I wish you were still in Spokane. I loved your fish and chips and chowder! But you have to be in business to go! Come back.

Amazing!!!!!! This review is long overdue…read more True hidden gem of a restaurant. I am from the Tri cities and when I come I head directly here. The wings are out of this world. The fried rice is sooo good. I ordered with Shrimp and it was just yummy. And to top it off I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Indonesian dessert -Banana Lumpia. Not a big banana guy but trust me you will love it. I've been begging the owner who is so nice and so positive to come down to the Tri cities. Also their Pho is what I usually get but now with the fried rice. It is now my favorite dish.

Okay for the prices I was expecting great portions but they were just not there…read more We got two starters, bao buns and the lucky budda rolls. The lucky budda rolls were delicious! It was vegetables and herbs and pork wrapped in rice paper. It was really refreshing and the sauces; peanut, sambal, and chili were so good! But they were 14 dollars and barely had any pork... The bao buns were good, the pork belly being really great. The bun itself was not great, but the sauce in the bao made up for it. But it was 12 DOLLARS for TWO small sized bao buns! The kalbi was tender and really nicely charred. The flavors were nice with a sweetness that paired well with the smoky flavor and was probably the best dish over all. The bombay chicken also had a really nice flavor, but was so dry it was nearly impossible to eat. I got the ko moo yang which is a marinated pork dish. The flavor wasn't exceptional - it was also dry. We did get sides; marinated greens, egg, radish, and noodles but the portions sizes for them were comically small. I swear there were 6 macaroni noodles. The Thai tea was overly sweet and this was mentioned-! they only had coconut milk and told us that but it was so chunky, a sort of curdle milke texture, it was hard to suck through the straw. Our service was very slow and a member of my party had mentioned that she didn't eat spicy food and so the server didn't bring over hot sauce for the rest of the party who do eat spicy? Plus it was very slow moving which was strange because there was no one there, like it took ten minutes for two drinks which were sodas. We arrived there around 3pm and left around 5pm. It didn't have interesting decor but the windows did allow a lot of natural light out. While I didn't pay attention two members of my party noticed that while the lobby was clean - the kitchen wasn't.

You can't go wrong with any of the dishes IMO, but the mushrooms are a must as a side dish. They are packed full of flavor, just like everything else we had. Some honorable mentions: French styled chicken, NY steak, clams, and the Caesar salad is creamy & delicious. The service was great, too. Shout out to Dan! Can't wait to come back!

Between the 4 of us we shared an appetizer, a salad, two filet mignon and 2 desserts and still took food back to our room. Here's what we thought of the food and sauces. Complimentary Bread and Butter - 8 - Thick and crisp crust but soft bread. Salted butter was a great addition to an otherwise plain bread. Steak Bites - 10 The Gorgonzola sauce was drinkable, steak was tender and the fries were decent. Filet Mignon - 9 - Perfect crust and seasoning but slightly overcooked. - SAUCES - Béarnaise* - 8 Buttery with a hint of lemon Chimichurri - 10 - Love the spice added to a classic Brandy Peppercorn Demi-Glace - 6 Burnt flavor but rich Jalapeño Demi-Glace - 7 Very little Jalapeno flavor but not burnt like the other Demi-Glacé Mushroom Marsala Demi-Glace -10 Wow, so good Horseradish Dijon Aioli - 4 Mayo forward and very little horseradish - DESSERT - Strawberry Ice Cream - 6- decent but has other flavor notes than strawberry Divinity Cake - 10 - We don't like cake but this had the passion fruit sauce along with all of the other powerful flavors was quite the experience! The food runner was very nice and I wish we had them as our own server! The service... 2/5. All the other servers seemed great and ours took a long time to come to us for drinks/bring drinks. Someone in our party ordered a corona and it took 15-20 min for it to be brought and it wasn't super cold. At the end of the dinner she didn't bring a box like we agreed and when I mentioned it to remind her she said in a rude tone: "yeah... im bringing it in just a second". Overall, just not a great experience in that area. Everything else made up for all of that.

EZ-PZ, right? Well, not so much. We were seated near the fireplace in a busy dining room. Took forever and part of the next day to get a glass of water before putting in beverage orders in a half-full house. Put in the food orders, she wanted the chicken, I ordered the fish. She was happy, I'll just refer you to the pictures of my fish. We can be sure I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known then what I know now. So, mixed opinions on the food. Service? Pretty much slow and spotty. We gave credit for that to our server having a nearby party-time table with a lot of people, all enjoying their libations and trying to speak over each other. We could only assume the server expected a notably larger tip, maybe. All in, not the greatest use of our dining out money. Not sure we'll go out of our way to drop in here next trip in the area.

If you like it spicy, they can definitely turn up the volume for ya, but flavors across the menu are just right if you don't want the heat. Good spot for a date night, with it's dark ambiance, but you've got to look past that it obviously was a Mex resto prior to their moving into it years ago, haha. Prices are standard, but consider you are probably taking tomorrow's lunch with you home... ;)

We ordered the veggie wraps that came with a tasty peanut sauce and they were fresh and crisp. The "special" was the crispy chicken which two of us ordered. So very good. Amazing sauce with a few chunks of pineapple and it came with steamed rice. (An option is to have it served in a pineapple shell.) We also ordered the pad see eew which, sadly, was very disappointing as it was primarily veggies with only an occasional chopped piece of noodle. Since it was a noodle dish it was crazy that there was probably a total of two chopped(!) wide flat noodles. Our server said they pre-portion it and we could add a side of noodles if we wanted more. Uh, no. We just had her take it back. We have ordered pad see eew many times at restaurants all over the US and never had such a tiny amount of noodles! So... we will definitely return for the wrap and chicken.
