Sometimes here it's not as crisp, so I just come if my eyebrows are overgrown and need it done ASAP If I'm in the area, I'd come back and chalk it to bad luck but for the price, there are definitely noticeably more skilled spots if you are willing to drive a bit further. Unfortunately, that is not enough to save my rating for them. You really must have the skill for the procedures that you're trying to sell or else not only are you wasting your customers' money... but you're leaving permanent/semi-permanent mistakes on their faces! Point blank: They did a terrible job on my eyebrows that day. Although I do believe my eyebrow-embroiderer placed sincere efforts in listening to what I wanted, she really could not deliver. I asked for just a light tint, yet the eyebrows she gave me were so dark, they just looked... burnt. I asked for a natural arch, but she embroidered a tail that's completely out of my normal hairline. The worst part was when she had messed up on my right eyebrow. Even now when you look at it, you can clearly see two tails embroidered. The stitch work was also very uneven, overall. It was a poor job done in many ways. I did comment about the unevenness of lines, mismatched shapes, and unpleasant darkness at the end of her work. She was able to comfort me by telling me I needed a few days for some healing, exfoliating, etc. I did wait a few days and came back a week later with the same complaints. It was then she advised me to rub Hydrogen Peroxide on my eyebrows until they faded. I left that day doing just as she told... to no avail. Thus, with all that sad, having my eyebrows embroidered at Herbal Mineral had been a very, very, very big disappointment. It's been a regret ever since, and to this day, I wish I had never purchased that groupon.
