I got my nails done at this nail salon on June 17th and a week later the nails were already lifting. During my service I could tell that the nail tech I had was fairly new based on her technique. The nail extension tips were badly glued and were placed too far down on my natural nails causing some of them to lift before she even started applying the powder. After apply the powder I noticed that my nails were thin which is why they've already started snapping and lifting. The vibe in the shop was nice and clean however if I'm paying $70 for a short French tip set I would've appreciated that my nails lasted longer than 2 weeks. read more

Came here randomly on a Saturday. Walked right in with no wait to get my old acrylics removed and French tips on my nails. Everyone was nice and my nails came out great. To be honest the total price came out more then what I was expecting but it could a been a miscommunication in my part. The best salon in Mo City! Just moved here and needed a new place, I've tried so. many. - but this is the only one I will visit again and again. The cleanest French and application. Work area was a bit cluttered, but not dirty. Technician used all disinfected tools (straight from the disinfectant package), was great at changing the sanding tips on her drill bit, and using a clean file. The appointment took about an hour, but it was a fresh set- I'm sure a fill would be even quicker! I highly recommend!! read more

This is the worst nail shop I've ever been to. I came once when they first opened and I said I'd never go back again but I went recently just to get a basic pedicure to get the acrylic off my toes and they didn't even get all of it off. The basic pedicure was $25. I got no polish and nothing extra but ended up paying $40 and it was still some on my toes. And I guess because I was getting something so basic, I guess that's why they didn't even offer me a water when they have a full bar. Don't even waste your money there. Thought I found a good place to get my nails done consistently... I was wrong. Firstly, I was charged extra to remove shellac from my toes which I wasn't told until AFTER she was almost "done". The issue was the charge but the work was subpar. I asked them to immediately stop the service. I didn't even finish the full set I was getting. Then when I got home I noticed that she didn't even get all the shellac off. Literally gel still on every nail.. Once the workers started to communicate across the salon and everyone began to look or come over I just asked for my final bill and left. I will never step foot in here again. I came in and got a pedicure done by Kim #1 she did a good job she SCRUBBED my feet really well. The massage was good also. She did hurt me on 1 toe a bit when she was clipping my nails/cuticle but it was brief but after that she made up for it with everything else. I would come back to see her. read more

I got my nails and feet done here for the first time. I'm in love with my nails that Ann did for me. I am so disappointed in my pedicure that GiGi did for me. I spenT around a $100.00 here and my overlays on my big toes are cracked already. The shellac is chipped and coming off. When I go to my usuual nailshop I go once a month because my nails and feet will last a whole month. This was barely even ttwo weeks ago and I have to go to tHee nail-shop again. I went last Tuesday November 16....why are my nails literally lifting after 8 days. The guy at the front was rude. I showed them a picture of my nails usually I get them very long! He told me 60 for the length on the picture ...I decided to go with shorter nails and they still charged me 60 for short nails ...when their menu starts to go at a completely different price. The older lady left so much acrylic under my nails and when I asked her can she take it from under there she shaved her down for two seconds and stop.With all the dust on my nails she took the clear polish and paint it over it I didn't wash my hands I was upset Then after the other gentleman took over and he looked at my nails and asked me to come back the next day to fix them and give me a whole new set I took off of work to come and he's not even there and I had to pay for them to take there mess off my hands. read more

My sister in law and I went to get out nails done and we are not happy with our nails! I had an overlay on my natural nail that I needed redone and from the moment the technician started with me she was a tad bit rough followed by her filing the rest of the acrylic and she filed way to much causing me pain and you could see clean through my nail to the actual meat under it. I pulled my hand away and I told her that I had thin nails naturally and that it hurt she said I needed to relax. She continued filing and proceeded with acrylic afterwards which burned my fingers and nails in the areas she filed too much. My fingers feel like they are on fire right now. I told her several times she was hurting me, I have cuts around my cuticle from her filing too much and in some cases it bled. My sister In law has cuts on her feet and hand as well and lots of acrylic and glue around the nail beds. Needless to say 150 for a pedi and nails wasted. read more

