Came here to buy some shoes for my son and daughter. I was able to use my UPS discount towards my son and daughter's before. This time the cashier was told by his manager that the UPS discount could only be used towards work boots. So even if I was to buy regular shoes I wouldn't even be able to use my UPS discount since it wasn't working shoes. On top of that the manager said they aren't allowed to give out their district sales manager phone number because they will be given out the district sales manager personal phone number. What kind of district sales manager not have a work phone. I asked the cashier did the discount policy change and he replied that the manager said I couldn't use my discount towards kids shoes and he doesn't make the rules. I was given their district sales manager email address and I emailed him but still no reply regarding the policy of their discount. Very disappointing... I have them a 2 star because the employees that were working the floor were kind and helpful. read more

I had a good experience here, the people were nice and helpful. I bought a pair of shoes and after one walk in them I was bleeding. I asked if I could exchange them and they said yes, no problem, even gave me some recommendations. The cashier seemed a bit confused at one point while trying to scan items for the exchange, but he was really nice and in the end and I got exactly what I needed. I now have a comfortable pair of shoes that fit right! Thank you Skechers. One thing to note: Customers are not social distancing and will walk right up to where you are. Customers - please keep your distance! That is not Skechers' fault though, they have one-way aisles and signage but people disregard these and it makes shopping during a pandemic stressful. read more

Did a store pick up and found that the item did not fit when I tried it on at home. When I went back to store to return, they scanned the slip of paper from the order pick up and told me they couldn't find it in their system so I could only get a store credit. Will not shop here again. read more

Bought a pair of work boots 2 1/2 weeks ago and the left one became defective. Waterproof symbol came off and a lace clip busted. Came in today without a receipt and they let me trade my pair out for a new pair. Thanks for making things right guys. Really appreciate the customer service. read more

I'll just give one star for the shoes I purchased since I really liked them. They're cute and comfortable. But the service was awful. I wasn't pressed for time, but there were only two cashiers and they were really slow plus one of them had difficulty processing the shoes of the customer in front of me. We went to the store today (Easter Sunday) to look for replacement shoes. The store was packed because they were having a sale. The manager on duty was a young lady. We have been keeping an eye on her and she surely is doing a great job. Moving around taking care of customers and answering all different kids of questions and helping the employees. She always has a light smile on her face and she was calm. Maybe this store's price is not the best, but at least they are hiring good people to take care of their customers. read more

after visiting the podiatrist, hubby was told that he needed a pair of good walking shoes to give his feel the proper support they needed so that he could make it through the day without feeling pain in his heels. we did some research and saw that skechers had a good selection of supportive shoes with ortho-lite inserts included with each pair of shoes. it was pretty crowded inside the store when we arrived, but the aisle that we were interested in wasn't that full, lucky us! after looking for at least 30 minutes, my husband chose a pair of casual, yet somewhat dressy, dark brown lace up shoes that would be suitable for both work and casual events. they would also suit him for longer walks if and when needed. since they were having a buy one get one 50% off special, hubby bought 2 pairs....not too shabby for $106! we're hoping these shoes will aid in making his feel feel better and last a long time! read more

This is a shoe outlet. The lady that helped me was very nice (short, skinny girl). The shoe that I wanted was not out, so she got some more in the back, and she got me new ones too... The cashier (tall, dark, old lady), was not as helpful. She rang me up, but she had to ask me to walk around to the front of the register (when I had a stroller and an obstacle of shoes to dodge. Needed some casual shoes and stumbled on their sale. Selection was decent but didn't have an array of shoe sizes available. I did make do and found three pairs to choose from. To start the shoes are really comfortable and my feet eased in without insoles. Big plus since I have a big shoe collection. Nevertheless upon arrival to the register is where they lost me big time. The cashier although cordial in the end spent quite some time on her phone before acknowledging me, so I had the good fortune of standing like a statue for a bit. Maybe she was on Yelp for all I know, but I do give her the benefit of the doubt she did recover and it was noticeable that she realized her error. This review is for the service, which obviously deserved only 1 star. It was Black Friday weekend so the store was full of staff everywhere, about 2 associates per aisle. My friend found a pair of shoes he liked along the wall, but his size was really high up and needed a ladder to get the size. So we asked the nearest associate for help; she looks at us and then looks at another associate on the next aisle over while she's approaching us as if she wanted him to help us instead. When we asked her to get the size up top for us, she called over her colleague and asked him to get the shoes for us. UMMM... isn't that the reason why she was stationed on that aisle, to actually HELP people on her aisle instead of asking her coworkers to do her job FOR her while she stands around and does NOTHING? She was probably seasonal and got let go shortly; she didn't deserve that job anyways. Don't expect much help from their sales associates, find a manager instead. read more

