Well, close up of my traditional eggs, Benedict with separated, hollandaise... Kind of curdled whoever cooked it did not cook it right
    Robin H.

Came here with my girlfriend. I met her at 12:30. We sat outside and nobody came to take out order or take a drink order until 1 o'clock ...no server to be found ...then somebody finally did come to take our order. We both ordered the eggs Benedict, which took about 40 minutes ... the hollandaise was curdled ( see close up pic)The hashbrowns were raw and I didn't send anything back because I was afraid I would never get food after that because it took so long to get this food.. the place did have staff, but nobody came outside. The food was horrible. The service was terrible and I don't know how they stay open. I'm not one to give bad reviews, but this was terrible. Skillets what's your story?

We had a very good lunch here. Located on one of the corners in the Delray marketplace, we were lucky to find a parking spot behind the restaurant. This shopping center is quite popular --especially at lunch time. And the restaurant was busy just after we arrived. We were seated right away. All the booths were taken, so it was a middle row table. We got good and friendly service. And our food came out fairly fast. My husband ordered regular coffee and they brought him a small carafe. I had an iced decaf coffee which they refilled as needed. I had one of their lunch "favorites" -- the chicken caprese sandwich. I left off the mayo. It came on a warm pressed Panini hoagie. Inside the bread: strips of grilled chicken breast, tomato slices, provolone cheese, pesto, and balsamic glaze. The sandwich was served cut in half. It was a very good combo of flavors. I ate half and took half home. For my side, I got the Parmesan potato pancake. It was served hot and the cheese made the shredded potatoes creamy. I also tried their slightly sweet scone of the day -- it was blueberry. It tasted like a biscuit with sprinkled sugar on top. It was okay. They serve breakfast for lunch as well. And my husband ordered their "my big fat Greek" omelet. This was three eggs with lots of tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese and whole Kalamata olives. The olives gave it a bit of saltiness. He said it was very good. The only slip was that he'd ordered skillets potatoes and they gave him the cheesy potato pancake. And the only thing he didn't care for was the biscuit which he said was overly dry. He had to add a mess of jelly and butter to make it edible. We liked this place a lot. In fact, after dining here, I went online to see where they have other restaurants in south Florida. We will have to try their Boca and/or Wellington locations.

Brunch stop today. Plenty of parking in back lot and some near front. Interior is bright and clean. Friendly welcome and seated immediately. As we looked over our menus our server took our beverage orders. The coffee is very good BTW. I chose the Big Fat Greek omelet, with feta, spinach, olives and diced tomatoes. It came with a choice of bread; toast, scone or biscuit, I went with the biscuit. (Biscuit was only thing I didn't like - dry and crumbly- okay after dumping jam on the crumbly bits). My omelet was delicious, my Skillet Potatoes, were probably the Parmesan potato cake instead of what I ordered... too hungry to send back.

I met a friend from childhood who I had not seen in almost 15 years. There was no wait for a table. The dining area appeared clean. The menu has many breakfast and lunch options. I ordered the Fresh Strawberry Pancakes and skillets potatoes. The food tasted fine. Our waiter, Jay, was excellent, and did not rush us as I had told him that my friend and I were catching up after around 15 years. Also, this Skillets is in a cute shopping center.

To be honest, I was pretty excited in the beginning of the meal (always excited to try new restaurant). But this place wasn't it! Food and service was just ok, the server messed up my wife's order and that kind of ruin it for us. Don't get me wrong the server was very nice and very polite but I think he might have been a little overwhelmed with his tables. My wife ordered an egg white omelet with bacon, mushrooms and spinach but they brought out a bacon Egg white omelet and none of the other veggies. We had to flag him down and asked for the others on the side. The egg white omelet was dry and not appetizing or appealing. My daughter and I order simple thing but were just ok. We did order a side order of bacon and they were $3 per slice (insane!!)

A very reliable place for breakfast with plenty of outdoor seating as well as indoor. Located in a shopping plaza. Large menu. Fast friendly service. I guess their thing is fresh scones as a bread option. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Their skillet potatoes are cheesey.

First we had our meal to go but we stopped in. Everyone was friendly and the place seemed clean but we can't comment on the table side service. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and it was prepared and expected. The stand outs for us were the pancakes -fluffy but light and tasty---and next was the scone. The scone was hard on outside and soft on the inside -so just buyer beware if you prefer a hard scone all around. The packaging for our items was sufficient and we'll try sit down sometime in the future.

