Came with a large group, 20 or so people. They only gave us one waitress. She worked her butt off and did her best, but it just took forever. The restaurant is to blame there, not the waitress. Menu looked great, but food was disappointing. I ordered one of their skillets-the Denver. It had an overwhelming amount of onions in it. I got chorizo instead of ham. Chorizo was tasteless. Just a nothing dish. The biscuit was tasty, although not a traditional biscuit. I ordered a special iced coffee-pumpkin flavored with fresh whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. I was brought just a pumpkin flavored iced coffee. At first the waitress said they were out of whipped cream. Then she brought me a ramekin of whipped cream with cinnamon sugar on it, which I had to plop into my coffee myself. Definitely not the coffee I was looking for or expecting for $5.95. The other people at my table were mostly equally underwhelmed by their meals also. I might go try it one more time without a big group and see if they fare any better, but I can't say I'm in any big hurry. read more

A pretty awful meal. Caesar salad with chicken was awful -- not fresh lettuce, tasteless chicken. Sad. Omelette tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill or pan. Eggs Benedict was bad -- tiny little eggs lost on an English muffin with nothing else on the plate. Didn't this place used to be good? Amazing it survives with what must be very high rent. There was no sweetener on the table and the waitress did not appear so I had to go inside two times to get it . 45 minutes later our food had not arrived. I asked to speak to the manager who came and said sorry, sorry, sorry, can I get you anything to drink? I said may I have a glass of ice water. The ice water never came. We came to the Marketplace location after going to the Boca location many times. This site has a very welcoming staff, especially server Mallory. The ambiance is crisp and clean, with both outside and inside seating availability. The menu options are extensive and varied. Been visiting in boynton beach for a little over a week and decided to try something new the last morning. We made a great decision coming here. I had the bacon avocado omelette, the skillet potatoes were great, eggs were cooked to how I ordered. Good portions. The people are so friendly and the atmosphere is nice and bright. I used to work in this space when it used to be a cafe and pizza place but they created it one space. I got the Benedict with their potato pancakes and I wish the pancakes had a bit more flavor and salt. Everything else was great. The scone/biscuit I got was delicious! read more

We tried skillets for the first time on Sunday. We sat at the counter. Service was great, our server was very friendly and helped make some choices for us. The chocolate chips banana pancakes were good (a little sweet for us) but they were really good! The chicken apple sausage was great, we love this and not many places carry it. The waffle was AMAZING, crispy but light and airy you feel like you're eating sweet air. The bacon was the best bacon I have had at a restaurant in a very long time thick and sweet! The eggs were good the way we requested. Management seemed to be on top of everything always walking around checking on employees and patrons. For a restaurant that just opened not long ago I think they are running very smooth! We will definitely be back and look forward to it! read more

Had wanted to try the new Skillets in the Marketplace in Delray since it opened. The interior is open, airy and immaculate. The menu is varied consisting of breakfast and lunch items which are plentiful and freshly made. Mallory, our server, was AMAZING. She is extremely pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I was so happy to see a Keto Omelette on the menu. It was delicious and a very nice serving size. My friend ordered the club sandwich and was very happy with her choice especially since the bacon was crispy. The service was excellent on a busy Sunday afternoon. Found it strange that entrees were served with one slice of bread/toast instead of two. Keto dish scrambled was overcooked but served hot. Bagel with everything was an extra charge with Denver Skillet. Iced coffee...never was asked if we wanted another Greek salad lacked enough feta cheese to really qualify as Greek...not large enough to take any home for $14.95 May try again for lunch since the service and atmosphere are pleasant but doubtful the cost/value will keep folks coming back often. read more