Amazing place - called them yesterday to find out if they had a particular style and size of shoe. A guy (don't remember his name) was amazingly helpful and went out of his way to suggest alternate solutions for things that they either didn't have in stock or didn't make at all. Needless to say, I drove down today (I don't drive ANYWHERE that I don't have to, trust me... too many people around that have no clue how to properly drive!) and bought a pair of shoes. I had some other concerns when I got there (different style questions, etc.), and a really helpful young lady (name starts with a V, really short and very sweet) helped tremendously with everything I needed. She also managed to get me an additional 10% off my tab, which I thought was above and beyond. Given that I've owned only two pairs of Skechers (I replaced my first pair after they lasted 8 years before even cracking), I'm really impressed with both the quality of their shoes as well as the quality of their employees. If you are looking for service, it doesn't exist here. This store is a deep shit for customer service. I have frequently bought Skechers shoes in Arrowhead mall (Glendale, Arizona) for two years because the employees were nice and helpful to me. I usually buy Skechers shoes at $80-$90 for a pair of shoes, usually one or two pair of shoes per transaction. With this price range, I know I have many options beside Skechers. I visited this store twice. The first time I came to see what kinds of shoes they have. None of the employees asked me if I needed any helps. The second time I came to the store to buy two pair of shoes. A lot of tired children in the store and they sat in front of the mirror. I asked the children to stand up a little bit so I could use the mirror to check my shoes. However, these kids were too tired so they just sat down right away when I looked to other directions. Look, I came to the store to buy shoes, not to ask the children to stand up for every minute. Thus, I asked an employee whether he could move the children to sit somewhere else so I could use the mirror. He replied "Well, everyone are customers here so I cannot do that. Why don't you ask her to move elsewhere." I felt annoyed to his reply so I asked to meet the manager. Yet the manager replied the same. I asked him "I am gonna buy two pairs of shoes right now. So you rather lose a sales than moving the children?" He smiled to me. Thus, I left the store. I will never come back to this store. And I am thinking to switch to another brand also. read more

I am an avid skechers lover. The customer service here just doesn't exist. The boyfriend and I made a quick stop here before heading home. We walked around for quite a bit and noticed a few employees behind the registers talking and NO employees on the floor. I found a shoe I wanted to try on but it was waaaaay up on the shelf? We then noticed a pretty big ladder near us. Were we supposed to get it ourselves? We waited for a few minutes to see if an associate would ask us for help. Nope. We were about to walkout when I finally find a shoe I liked AND was within reaching distance! It was a shoe for work so I wasn't looking to pay a whole lot. Went over to the register to pay for my shoes. Sale price was $34.95. It rang up as $39.95. After tax, came out to be about $46. I then asked the girl ringing me up "why is the total so much? I thought sale price was $34.95". I KNOW tax here would not raise the price $12 more!!! She then said "oh, there's tax included". Well DUHHHHHH!!!!!! She didn't even bother to check the box for any price errors. Just went ahead and continued to ring me up. I paid then double checked my receipt. I then showed her the sticker on the box saying it was on sale for $34.95. She then took another 15 mins trying to figure out how to refund my money or charge me the correct price. I was finally charged the correct price. She ended up giving me the difference in cash. Most places would ask if I wanted the refund in cash or back on my credit card.. Whatever.. As long as I got charged the right amount, I'm all good! 1 star for having it in my size/color 1 star for it bring reasonably priced All I gotta say is double check your receipt and pay attention to the price it rings up as!!! read more

I came here this past weekend with my family because my daughter needed a pair of new shoes for school. It wasn't busy when we arrived (around 1pm) but for some reason, the attitudes on these employees are so bad. I dealt with 2 employees there. I asked the first lady if she can check if there's a another size available for a particular shoe and she responded, "Whatever you see is what we have." She could of just went to the back and come back and then tell me that they don't have it. I would of at least feel a little better that she actually checked. The second lady (cashier) helped me check out. There was no "Hi" or "How's your day so far?", "Did you find everything you needed?". Instead, it was "Do you want to buy a 2nd pair for half off?" Anyways, I told her, "No thanks". Then the lady rang me up and asked if I wanted to pay 10 cents for a bag. Well, I already took out reusable bag and put it right next to the pair of shoes that I was buying as soon as I approached the cash register so obviously, I said, "I brought my own bag" and even showed it to her (which was in front of her). She then shoved the pair of shoes at me (without helping me put the box in my bag). She also did not check whether both shoes have the same size or whether the shoes matched. This store definitely needs to train their employees on business etiquette. read more

Shoes/boxes scatted around, display shoes out of place, four huge ladders blocking the isles (this is not a big store, average size), and employees just hanging around. This place is a mass. Two big tall ladders take up a lot of space from the display racks causing traffic and inconvenient to customers. Can they make the store look better? Those 2 up-to-ceiling metal ladders are dangerous to kids and elderly also. Is customer safety one of the important rules for any store retailers? I read all the bad reviews on this place, as far as non-existent customer service, so I was prepared for the worst. But I knew what shoe I wanted. I went in and stood by the register for less than a minute, and someone asked me if I needed help. They didn't have the shoe in stock that I wanted, but the sales person got me down two other shoes so I could try them out. I didn't like the shoes, and first asked for the address of another store, and then got one of them to call the other store to see if they had the shoe I wanted. The service was not atrocious, and not stellar. Could have been better, but certainly wasn't as bad as I was led to believe by the other posts. There were three people working the store, all looking under 25, including the manager, and they seemed extremely busy running back and forth from the front of the store to the storeroom, and back out, but all the action didn't seem to be focused on waiting on people. They did look somewhat pressured. Not sure what was going on. Maybe something to do with inventory. No one acted unprofessionally, but they did seem to have other things on their mind. I would give them 3.5 stars instead of 3, but it don't work like that. read more
