Jas is a bomb esthetician. She really knows what she's doing. I have came here twice and have gotten compliments on my Brows every time. I am confident in her work and don't fear that my Brows will be left too thin or look unnatural. I will give 2 stars because it's nice and clean in there. Long story short, I booked an appointment online days before for an eyebrow wax at 6:00pm. I showed up 10 mins early at 5:50 pm, was greeted at the front. She told me she would be right with me. She left and went to a room in the back with the other estheticians. They were all in there for almost 30 mins. I was still not seen by 6:20pm... no one came to check on me, tell me I'll be seen soon... nothing. I walked out and did not have the service done. Can't believe I got there early and was not seen for 30 mins. For a simple eyebrow wax. Very disappointing. read more
