was gross I was told I could change rooms for an uncharge.

    Drinks at the rooftop bar!

We had a great stay at the hotel! I got a free night through my job (I work in a hotel) and we got such amazing service from check in to check out! We got two free drink coupons that we used at the rooftop bar. Beautiful views and great service! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Beverly Hills, also great location to walk to restaurants and Rodeo Drive.

Wow. Waited an hour for check in. Got to my room. And this is what I found -- dirty un-changed sheets on my bed. Ew. Went to the front desk. Asked to speak to the manager. Showed this picture. Jasal? Josoul? Not sure how to spell his name, the manager, was "busy on a phone call." Didn't come to apologize. Didn't offer a discount. Didn't frankly do anything. I waited 15 minutes for him to finish his phone call. Front desk lady checked again said -- "sorry he's still on a call." Is this the definition of "hospitality?" And is this worthy of a hotel in Beverly Hills? No. On either count. What a shame. When I stayed at Sixty LES it was lovely. This place is a shambles

Their version of a Paloma. Nice Smokey mezcal. Very refreshing.

This was a nice boutique hotel. Staff was efficient and friendly when we checked in. It was nice that I was able to do a pre check-in online. They have a cafe downstairs so it was convenient to get a quick grab for breakfast. I tried their Shaggy Latte which is this new mushroom coffee that has a lot of health benefits. It tasted rich and earthy. We enjoyed the pool area for the early afternoon. Had a cool vibe and it wasn't super busy. Pool and bar was on the rooftop. We ordered some lunch while enjoying the pool and sun. We ordered the kale salad and the burrata and prosciutto pizza with Calabrian pepper honey drizzle. Also ordered guacamole and chips. I wouldn't order those again but the pizza and sad was a good portion and can feed 3-4 people. The room we stayed in was a little tight but we had 2 full size beds. Wish they had double queen size. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The only thing we disliked was the alarm that went off both nights in the room next to us. We weren't sure if it was occupied but it kept going off. Not sure if it was the alarm clock or the phone alarm clock. It woke us up. Overall this place was a nice stay!

    Gorgeous pool area

Such a cool vibe at SIXTY Beverely Hills. And the service is incredible! You have a special request, they make it happen. They handily served all 35 in our crew at the pool like ninjas. The rooftop has the most beautiful 365 degree views of LA ... from the Hollywood Sign, to Downtown, to almost the ocean. We all had a super great experience here and can't wait to come back!

Our teacups were refilled before we realized they needed to be. Our food allergies were met with ease and grace. It was the first time dining out that we did not feel extra attention given to the table for our food allergies. Daniel simply named our allergen free replacements without over explanation or extra attention, just as he presented the other tiered trays to our table. How lovely to feel as though our allergens were just taken "par for the course" and we weren't made to feel as though are needs were subject to commentary. We did have a frustrating element of our experience. 3/4 of our party had leftovers, which the service team packaged out of sight. Each of us received leftovers and the individual Peninsula cake in a bag. My adult daughter didn't have leftovers, so she didn't receive a bag, so she didn't receive her cake. We noticed after we had retreated beyond the lobby. At that time my daughter didn't want to go back and make a fuss with one of the employees and quite frankly I didn't blame her. It felt like a faux pas to go ask someone for a cake that should have been given to her already. Especially when we spent $700 for the experience. At that price - at any price - we should receive every element included in the tea service. There's no excuse to omit one of the featured elements of the tea. I'm quite frustrated by this Less Than 5-Star Service and there's no recourse for us. It's not like we can just zip on down to collect a cake that should have already been given to us. We live over 2 hours away! This once-in-a-lifetime event, as delightful as it was, has been marred by the lack of service demonstrated by the fact that every member of our party did not receive the cake we paid for, were promised, and were very much looking forward to.

