They were out of enchilada soup, and instead of making it right, they refused to reimburse me for the tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese that come with it when I had to switch to a different soup. So I paid for items I never received. Then they made my sandwich on wheat bread even though I specifically ordered white. The photo clearly shows the mistake. It's hard to understand how an order can be wrong when it's placed through the app. And somehow they were also out of chocolate-covered strawberries. Instead of offering an actual replacement like cheesecake or another dessert, they offered an extra roll. An extra roll? That's honestly insulting. I've never been to a restaurant that was this disorganized. They were out of multiple menu items, got my order wrong, refused to properly compensate for what they couldn't provide, and had some of the slowest, most indifferent service I've ever seen. This place is a complete disaster, and I won't be wasting my money here again. Management needs to do something.
