But last time I was there I saw the waiter just wiped "crumbs" left off the table to the floor and then nobody bothers to then clean the floor before seating the next guest. Had this as a date night spot, we started with a glass of wine each and the burrata. The burrata was good we just had to ask for more bread since they give you one slice of bread for the whole plate. The pastas were alright the shrimp pasta with a white wine sauce was really disappointing. It didn't even have a sauce on it and tasted really bland. The Bolognese pasta was much better but still nothing special. Overall, I've been to this place about three times now. We had a GREAT dinner! Everything was fantastic. We walked in without a reservation on a pretty busy weeknight and were seated right away. Our waiter was great throughout providing lots of information on the wine options and just being very friendly overall. We each had two half glasses of red wine and one glass of bubbles and each enjoyed each type. For food, each course was delicious from apps to entrees to dessert. The crispy zucchini has a yummy sweet and sour type flavor that was really tasty and the baked feta was AMAZING. The pasta primavera was light with perfectly prepared pasta and veggies. I booked this reservation for a night out on a bachelorette trip. The food was absolutely delicious. The table got FROZÉ and a garden spritz and they both were delicious. We also tried the Moscato per the recommendation of our waiter and it was delicious as well. For food....absolutely excellent. I had the fig and prosciutto pizza and it was divine. Others at our table at the margherita pizza, mushroom and kale pizza, capanelle pasta and all were very flavorful. Out waiter was very educated on the menu and was a joy during our stop. We also were seated in the greenhouse and it was beautiful. There were heaters lining the top so even though it was a chilly night, it was not cold in the glass greenhouse. We ended the night with olive oil citrus cake, basque cheesecake and deviled affogato. They were all very rich and tasteful, the deviled affogato was my favorite. It's a devil's food cake topped with ice cream and caramel, you have a shot of nitro cold brew that you pour on top and it's the perfect addition to the desert, giving it just enough coffee flavor to tie the dish together. I loved my dining experience at Sixty Vines. The inside is so elegant, clean and just aesthetically pleasing. The zucchinis are lightly battered and they are seasoned well. The sweet chili vinaigrette paired perfectly. Highlight of the sandwich is the garam spiced bacon. Short Rib sourdough melt - a messy sandwich that's paired with duckfat potatoes. The short rib needed some more flavor and it was very wet. It soaked through the sourdough making it mushy and soft. Ricotta Chiffon French Toast - I am a sucker for any breakfast foods with lemon and blueberry so I decided to get it. WOW. Disappointed that when ordering two pork pappardelle, the portion size was almost half of what I received other times I've ordered. Not cool. Still hungry. So much smaller portion sizes than usual. Barely any pasta. Portion size should be consistent. I feel shortchanged on an item that I was sure I was familiar with, but I was very disappointed instead. Im still hungry. One of them was probably about 3/4 the amount of usual, while the one I ate was closer to half the size. Normally the portion size fills you up completely. First impression walking in was wow! This place is very open, beautiful and had nice indirect sunlight that filled the entire space. We shared a sausage pizza and beet salad. This is a great ladies get together place. The ambiance is lovely and fresh with greenery and white as the main colors. The frozen rose is fabulous. The pizza, pastas and salads are my favorite. My friend suggested this place to us and we had to try it! Not your typical American cuisine but a good fusion of Italian food. There MSP is their 60 wines on tap, there's a wine for everyone! You can get them based on ounces or a carafe. I enjoyed the sparkling moscato while my friends enjoyed the upshot (red blend). The worst Pizza experience ever. So my wife ordered the fig and Prosciutto. There was hardly anything on it. Then the manager came over to say we perfectly proportion our pizzas and if you want more cheese or sauce you have to pay.
