We adjusted our plans and were ready to leave, but then we were told they could accommodate all four of us after all, and that another massage therapist would arrive shortly. Three of us were taken in on time, but I was left waiting. I was told the therapist would arrive in about five minutes, but I ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes while the others had already started their sessions. This put me behind schedule since we had other plans afterward. When I brought it up afterward, the staff did offer a small compensation for a future visit, but I was in a rush and couldn't really resolve it fully at the time. Overall, while the massage experience itself was good, the coordination and communication around our booking made the visit stressful and not as enjoyable as expected. Lying down on the warmed spa bed was extremely relaxing. She immediately placed a weighted warm compress on my abdomen, weighted warm wraps for my feet, applied a warm weighted eye mask (which I never knew existed) & topped it off with the softest weighted blanket ever. She started on my facial & then moved into washing my hair. I was sent into full relaxation mode which really helped me get away from everything else and just focused on these 100 minutes of rest & restoration. The spa ended with a hair dry using Dyson tools. Was really surprised at how untangled and easy to brush my hair was after. When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.

We returned later, but the staff used a metal extraction tool very aggressively, causing significant pain. I also had to point out the remaining blackheads individually. When I privately shared my concerns, the response was dismissive and suggested I find another salon. I appreciate that they allowed us to return, but the poor communication, aggressive extraction, and lack of a final check made the experience disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and ensure extractions are performed safely and gently.

After I told her I won't be coming back she doesn't get the clue and will continue to harass you. I've never experienced anything like this from a business provider before. I also worked in customer service my entire life. I hope Anna can get a grip and learn how to run her business with more professionalism. Taking clients money without having clear guidelines about changing appointments is essentially stealing.
