I currently live out fo State and needed to replace a refrigerator at a property owned in CT. I had an initial conversation with the salesman later in the day about my situation and what I was looking to do. We needed a quick delivery. He called me back 10 minutes before they were closing and offered to stay as long as it took to answer my questions and moving it along. He was very thorough as we went through all the measurements to be sure it would fit in the space. The fridge I wanted was on sale which was a plus. They took a credit card over the phoine and I was told to expect a call the next day with a window for the delivery. The call came right on time. The two guys who came to take out the old and deliver the new were among the nicest guys I've ever met. They measured doorways, moved furniture and got the pieces in and out without any damage or issues. And they put the furniture back when they were finished! The mechanic who came to hook up the water line had the best personality and had so much patience for a senior citizen who had a lot of questions. He literally took the hands of a blind person and "showed" her the fridge. The delivery guys and mechanic were deserving of nice tips which they got. I wholeheartedly recommend Arts.

I checked YouTube for suggestions. Removed the screws and pulled the dishwasher out. To my surprise the drain hose was spliced to the old one with a rusty pipe, not to the T drain as stated on their website. So all of the dirty water was literally going back into the dishwasher. As I said, wrote to them twice. Not even a canned response. Check any installation from this shady company. I need a new refrigerator but not a chance I would buy another appliance from them.

However, two of the vacuums we had repaired crapped the bed, so I decided to bring an older vacuum I had from home to use at my job. Well that bag filled up, and as a supporter of local business I decided to try and buy replacement bags from this local business, despite my views of their repair work. I came in with info on the type of vacuum and model number I needed bags for. The staff was completely unhelpful. I was told "Hold on let me look it up." During which time this guy received a phone call from a customer complaining about a smell coming from her vacuum they just fixed. The man in the shop was dismissive and disrespectful towards her. After getting off the phone I assumed he would continue looking for the bags I inquired about, instead he said to one of his co-workers "You think this f----ng guy would realize that if I hadn't found the bags by now, we don't f----ng have them!" I said "Oh you know, that's a great point, So dumb of me to not realize that you haven't found them yet. So true. I am so sorry I'm so stupid" and started walking out. The employee the original guy was speaking to tried to apologize.... I was able to find out within 5 mins of leaving that store, that they actually DID have the bags I was looking for, and I had them in my hand, and one of the guys there said "that probably won't fit." Some true vacuum experts here. I would love to get my agency to stop using them as they're evidently completely incapable of providing any kind of customer service. Aside from their place being a complete dump. Which the first few times I went felt like part of it's old school charm...but really I think it's indicative of their lack of passion for what they do. Miserable people doing horrible work. I hope they improve soon, or go out of business. I absolutely despise people who suck at their job.
