I was pretty disappointed with the food we got. We got a takeout of 2 extra large lamb gyros and the calamari. The lamb meat was almost like a ground meat consistency which is very wrong when it comes to a legit gyro. It was pretty greasy and soaked the pita. What really disappointed me was the calamari and fries. The fries were very low quality. For 13-14 bucks we only got about 5-6 rings of calamari. It looked like they had given us a side order of it instead of a full appetizer. All the other Mediterranean restaurants I've gone to we pay about the same for calamari but you get a full plate of it. The only decent thing was the slices of baklava. Probably won't be returning anymore. read more

Loved it! We tried several of the different dishes so that we would have a fairly good idea of the flavor profiles they were capable of. Not our favorite falafel but still good. Stuffed grape leaves were absolutely delicious and the rest of eggplant was amazing! We also tried a small lamb Gyro which was very tender. read more

Yummy hole in a wall Greek place! There is no indoor seating, so be prepared to either take it to go or to sit under the umbrellas outside! Definitely looks very sketchy but let me tell you- the falafel was DELICIOUS! The hummus was very tasty. The pita bread was very fresh tasting. The tomatoes were flavorful. I have to critique because my family owns successful Greek restaurants they opened after they came to this wonderful country from Greece. The gyro is not bad, it really isnt. Slightly overpriced as my XL gyro didnt seem different then any other gyro. However, it would probably go a long way if they cut it in strips and loaded the pita that way, rather then give you a pita full of ground meat. Most of mine falls out after the pita bread becomes soaked and falls apart from the meat. You are not supposed to eat it with a spoon..lol and the gyro isnt supposed to fall apart. The fries tend to get over-seasoned at times but its not bad either. I love that they have this new spot where you can dine-in with a drive-thru along the side. However, nothing about the decor, inside or outside, screams "Greek restaurant" that a gyro is known for, aside from the Greek flag inside. The seating in proximity to the restrooms was a little off-putting but that's whatever, especially the uncovered trash can in between the restrooms. Having to look around and ultimately walk across the establishment to leave your tray and plastic cup could be improved. No real signs or anything staying to leave it on the table or where to take it. That aside, the food is not bad and the staff is friendly enough. read more

So, this place makes good Greek food. They are pretty consistent. However, today I walk in, MASK ON, to order and take out. None of the staff are wearing masks. Not the girl who is serving, not the owner cooking away and not the nice man at the register taking orders. Now the man at the register did have a mask on but it was pulled all the way down. Very nice staff - they work hard to get your order ready, get it right, and the food is delicious! I suggest the Ruble fries topped with beef, feta, and banana peppers. Extremely excited to try this place out since they had great reviews online. Let me first start off by saying I do not mind paying well for a decent meal. I even included a large tip on my purchase. Half the food we purchased was in a case already prepared. The quality and taste definitely lacked something. The meat on my gyro was a mushy mess. I cant confirm if it was real meat. I haven't ate at McDonald's or Taco Bell in quite some time. I recommend anything but this place. I had the beef gyro, husband had a salad, we shared grape leaves and tzaziki with pita. Placed an order through DoorDash, while the order arrived timely and the gyros tasted great, the size of one was made and delivered incorrectly. Ordered a Large gyro and received a small. When calling in to the restaurant I was only offered an in store credit to be used on "free fries" the next time I dine in. The price difference between the 2 sizes is $3 and in my opinion this should have been refunded. This wont keep me from ordering again, but it will make me think twice before doing so. read more

Worst gyro we have ever had. We have eaten here a long time ago and weren't big fans then, but we thought we would give it another shot. Totally regret that decision. The gyro meat was not shavings like you always have, this was some kind of ground or chopped up mystery meat. There was no flavor to the meat or the tzatziki sauce, at all!! Just have this greasy coating all over our mouths. Some lady in there returned something she got and was pointing at something in the container so I can only imagine what that was. Skorpios food is so delicious! The roasted eggplant or baba ganoush is my favorite thing on the menu. It is so creamy and the feta on top makes it that much better. The service has always been okay on each visit as well. My only complaint is that there is no option to get a trio of baba ganoush, falafel, and hummus. Most of the Greek restaurants I've ever been to have some version of that option. Every time I've been in I've asked, but I always end up getting a falafel and pita concoction along with a side of roasted eggplant. I then have to dig the falafel out of the mess, and it's a bit expensive for something I didn't really order in the first place. So my suggestion is to make a trio dip option or something similar. read more

Great choice choosing down town gives the restaurant a nice asthetic and on the inside its even better. The food is absolutely delicious they bring the flavors of greece right here to a small town in ohio. The have their own sauces which are great, which is pretty amazing considering the fact theres not many good greek restaurants around. The Service is wonderful the food preparation is fast. Really really tasty and fresh Greek food. My dad and I shared the grape leaves and the taziki and I had the Greek salad and my dad has a lamb gyro. Everything was fantastic. The grape leaves were lemons and delicious and the taziki was flavorful and came with two huge things of pita bread. The salad was piled high with fresh veggies and I stole a bit of gyro and wow!!
