Went in today for a whole falafel sandwich. All fresh ingredients. Deliciously tasty falafel balls. Lastly a great pita bread! I'll definitely be back

Falafel laffa with French fries, hummus, babaghanoush, tahina, tomato/cucumber salad and spicy sauce

I LOVE this place!! *My advice would be to always call ahead of time to check that they are open - the hours vary, especially on the weekends.* The staff is super friendly, ordering is quick and it's the BEST falafel I've ever had. (And yes, I've eaten at Taïm) Previously, the only downside to this spot was it's small size making it nearly impossible to eat inside.... But now, they have expanded the seating options so that customers can comfortably dine in. Inside, there are about three tables and a countertop with 3-4 stools. Outside (on the side of the restaurant), they added a nice outdoor seating option with another countertop and some stools. Another recent upgrade - the new TVs they added to display their menu. Previously, they had a written menu on a whiteboard. My usual order is a falafel lafa. You can go down the counter and add what you'd like - ask to add French fries!! It may take a little bit longer if the fries aren't already made but trust me they are worth the few extra minutes. They always slice the lafa in half so I usually have half for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day... Unless I'm really hungry and eat the entire lafa for dinner which happens more times than not. You can add sides to your order - I always get the hummus, babaghanoush (also the best I've ever had) or cucumber/tomato salad. So good!!

Best falafel and shawarma in NY! Won't be disappointed. I recommend everyone try this hole in the wall establishment.

Love the falafel and the texture of the warm bread. Best falafel in Queens. The sauce adds a lot and the salad choice is a great addition.

The prices are a bit on the steep side but you're getting quality. Call in advance for large parties as their dining room is tiny. Like 10-15 tables tiny. Our party of seven luckily had to wait a few minutes but otherwise it was quick! Edit - I feel the need to disclose a few things. 1. The server recommended a smoked rack of lamb. Did not disclose the price normally I don't balk at prices but the cost of the lamb was $258.42 which is exorbitantly high. The server had a responsibility to disclose the price especially if it's that high. Just because we did not ask does not mean it's okay to just charge it. For reference 3 lamb chops was $80.00. The plate shown in my pictures most certainly did not contain 9 lamb chops. I would have been better off ordering 3 full entrees instead of the entire rack. 2. The restaurant never disclosed a "large party" fee. Sure its customary to have automatic gratuity applied to a party of "xyz or more" but to charge 20% for a large party ( 3 kids 4 adults) and then top off the 18% gratuity is absolutely poor taste. The fee was never disclosed, nor was it posted anywhere. These two reasons will more than likely prohibit me from returning. I wish them well in their future endeavors but to pull these types of business practices you will certainly run into future issues.

As we waited on our food he came over to our table for a good 15 minutes talking about going into e-commerce and baiting us to try whatever financial commerce stuff he does. The entire time he completely ignored the ladies at our table and only acknowledged the men sitting there. Later he brought out the plate because we ended up getting the chiefs platter (most expensive item on menu) and it was SMALL all of the sides were EXTREMELY small and we couldn't even substitute certain meats we wanted in our meal. He came back later to talk again and took out his vape to smoke in front of us. Once our $400 bill was brought to us (he didn't even tell us about INCLUDED gratitude in check) he was hesitant to even give back our change from our payment. Lastly, when we asked to use the bathroom we had to go THROUGH THE KITCHEN to use the bathroom in the back. The food was decent but the hospitality was terrible and unprofessional. Way too overpriced and embarrassing even. Our servers name was Josh btw.

There is plenty of seating for those that choose to dine inside. Forming a line from the door when you walk inside. There are many employees behind the counter working in unison, the line moved Swifty. The decor is a cross between a pizza shop and a coffee shop. I gathered that this is a Kosher Bagel place IYKYK! So, looking around I see all sorts of bagels and I found out that the bagels are all hand made/ rolled! They have salad, pancake for $3 a piece. And, pause... They have pizza! I purchased a plain bagel with cream cheese, a Poppy seed bagel with scallion cream cheese, and 2 pancakes for $3 a piece. Everything is to go, the meter is running with 20 minutes reserved. I got home ready to dig in, placed one $3 cake in the toaster oven, although they did warm it up. Added sausage no syrup yet. It's half cooked not edible, $6 in the trash. They were very heavy as well. I'm glad I bought extra food. The bagel was lightly toasted and they put a mound of cream cheese on them. Sloppy joe's held together better than this. The guy serving said that they are number 1, they can be that, for convenience sake. This trip was not impressive enough for a return visit. And they have a return policy, it's no refunds! Areas of improvement, pizza looking days old should not be out that early. It's not appealing. I'm just saying... Inspire more, Yelp more!
