Honey Cracked Goat cheese Beignets and a flight of Reisling!

The service was exceptional at the shops at legacy. I wanted a late night flight of wine and a snack on a solo work trip and this met my needs.

Had a great time at Cru wine bar. Our server Norman was amazing, entertained us and provided us with great service. He was knowledgeable on the flight selections, and constantly checked in with us. This place is perfect for a low key night, a date night, or just to get a nightcap if you're in the area. It's quaint and has a beautiful interior with the wine bottle wall and they even have a private room in the back for a small gathering with friends or family. They have food that sounds great as well, we already had dinner so didn't try any of it this trip though. Norman also told us about daily specials that they have on Mondays, you can get a bottle of wine and they'll give you a pizza of your choice with it. That's just one of the specials. I got the winter bliss flight which featured 3 wines, from Italy and France I believe. They were all pretty smooth and I enjoyed them. Thanks for an enjoyable wine night Cru! I'll be back

Super nice ambiance, not loud and they place this nice music. I am amazed that this place exist as the staff is super nice and have a nice variety of wines and food. Drop by an experience for yourself. P.S. please please consider having some sort of flat bread or crackers as an option for the cheese and spreads!!

Another Restaurant Week find. Husband and I came in early on a Saturday night and got a table in a nice, quiet corner. Restaurant is really trendy-looking and I absolutely love the wine wall! The host and our waiter (sorry, forgot their names) were both very nice and attentive and offered a lot of helpful menu recommendations. Husband and I pretty much ordered one of each on the restaurant week menu: Appetizers - Lobster & Shrimp Potstickers Entrees - Scallops and New York Strip Dessert - Molten Chocolate Cake and Creme Brulee Everything we ordered was delicious and we really enjoyed it. It was a really nice date night and would definitely come back again!

Like the wine flights as it allows you to try different wines without costing a fortune. I am a Merlot fan so I appreciate that being on the list of flights . Didn't try any food. Heard the pizza is good. The ambiance is perfect, not too loud the service wasn't bad , it wasn't too busy for a Sunday afternoon. Cru is a nice place to people watch. Very comfortable setting. The wines consistently changes based on the seasons. It's well worth a visit and they offer happy hour specials with saving on a bottle of wine.

Came for a night cap over the weekend. We sat outside to enjoy the nice weather. I got the Chardonnay flight and liked most of them. Service was fine.

Such a great place for happy hour drinks with friends. They have a great outdoor seating area and a lot of space inside. The service was good. We ordered Sauvignon blanc and some apps. I definitely recommend the bruschetta mozz toast. We also ordered the ahi tuna nachos which were horrible. Way too fishy.

The mood is mid; stick to the wine. My friends and I came for restaurant week, and the atmosphere was nice; our server started off good, but that didn't last long. She kept disappearing, and we had to get up and go get her even though it was slow, so I don't really get that. The food was very bland, my favorite being the lobster and shrimp potstickers. The scallops and risotto were extremely bland, and the chocolate cake and crème brûlée weren't good. Overall, this is my second Cru location with mid-food, so I'm convinced to skip the meals and only order wine.

We stopped in here while we waited for the drag show. We ordered snacks and a carafe of food. Our server sat us immediately and took our orders. She was really great! The peach Bellini was super strong and didn't seem to have any purée in it. The mini Belgian waffles were light, refreshing, and super good. I decided to try the goat cheese beignets and they were gross. Tried them with the sides and it wasn't much help. I will say the place was very cute and had good music. I would come back to try something else on the menu.

Such a surprise wow!!!! My fiancé and I live in the neighborhood and have walked by so much and never tried it but today we did and WOW!!! It was such a fun dining experience, we got the cheese fondue and 2 wine flights and it was just so delicious and fun and such an interactive experience. Our waitress Christine was so nice and welcoming and knew so much about the menu and even gave us complimentary goat cheese beignets which were like so good it's crazy!! Such great service and food -- we will be back!