Fantastic service this morning from Patrick who took great care of us and ensured that we had a great breakfast. Dad enjoyed his pancakes, Step mom enjoyed her bacon and I enjoyed my "Keto Skillet" that was a big pile of protein that meant I did not need to eat for another 10 hours. My three poached eggs were perfect. The restaurant is clean and bright and nicely laid out. I enjoy the coffee carafe so that we don't have to wait for refills. A small and helpful touch. Pancake platter with bacon and eggs

I enjoy breakfast food for lunch, and Skillets has a nice selection of both breakfast and lunch foods. This includes an array of items featuring eggs (many ways), pancakes, waffles, french toast, crepes, fruits, etc. The service wasn't stellar, but since we were planning to enjoy a leisurely meal, the slow pace was just fine. It would have been helpful if the server stopped by a bit more often to check on us and refill our water glasses. We wanted to sit outside as Skillets has several al fresco tables, but the hostess said we would have to wait for an outside table even though we saw a few empty ones and no diners were waiting. We opted to dine inside. Maybe there weren't enough servers on hand? That might also explain the slow service inside. I was interested in the pancake platter, which consists of two pancakes, 2 eggs and bacon or sausage. I asked the server if I could substitute something for the meat, perhaps fruit, and he suggested ordering it without the meat. Great! I didn't know that option was available for the pancake platter. I had the blueberry pancakes, and they were delicious as well as quite large! Some of the best pancakes I've ever had, and full of blueberries. The eggs, which I ordered omelet style, were not particularly flavorful though. My friend ordered the pancake platter as well, with plain pancakes and bacon. The bacon was thick and tasty. Her meal came with a small side of fruit (just a few pieces). When I asked why my meal didn't include the fruit cup, the server explained that I had blueberries in the pancakes (for an upcharge), so no side of fruit was provided. Weird. My friend also requested real maple syrup (for an upcharge, as would be expected). She received a large portion of warm syrup, which was tasty although it seemed a bit thin for real, organic maple syrup. The prices are somewhat high for breakfast foods as compared to several other similar restaurants. But the food (especially those blueberry pancakes!) was generally good. I'll eat again at Skillets. Maybe lunch food next time? Nah.

I have been here twice. Ordered the Denver skillet $15, and a potato skillet $14. Both have been eggscellent . Good coffee also. Plenty on the menu to choose from, including a lunch menu. Lots of parking available. either in front or behind the restaurant. Good service and very clean. Will definitely be stopping in for a 3rd. visit. Maybe for lunch.

This was our first time here and it was Father's Day. We came at 10 am and were lucky to sit down right away. The venue has both inside and outside seating. It's in the Delray Marketplace. Service was excellent. The menu offers a wide variety of choices including favorites, keto and gluten free. Portions are very generous. We love the freshly made biscuits and scones. We would definitely come back on another occasion.

Everything we ate was fresh, authentic, and well-composed in both flavor and texture. After the meal, I felt light and satisfied, not overly stuffed. We visited for Sunday dinner and shared several items. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Diana and Janet, who were attentive with service and kept the tables cleared throughout our visit. The interior is small but thoughtfully laid out, with good use of space and intimate tables. The partially open kitchen allows you to observe the food prep and the wood-fired oven, which adds to the experience. There's also a self-service kiosk for quick checkout, along with a grab-and-go section with sweets, sides, and pops. They do offer limited outdoor seating, though on busy days it can feel a bit cumbersome, as there's frequent foot traffic passing by. If you order just one item, make it the Beef Shawarma Mix Bowl. Ours had a base of hummus and Lebanese rice, topped with beef shawarma, tomato-cucumber salad, parsley, sumac onions, and tahini. The portion may look small, but it's very filling and well worth the price. The meat was tender and well-seasoned--a true kaleidoscope of flavors coming together in a perfectly balanced bowl. For fry lovers, the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich is a must. The fries inside, paired with the garlic toum whip, worked beautifully. I'm not usually a pickle fan, but this sandwich may have converted me. Tip: if you're ordering both, start with the sandwich. We began with the bowl, and while the sandwich was excellent, the bowl's balance of flavors slightly overshadowed it. The Lahmbajein, their Lebanese flatbread baked in the wood-fired oven, was another surprisingly good option. Light with crisp edges, topped with spicy ground beef, tomato, onion, and pine nuts, then finished with pomegranate molasses. The spice leans toward flavor than heat, and the sweet-savory balance left a lingering impression. The Tahini Caesar Salad was fresh and crunchy, topped with halloumi cheese, which elevated it beyond a typical salad, though I'll admit, I am a cheese lover. Ha! For dessert, the Namoura was surprisingly delightful. Made with semolina flour, it looks extremely dense but still light with a crisp edge. It had a subtle orange flavor with a hint of what I think is coconut, almost reminiscent of a Jamaican Grater Cake. Sweet and rich, a little goes a long way. Drinks were refreshing: the Rosewater Lemonade had a stronger rose flavor, and the Orange Blossom Iced Tea was unsweetened and clean. Making both the perfect pair to not overshadow the flavors in the food. Metered parking is available about a 2-minute walk behind the restaurant. This is a thoughtfully executed spot with soulful flavors and care in every detail. A great addition to Delray. They do have limited seating outside but it can become cumbersome dining out on a busy day as people are constantly walking by.
