This staff deserves ZERO stars! Horrible service The staff working there tonight which is on 1/31 was rude and inconsiderate. Especially a young lainx girl. Backstory, I had placed shoes on hold about a hour before arriving there at the store at 8:57pm. I drove a little over 40 miles to get there for the shoes. I called while I was in the mall parking lot multiple times at 8:55pm. No answer, I thought ok. I'll just go to the store, I was told they close at 9pm. I got to the store exactly at 8:57pm. The gate was pulled down. I saw 3 associates there and I knocked on the gate. Not one could come to the gate to hear me out about needing the shoes back on hold and that I was told they closed at 9pm. Which per store policies they are to close at 9pm but this store didn't. They obviously were closed earlier than they said. The thing is ok, close earlier but at least hear your customer out. But no all associates kept working as I knocked on the window to get their attention. I called again on my phone and they wouldn't answer. This is still before 9pm and they can see I kept calling. Instead girl decided to film with her phone because I knocked on the gate this time. I'm not only knocking not kicking pulling or banging on windows or the gate. I find that rude and they awful service. I will be reaching out to the manager and district manager to complain. I will also send an email to corporate to let them know how their staff has no customer service skills! read more

Bought an outfit from this store and walked out with a receipt. Returned the next day with tags and unworn outfit and wasnt able to return the purchase. Advised the receipt wasn't in the bag but I have proof of purchase with my card. Cashier gave me the number to corporate. Asked for the managers name. He said "yes thats me and I go by JJ". He then proceeded to greer the hispanic girls who walked in. Never asked if I need help or what the problem was. I'll definitely be calling corporate. What made it worse is the guy who rang my purchase is the same guy telling me they dont do refunds. I also tried calling the store after I walked out. Called 5 times, no answer. We came on 7/2 and bought a pair of shoes for my son. My son wears a size 7 so obviously we asked for a 7. Fast forward to this morning, I was getting my son ready and trying to put his shoes on and they didn't fit. I checked the shoe size and sure enough they're a size 6c. So I have a box that says size 7 and shoes that are a size 6c. I called this morning at around 11:30AM and asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue and i ended up speaking with the assistant manager instead. I told the assistant manager what happened and she asked for a receipt. I told her I don't keep trash and didn't expect to be sold a pair of shoes that were too small. She says to give her a minute and she calls me back and gives us the okay to proceed with a return. I told her we would be coming from a half hour away and asked what time the store would close and she said we had until 7. We got to the store and I asked for the assistant manager and then an associate said they would help us. Fine. So he's scanning the box for like 20 minutes and looking at our debit card and says he can't find the transaction and to come back tomorrow when the store manager is in. I explained that the assistant manager said we would move forward and the mistake was on there part and that we were told it would be resolved today. The associate went to the back and says the manager said the best they could do is perform an exchange. He says they don't have the size we're asking for but that they have the next size up. I tell him it's fine that i'd rather be stuck with too big of a shoe than too small and he brings us a size 10. He then has us sitting there for another 15 minutes because apparently that's how long it takes to print a receipt. Not only did i lose almost an hour of my day but now i'm stuck with a pair of shoes that are too big for my son and i have to shell out more cash and make an additional transaction to get shoes for my son that actually fit. The assistant manager that i initially spoke with didn't show face at all by the way so that goes to show how unorganized the store is. So I guess if you need a size 6 be sure to ask for a size 7 since that's how it works in this store apparently. read more

whaa? I love getting shoes from Shiekh! I've shopped in store and online, and love my heels! In fact, most of the ones crowding my closet are from this store Since I'm hooked on high heels, this is the place to hit for affordable shoes you can scuff up at the club and not cry over it. I noticed their heels run a bit big- I'm usually a size 6, but wear a 5 at Shiekh. The staff are usually 20 something guys who are friendly (but not in a creepy way) and most of all helpful. read more

