I always get excited when I find a coffee shop that has Lavender anything. The rest of my family was equally happy with their Vanilla Latte and Americano. I also grabbed a bag of chocolate covered espresso beans which were yummy and perked me up a bit. It's a tiny shop, so if you have a big party, you won't all be able to fit. They also sell house-made vanilla extract in cute little bottles, coconut and lemon sugar, adorable mugs, and a variety of teas and trinkets. I wish I could buy everything in this shop, it's so cute. I definitely recommend the coffee connoisseur check out Coffee & Company.

Finding Coffee & Company in The Village Shops of Gatlinburg feels a little like being let in on a…read morelocal secret. You don't just accidentally stumble into it. You seek it out. In fact, we walked about a mile from our hotel specifically to come here because we remembered it from a previous trip. That's a pretty strong endorsement considering there are approximately 7,000 places in Gatlinburg willing to sell you coffee, fudge, pancakes, taffy, or some combination of all four. Tucked away inside The Village, Coffee & Company has that hidden gem feel that makes you wonder how many people walk right past it without realizing what's waiting inside. The coffee itself is solid. One thing I appreciated was the balance. Too many coffee shops seem to believe that foam should either completely dominate the drink or be absent altogether. Here, the ratio of coffee to froth was right where it should be, allowing the coffee itself to remain the star of the show. I ordered a flavored coffee, and while I wasn't completely in love with the particular caramel syrup they use, that's more personal preference than criticism. Coffee flavors are a bit like pizza toppings... ask ten people and you'll get twelve opinions. The drink was still enjoyable and well made. The staff deserves credit as well. Friendly, efficient, and quick without making the experience feel rushed. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't always guaranteed when dealing with tourists before they've had their caffeine. What I like most about Coffee & Company is that it knows exactly what it is. It's not trying to be a trendy coffee laboratory where your drink arrives after a 15-minute explanation of bean origins and atmospheric conditions during harvest season. It's simply a really good coffee shop serving really good coffee in a charming location. Would I walk a mile for it? Absolutely. Would I walk five miles? Let's not get carried away. Four stars. A hidden gem that's worth seeking out, especially if you're wandering through The Village Shops and need a quality cup of coffee to fuel your next round of Gatlinburg adventures.

Now, I knew I wanted to stop here because one coffee took the forefront of my mind from the menu…read more It practically jumped out at me when I saw it there SPUMONI! I love spumoni. It's a delicious blend of chocolate, cherry pistachio all those great things in one and typically an Italian flavor of ice cream with a scoop served after a good meal. Having that transferred into a coffee is the optimal way to start your morning. It was extremely delicious, we left Tennessee a month ago and this coffee is still in my mind! It had a cherry whip, with a chocolate drizzle but the flavor also felt like it was IN the drink itself. The size was also perfect, I'm pretty sure this was a medium, and despite the fact that it had all those yummy flavors at play it wasn't overpowering. It was just the right sweetness level for me, and I still got the taste of what it was coffee! It was really quiet inside when we decided to go, this is tucked away from the street in a place called Elk Plaza, the plaza does have its own parking, however, it is strictly limited to when you're spending time at the plaza so do not go elsewhere or you will risk being towed. We decided to make a walk here from our hotel. The staff was fast the wait was maybe about 4 - 6 minutes they took a lot of care in making my drink which you can see in the way it was displayed, overall I wish they were a chain so they could open one up the street from me because I miss this coffee so much!

The shop is on the smaller side with only a few small tables. The workers were friendly and prepared my drinks quickly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. My latte tasted fine though the milk was definitely too hot and burned my tongue when I took my first sip. I got my husband the Spumoni and he enjoyed it-especially the cherry whip cream!

My parents and I were looking for a simple meal, close to our lodging at the Hippensteal Inn…read more My mom said, "Ive never had a house salad so big and so fresh. This is terrific" I enjoyed a grilled chicken sandwich while my dad dined in the Greek Bowl with tater tots. The food was fresh, very tasty, but it was mostly the attentiveness of everyone who works here. They stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed and always with a smile. My mom originally wanted to get "take out", but the outdoor seating with umbrellas in the courtyard was too pleasant to pass up. We will be back.

There's a bunch of other shops here. The place was beautiful lots of wood clean. Two unisex bathrooms. I got the Greek salad bowl. Which was lettuce tomato green onion tetraziki sauce and it had tater tots at the bottom kind of strange but I liked it I wish they would have had put some olives on it. It was $15. Scott got the Greek salad it looked much better you got more food for your money. Anyway nice place to get a salad and relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. They have inside and outside seating and they also have some kind A beer tasting in there you can get a flight and they had like 10 different beers on tap. Check it out.