I'm really sad to write this review but what a disappointing Valentine's Day dinner! I was so excited because the pre set menu looked so good! Kitchen was extremely slow too. Bartender and drinks were lovely and she made some great recommendations. Let's talk food--- Lobster bisque very good, small tasting Risotto had little flavor and huge onions Shrimp dish was tasty Filet was slightly over cooked but good flavor Scalloped potatoes also had large unexpected onions Asparagus was ok Lamb was terrible and overcooked Potatoes were bland with no flavor Both desserts chocolate Molten cake and crème brûlée were fantastic! Bottom line the starter and main course were way below average. I would love to go back but not for a major holiday. Stick with the wine and pizza! *no accommodations made either to our $220 bill, not that I expected it.... But for me to get my husband to return.....

They had a red wine flight called Pinot Evil and I could not get enough. So clever. I paired it with a charcuterie board! So yummy!

Walking in you'll feel like you've been transported to a bright and open California wine bar. To be seated you'll check in with the host and then be shown to your table. For food we started with the Brussel sprouts (crispy fried, kung pao vinaigrette, scallions, toasted sesame seeds, cashews) which had a hint of spice and were excellent. For entrees my partner ordered the shrimp and avocado cobb salad (avocado, hard-boiled egg, grape tomatoes, watermelon radish, buttermilk chive dressing) which was so good and the dressing could literally go on anything. For my entree I ordered the brunch pizza which I believe has since been taken off the menu but was excellent. For dessert you'll definitely want to order the Deviled Affogato (devil's food cake, vanilla ice cream, coffee caramel, nitro cold brew coffee shot). The sauce on top and all of the flavors combined make this an excellent way to end the meal.

We also ordered a board with the tam and cheddar cheeses, coppa and prosciutto, almonds, honeycomb, and gluten free bread. The serving size was perfect for two people, and I loved the tam. We enjoyed our meal and definitely will be back to try other menu items.

We had a reservation, which is recommended because the restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night in May. We opted to sit on the patio because the weather was gorgeous. I am not sure if the patio is climate controlled in the summer or not. But on that night we were there, the weather was mild so it was very pleasant. They have happy hour on Saturdays so I started with an IPA on tap and the wife had a Prosecco, also for happy hour prices. This is a tapas restaurant so I will try to remember all that we had. Manchego cheese board: excellent. The crisps and jam were perfect with the cheese. Potato torilla: excellent. The flavors melded very well and it was very tasty. It's filling so keep that in mind. Ceviche de jalapeno: excellent. Not too spicy, the shrimp and seafood was fresh with no fishy smell. The plantains were cooked perfectly, not greasy. Brisket on crostini: excellent. Forget the name but they are a winner. Brisket is good quality and the flavors come together nicely. Chicken skewer: excellent. They smartly use chicken thighs so the meat is juicy and tender. Tuna tartare: good. It actually was my least favorite. The quality was very good but it did not have much flavor. I needed some heat, some acid, something to give it a kick. We were absolutely stuffed and did not try dessert. Our server Marcellus was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant throughout. He never disappeared for too long. Overall, we had a great meal and will undoubtedly return here again.

The hostess added us to the list and said they would send a text once our table was ready. She even read our phone number back to us. We waited outside and 30 minutes went by before we went back inside to see how much longer. Yea, they somehow didn't actually add us to the list. There were plenty of tables available by then and they gave us a table immediately. We placed our order and after receiving everything except the penne alla vodka and waiting almost 20 minutes after we'd gotten everything, I asked where our pasta was. Our waiter said it should've come out long ago and he would check. Somewhere along the line, it was forgotten. Either it was never put in or the kitchen staff lost it. It ended up being on a completely separate bill because they had to put it in again. By this point, we were over this dinner experience. An extra hour had been added on due to no fault of our own. So why am I giving it 4 stars? Because the manager made it right. Patrick, the manager, came over to our table to talk to us. We politely explained how this evening was a failure across multiple points and he was very apologetic and comped our entire $50 meal. I wasn't expecting that as I had already given our waiter my credit card and he already ran it. We weren't looking for a free meal, we just wanted to give him honest feedback about how things went wrong. Because he took the time to chat with us, I wouldn't hesitate to return. This experience had never happened before there so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was just a rough night for folks. As for the food, the pepperoni pizza and chicken soup were delicious. The short rib comes pretty much comes in soup, but it was fall of the bone tender. The penne alla vodka that we waited so long for missed the mark. It was incredibly sour and mushy. We've gotten the bolognese and pappardelle pastas before and those were both excellent.
