Took my momma here for some girl time. They were so kind to her & made her feel confident when she got her eyelashes done for the first time. She didn't want them too long, but more of a natural look & they listened & did a great job! Then for the pedicure, my momma has had foot surgery & is self conscious about her feet & they made her feel comfortable & took good care of her. I enjoyed my pedicure very much as well. The young lady was nice & thorough with my toes. For the acrylics I got, they weren't the most even, but they looked good enough. I requested a set and I asked for French tip and they said that they weren't able to do it on my nails since they added the acrylic nails to my natural nail. The gel did not cover my nails all the way, and I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday and a concert I was going to the next day, I was planning to get dull blue acrylic French Tip nails but they said they couldn't. I ended up getting plain nude pink. Which was fine but it didn't feel that special. This was my first time getting my nails done and it was not the best experience. I've been coming here for over a year now and wanted to give a new update. Let me say it's been amazing! The environment is relaxing and very open. They make it very easy to set appointments online and if for whatever reason it's not working you can always call or text! I usually get dropped off so sometimes I have to wait for my boyfriend outside, but the surrounding area is VERY good! I've never felt "scared" or weird. There's a lot of foot traffic which is nice, and next door they have a store so I usually go there. After setting up an appointment they send you an email and then the day before your appointment they send you a reminder email which I think is very nice since sometimes we all have crazy lives and forget. Came here on Friday afternoon with my sister for manicure & pedicure, they said we need to wait for 15 mins as we did not have appointment, thats is ok. But didn't like the quality of their work. The gel nail paint did not cover the sides of the nails, while doing manicure, did not push the cuticle behind for the both of us. Also for the toe nails as well, the polish did not cover the entire nails, the edges & sides were left off. read more

I am so happy this place exists. I never knew eyelash extensions could be completely painless and comfortable right from the end of your appointment. Normally I expect to dread the part where it's time to open my eyes and let my lids adjust to the weight and maybe be red for a bit. After I went somewhere else and got a chemical burn I was on the hunt for a place that would actually take sensitivity into consideration. I got my initial fill done by Dalena and then a mini before my engagement shoot with Karen and I was so happy after both appointments. I just never knew extensions could be done and you feel literally no irritation or heaviness afterwards. I was amazed. Both techs also made sure to communicate and ask how I was throughout, not scared that I was coming from a place of hesitancy, but confident that they've found and developed a practice that actually isn't painful. It does take a bit longer to fill, but the eyelashes seem to hold the same as previous extensions I've done, so for me comfort and lack of pain I feel is totally worth it. After going around to 4 places I think I can this place is a rarity and really worth trying out if you think eyelash extensions just come with irritation and that's normal (sensitivity doesn't necessarily mean allergic after all). read more

I got a customized facial so she used products according to my skin type. She got all my blackheads out! My pedicure was with Jolie. She was very professional and was able to cut ingrown nail. I saw some of Dalena's eyelash extension work on Instagram and I liked what I saw - so I promptly messaged her and scheduled an appointment. She's located in room inside the salon, Darling's Nails. Originally I had messaged her in regards to concerns I had about my own extensions since they were done at another establishment. She promptly and thoroughly answered all my questions and address all of my concerns. Dalena is very meticulous and detail-oriented with her work, and it is clear that she does it at a very high caliber with great results. I was scheduled for a volume refill at 11:30 on a Sunday and she took her time throughout the whole process to make sure that I was comfortable and knowledgeable about what she was doing. She let me know that there were some of my real eyelashes missing and some bald spots, so she brought up the possibility that I may have to take a break from eyelash extensions should anymore fall out. She definitely cares about the well-being of her clients! She spent about an hour and a half on a refill, when other places typically rush and get it done within 50 minutes. I was absolutely in love with my lashes when she was done and they looked so natural! She even gave me an aftercare kit with some tools and specific instructions on how to care for my lashes. I originally came in with my girlfriend who had an appointment, but then she decided to schedule me a facial and brow appointment with Dalena at the same time. I never do these kind of things so it was my first time doing so. But my first experience here was honestly amazing! Dalena was so kind and professional. This review is so long overdue as I've been coming to Dreamality for years. I've had lashes done here, nail services, and special occasion nail services as well. For lashes, I had classic style lash extensions done by Dalena. She is wonderful. Very sweet, knowledgeable, and her attention to detail is on point. Sadly, I was only able to enjoy my lashes for a few weeks before they started itching me but it's just because I have terribly sensitive skin. For nails, I usually get the deluxe pedicure and it never disappoints! Jolie is my go-to person for pedicures because she is gentle but gives the best foot/leg massages. For the special occasion nail services, this is by far my favorite service. I've done this for my cousin's birthday, my bff's birthday, and also for a belated Mother's Day celebration with my sister and our two little girls. It's perfect because you can get your nail services and have the convenience of brunch while you wait. We have had mimosas (virgin ones as well), fruit platters, bagels, and egg soufflés. They always pick the best fruits! The sweetest berries and even dragon fruit, lychee, and pink pineapple! They also personalize little plastic champagne flutes and laminate the menu to commemorate the special day. I scheduled my first post-COVID appointment with Dalena, as I am finally getting comfortable spending hours at an establishment. The new place is extremely clean and welcoming! Dalena brought some of her original Dreamality touches to her new place. Upon entering, there is hand sanitizer available and seats where you can wait. I was also greeted right away as I entered. Got eyelashes done liked them when they were done but they kept falling off went in 5 days to fix them and charged for a whole new refill ridiculous for the amount of money I paid. Then the refill again would fall off I took good care of them too. One side was falling off more than the other. I've been going to Dreamality for lashes and nails for awhile now and I definitely love it. It's small, and more intimate. I love that it's usually quiet and more serene than the bigger salons will be. When I go to get my nails done I'm looking for a calmer and quieter experience. In bigger salons you have people talking on phones, watching videos, etc. Here with only 3 pedicure chairs and 2 tables it's very nice and quaint. Lashes are really well done. I've only done them with Hang, but she's done great. I've yet to have anything less than 5 star service and a few times when a nail chipped I came back and given a quick fix and on my way. I have been coming here to see Dalena for a few months now and I have to say, she is the BEST! I found this place on Yelp and noticed that they only have Licensed estheticians and certified lash artists, which weighed heavily when choosing where to go. Dalena takes her time to do it right. For refills (I get the Mix set) I usually spend about 1.5 hrs there. But honestly, it goes by really fast because we'll share stories and she cracks me up sometimes. :) If you don't feel like talking, no problem! Take a nap, I work swing shift and I've totally fallen alseep before. heh heh. The environment is calm and easy going and the music is great. This place books up fast (because they're good at what they do) so I would suggest booking in advance. I made the mistake of not booking ahead one time and had to go elsewhere for a fill and was NOT happy with the results. When I finally went to see Dalena, she had to fix my lashes because the previous person seriously messed them up. There was a slightly extra charge for it (not much), but again, I did not mind having my lashes done the CORRECT way. She suggested taking biotin to help with lash growth and I cannot express how much that worked. Also, my eyes never get red after an appointment and my top and bottom lashes never ever get stuck together after shes done.