I've been to other sheikh shoe stores & this is by far the worst in customer service. The selection has nothing to do with it, but the experience is one that most would NOT enjoy. Some of the employees at this store do not show any interest in their job & are distracted by non related work things. The guy that helped me definitely did not give a good impression & seemed like he did not care for his job (which made it obvious by SWEARING in front of my little brother). I came to this store about 4 times in the past month & it made me want to write a review letting others know about this store. I much rather make the drive to another store than come back here & experience this whole thing again... This was my experience: I went to buy a pair for my brother's birthday & they did not have 10.5 which is fine, so I asked for the next size up which was 11. The guy came out with a 10 & an 11 so that I can compare even though I know that 10 would not fit him. He started playing around with the sizes & boxes at the register, as if he really did not know what he was doing & then started to ring us up. I was going to use my card since the shoes were expensive & the guy messes up the transaction & I was to do it all over again, which did not have me at ease. Finally we ended this experience with him accidentally ripping the receipt in half & give us TWO DIFFERENT sizes inside the box. I will not be coming to this sheikh store anymore. I went into the store today all 3 staff were huddled at the register when I walked in The place was empty no one greeted me (I'm like here we go ) or ask me if I need any help . I walked around finally I made my way to the front register. I asked if they had a specific shoe (showed a pic from the website ) . One of the young girls helped me after he looked at her once I asked to see the shoe , she told me they only have the display shoe which was my size . However ,it was stained . Honestly , if I made a scene I'll be in the wrong but they really irked me with their behavior . their attitudes was bad like they didn't want to be at work . News flash you in work Customer service so don't make me feel like I'm bothering you because I asked to see a show . On my way out I seen a guy getting shoes for his family helping himself that made me feel better that it wasn't directed towards me they just didn't want to work or be helpful . Horrible place. Do not even waste your time. I went in and looked for a pair of shoes and found one that I wasn't even thinking about buying but thought hey why not get it now since im here show it to the girl and see if she likes them if not I will return them. As I go up to the cashier they use some "scratch coupon" that I wasn't given by the way, they did it themselves and say "you're gonna save 10% off your shoes. So I was like ok sure why not. Bought the shoes left. Showed them my gf and she said I already have a pair similar so obviously I go return them. Here's where it gets good... Guy says I can't return them because I used a "coupon" and that makes it exchange only. So I begin to explain what had happened and that no one told me anything about not being able to return if I used a coupon. Still won't let me return it. I ask if he is the manager and he tells me he's the district manager. Wow really??? You are the district manager and you won't even listen to my story and understand that your employees tricked me to getting a discount but just HAPPENED to not tell me I won't be able to return it. So he tells me to call corporate and gives me t he number. I call them and talk to some guy who tells me he will have the right person call me. Of course no one calls me so after work I call again and spoke with some girl who tells me the one I spoke to is the vice president....wait....vice president??? So why couldn't he do anything to help with customer service??? So I then later after 2 hours get a call from another man who says he is also the vice president...yes another vice president. I tell him my story and told him that I am on my way back to the mall and for him to call there and tell the "district manager" to help me out. Wait...it gets better... I get to the mall and go back in and he says that he still won't do it and that it's his call. I go back outside because the store is an iron box and I don't get reception in there and call back again to the vice president and basically I have to explain to him that it's a principle matter. They employees basically lied to me and I feel cheated. So as the "vice president" I think he should be able to do something. I then wait for 10 min as he calls the store again and talk to the guy here. Finally I go back in when he comes out from the back and he then says "ok we're going to do this just this one time for you but we will need to take your info down so we can record that we already told you this". My reponse..."you can't take whatever down here is my ID do you want my blood sample too? cause trust me I won't be shopping here again". Bad business...why must I speak with two different vice presidents??? It was so obvious that the worker swindled me to buying something without telling me the details. My boyfriend and I went in last week to look for shoes he's been wanting for awhile. I see a pair of really nice heels & I ask if they have a size 8 or 8.5. The lady gives me an annoyed look & goes back to check. She comes out saying "sorry we only have a 9." So I say, "that's okay, can I try them on anyway?" (Note: sizes vary on different brands so I wanted to try.) I try them on & they actually fit, but it made me an inch taller than my boyfriend, so I put them back in the box & the lady gives me the nastiest look & says "So what? They didn't fit you?!" & I just smiled & responded "They fit, I'm just a little taller than my bf" & then walked away. This place sucks.. Employees rather socialize with each other than help out customers.. I work retail so I know how important it is to have good customer service.. Management is obviously the problem.. If I was in his place half of that crew wouldn't be there.. I was there a couple of days ago and was interested in buying some blue red and black Jordan's 6 1/2.. The only pair they had was on display.. I didn't get them because I was told they had a pair at a different location so I left.. I went to the other location and that shoe was NOT in stock.. Wow really? So at this point I'm like ok shit happens I really want those shoes I decided to go back to this location.. When I came back I was not greeted and had to look for someone to get some help.. Kind of frustrating because I wasn't shopping around I knew what I wanted.. So this guy walks by me didn't even acknowledge me until I said something about wanting this shoe.. He looks at me doesn't say anything and takes the shoe from me and walks to the back to get it.. I asked for the 6 1/2 and he comes back with a 7 WTF.. He says we don't have it but here take the 7.. NO I don't want the 7 I said your display is a 6 1/2 I don't mind just give me what I want.. I was just here 2 days ago.. He didn't bother to take his time and look for it he just brushed me off and said we don't have it too bad.. What an ass.. I can tell the difference between genuine customer service and what is forced because you have to be there. Where do I begin?! I came into this store to buy a Jordan shoe that had just dropped for my son. They guaranteed that if we subscribed to their monthly plan for $300 plus shipping of $20 we would have the shoe in 48 hours. My card was charged Dec 8th yesterday after tons of calls to the store and to management with additional calls to their warehouse we finally received a package. To our additional surprise it was the wrong size shoe which was guaranteed with the purchase. So much for a Christmas present, now I have to revert to calling my credit card company to fight the charge this store can have their package back with the wrong size shoe. So disappointed, why make a guarantee that could not be kept. read more

i love this place.im from las vegas and i was visiting family for a few day in cali.
