I've been attending Candlelight Yin, and Restorative Yin. I have also attended a glorious sound bath, super cool and had no idea how soothing it would be! Since attending in January 2024 I have found the best relief from years of built up tension, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. I wasn't doing well. I tried therapy but it just wasn't what I needed to fully heal. It healed my superficial mind, but my subconscious mind and My BODY was still craving relief. Yoga was what I needed. He is strong and powerful and has a beautiful calm spirit. He is super intuitive and very genuine. He is a Tibetan monk; and his space has several beautiful Buddhist alters.
