First time at a Sizzler. Last time at a Sizzler. We came here to celebrate a special 70th birthday. Dining with veterans at Sizzlers who went here frequently pre-pandemic I was assured that this place was good. Unfortunately, the experience for them was also in agreement with mine. The restaurant itself was pretty clean and has a great amount of seating. You order towards the entrance of the restaurant and they will bring it to your table. I opted for the Burgundy Mushroom Sirloin Tips and the salad bar as an extra addition compared to the usual soup/salad it comes with. While waiting for our order we can help ourselves to the salad bar, which includes a good variety of options for salad, soup, and some other miscellaneous items. Great spot to fill your tummy and try different things during a meal. We also had cheese toast, which this place is known for. Although fluffy and crispy, it was overloaded with a buttery taste. Then this was where it went downhill..... The Burgundy Mushroom Sirloin Tips arrived to the table and wow this dish was drowning in butter..... This is a fairly simple dish that included rice, mushrooms, and sirloin beef with garnishes. For my photos as proof, the butter was very overwhelming and made it unpalatable! I couldn't even finish the dish!! Like who could? It's so oily from fasts that it won't sit well in your stomach. What's more, the side of mushrooms we got was also soaked in butter. In fact, almost all of the dishes were. Unfortunately, sirloin was on the chewy side and the dish just seemed out of place. Execution was just not here. It is safe to assume that we did not finish any of our meals this day. Our server, on the other hand, was very nice and attended to us whenever we needed assistance. She looked busy, but was still able to check up on us every now and then, which was much appreciated. I am not positive if this is how it has always been in terms of food quality and execution, but this was not it for me. read more

It's been a long time since I've been to Sizzler and I wasn't sure it would be the right choice for dinner but thanks to our server, Savanni, I'll definitely be coming back! She greeted us right away with a warm smile and quickly brought bread to the table. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. I especially appreciated how attentive she was our drinks were always refilled promptly, often before we even had to ask. The food was good and well priced but what made the whole experience memorable was Savanni's excellent service. She turned what I thought might be just an average dinner into a great night out with my family. Highly recommend asking for her if you dine here! read more

It's been YEARS since I have been to a Sizzler and it was good. We stayed at a hotel nearby and decided to walk here. Staff was very friendly, shout out to Yadira who was SO lovely. We opted for the salad buffet which had a great variety and everything was fresh. I loved that employees were cleaning areas as people came and went which is wonderful. read more

We had a large party due to my grandfather's 90th and the staff was amazing very accommodating and friendly.

When paying $49 with some change for 2 salad bar and 2 drinks and ave frozen eggs. Then then go to the restroom and there are cockroachs on the floor. It's bad, and I can say we will never be back. We talked to the manager and she said sorry the eggs come in frozen and no one took them out the night before sorry and when I told her and another manager about te cockroach they both went great and she ran to get a broom. Arrived early to try and beat the dinner rush. Service was slow at first but improved as the dinning area filled up. Food choices were pretty standard for Sizzler. The marinara sauce with meatballs was missing the meatballs. Someone must have taken all the meatballs before I arrived. Staff was very polite and friendly. Lots of street parking as well as a parking lot. Located close to nice hotels. I walked from Holiday Inn rather then drove because it is so close. This is our go to when wanting a quick meal, decent food and many options. Friendly and helpful staff. On our last visit Tues, Aug 12th, there was an odd and slightly rude comment when ordering our meal, my husband was considering ordering the salad bar and the person taking the order specifically warned him that "she" meaning me could not share it, ok then, point taken, lol. We had a great dinner .. Shrimp shrimp shrimp is what I ordered. It was delicious. My Mom ordered Malibu chicken. Our waitress Marianna was very attentive. The service was great but the food was mass produced and flavorless. I saw the staff counting the pound cake at the desert bar by touching each piece without gloves. The dining room was clean but the restroom had a lot of surface level dust and grime. It needs a deeper cleaning. I want to ask them if anyone has tasted the taco meet lately? I'm hoping that sizzler shifts its focus to food quality because this could bring customers back for business. read more

Alexa is our go to server! She is amazing! Always know what we need before we even ask for it! We are her regulars every Friday night!

They have a trainee as a cashier which we worked with is not a problem, but however, when we got our food, my granddaughter was with us, and my husband got his steak cooked. I had a salad bar. We were done eating before the cheeseburger even gotten here when I went to management they said they were working on the give them two more minutes or five is passed And we had to share our lunch with my granddaughter because she never got it service. This is our go to Sizzler. It's always clean, service is great and the food here is always delicious. Their Salad Bar is constantly being checked up on which is great in case you missed something because they ran out. Their chefs do an excellent job when it comes to cooking meat.