For nearly $500 per night, I expected the beautiful boutique hotel that was advertised. Instead, after check-in, we were taken to a completely separate building across the street that looked nothing like the property shown in the photos. It felt more like an old apartment building converted into a motel. The room contained little more than a bed, a nightstand, and a TV. It was completely different from what had been advertised. We immediately returned to the front desk and refused to stay. We left and booked another hotel that same night. When I requested a refund, I was denied. As a result, we lost $500 for a room we never even stayed in. Afterward, I found numerous guest complaints describing experiences similar to ours. What surprised me even more was seeing negative reviews followed by dozens of perfect 10/10 ratings, which raises serious questions. This experience felt misleading from start to finish. Guests should receive the hotel they were shown and paid for, not a completely different building across the street. What is especially disappointing is that these complaints are clearly not new, yet nothing seems to change. I was recently told that I have had 151 different stays here, and that alone says everything. This is my all-time favorite hotel in the Beverly Hills area, and it continues to impress me every single time I return. From the moment I arrive, the service is exceptional. The staff is friendly, warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They do not just recognize me as a guest; they make me feel like part of the hotel family. The valet team and the doormen are incredible. They know exactly what I like, they remember my preferences, and they often have everything ready before I even get to the hotel. That level of personal attention and consistency is extremely rare, even at luxury hotels. The property itself is elegant, comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. It has the perfect balance of Beverly Hills sophistication and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are always well-prepared, housekeeping is excellent, and the entire hotel feels polished without ever feeling cold or impersonal. The food is another major reason I love this hotel. The menu is absolutely amazing, and you can tell it was created with real care and quality. I understand that the menu was designed by a former chef from a Michelin-level restaurant, and it absolutely shows. The ingredients are top quality, the dishes are thoughtful and delicious, and everything feels elevated. The room service is especially impressive: fast, accurate, beautifully presented, and consistently excellent. It is honestly some of the best hotel room service I have experienced anywhere. What separates this hotel from so many others is consistency. After 151 different stays, I can say with confidence that this team delivers again and again. The service, food, valet, rooms, atmosphere, and overall hospitality are all outstanding. It is very difficult for a hotel to maintain that level of excellence over time, but this property does it. As someone who travels often and has experienced many Marriott properties, this hotel stands out as one of my favorites. It feels like a home away from home, and the team deserves a tremendous amount of credit for making every stay feel personal and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Beverly Hills area. It is truly a special place, and I will continue coming back every chance I get.

This hotel is only about 15 min walk or so from Rodeo. (I wouldn't recommend you walking at night but during the day time or even early evenings like 6-7pm. I would be fine. Don't be walking around here at 10pm. You do cut through some residental neighborhoods so just be aware. But not so chatty that the person behind you is sighing loudly and treating you like the 65 years old woman who is still writing checking at the grocery store. Hot showers, great amentities like shampoos and conditioners inside the shower. I brought my own because I'm particular about the kind of stuff I put in my hair but for thos who aren't. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area. The reason it got 4-Stars instead of 5-Stars is due to the following: -Fitness Center: Extremely Small. I wouldn't even consider this a fitness center. It's a small room with 3 treadmills and 1 bench. There was three people in there and we felt cramped. -Bathroom was very small. Our shower had a small leak at the top of the head. No big deal, gets the job done, but not very enjoyable. -I put a different card on file for incidentals from the card I used to book the room. Biggest pro was how great the valet guy was. Absolutely nicest guy. Also loved being by the century…read morecity mall. I wish I could say more, but I got so much attitude when I checked in: they informed me that the elevators were broken and there was NO timeline on when it would be fixed, but I was "only on the second floor". The Lobby is its own floor so the 2nd floor was really the 3rd and this was on top of taking the stairs from the parking garage. They didn't offer to help with luggage and that made me concerned for anyone with mobility issues. The room was dated and felt a bit depressing with dark decor. I appreciate they did a deep clean before my arrival, but the carpet was still damp and the room smelled so heavily of cleaning solutions...I checked in at nearly 9pm so I don't know why it was still like this. Also the no elevator thing really, really sucked as a solo female traveler. I was constantly in stairwells trying to make sure no one would follow me or corner me. I was on my 3rd hotel stay while on an extended work trip across 3 cities...and I'm shocked by the lack of accountability by certain hotels. Hope this place gets a renovation soon because it could be so great.