REALLY wanted to like this nail shop. Prices are descent. Gave them and try and was left a bit disappointed. Waited about 30 mins before getting my dip soaked off. No biggie it was a Sunday afternoon and I had anticipated a wait before arriving. The guy in the front was nice enough but I felt rushed after I'd already waited 30 mins before getting a soak off. Then there was bit of confusion with ombré and colors so I ended up getting more of a basic set instead of adding all the extras I'd had in mind. Anna was my nail tech. She was beyond rude and unprofessional. I pointed out one of my nails was crooked. She seemed immediately offended and tossed the brush she was using, slammed the polish down and began speaking a language I don't understand. I immediately let her know that was unnecessary and reminded her this was my FIRST time visiting the salon! She fixed my nail but wasn't happy about it. So unfortunate because she actually did a good job. But her lack of professionalism and blatant rude behavior left me vowing to never come back! read more

We were told shellac would last longer. Not even a full day with the nail and it's already chipping. My only recommendation is for the lady to slow down. Quality matters, maybe don't rush, take your time especially if there is nobody waiting for you. The lady that did the feet was really calm and patient, everyone else seemed mad. I got my nails done here for the 1st time, the nail tech had a really bad attitude, she didn't know the different between white and pearl polish. When I told her I ask for white she started speaking to the other nail tech in Vietnamese. I won't be back. $45 for a horrible experience. I decided to give my business to this place for the second time because they had done a good job the first time. Today, May 2nd, 2022, I stopped by this place because it is close to my house, and I did not feel like driving to my regular nail tech. When I came in, I specifically told the front desk lady that I wanted someone with experience to do my nails, and she answered, "Yes, of course!" Well, I believe I got a beginner tech. My nails were so bad that I wanted to cry. I did not even ask her to fix them because even though I told her several times that my nails were not looking good, she kept telling me that they were beautiful! So, how was she going to fix them, if she could not see the horrendous job that she was doing? By the time she finished, my nails looked like I needed a refill. They were crooked and just plain HORRIBLE!!! Anyway, NEVER AGAIN WOULD I COME TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Tomorrow, I am going to my regular nail tech so that she can fix my nails. AVOID!!!! Went in to get nails done, showed the tech the photo and she said she could do it! Not only that, the whole salon said yesss...she can do anything!!! After she put my tips on that when it went bad!!! She began showing me photos of different things that I didn't want and telling me that what I wanted was old style, she did what she wanted to do!! wanted to give this place another chance since after the first time i went, the lady did a good job but the service was meh. second time i came, i can tell they have a threshold they need to make by making every client get a pedicure. i was debating if i wanted one still so i just asked for a manicure, went to the restroom, came back & they told me to sit in the pedicure chair, so i jus went with it. i showed a picture of exactly what i wanted & was told they can do it. after about 5 tries, the lady who originally started on my nails had to step to the side to let the lady who was doing my toes try. after she also couldn't do it, the owner then came & saved the day thankfully. may i also add, the lady who originally did my nails tried to do my toes & also failed at that. making them look bumpy & just not cute. here are my nails after a week as of yesterday. my cuticles never looked like this before coming here (they were way worse but i tried to clean them up), polish peeling up & chipping. and yes, i could call to have them fixed, but let's be real, they're not going to accommodate me so hopefully they will take all the bad reviews they have & fix the several issues they have..starting with hiring nail techs who can actually do nails. i paid a total of $97 for nail techs not knowing how to do nails at a nail shop...i'd say take your money else where.. read more

Well.... first time coming to this place and let me tell you I will NOT be back! Horrible service, nail tech Jenny got glue all under my nail sticking to my skin and would not fix it! Told me that's how the nail sticks! First of all been doing my nails for a long time now and never had this problem not before, now all of a sudden this is how the nail should be? They dont like it when you tell them you are not satisfied with the job done and wont fix it but expect you to pay full price for something you do not like. i stopped going to nail shops but because of my mom i been going here every month since mother's day so today was my third visit and i should have stopped on my second but i be giving the benefit of the doubt. during my second visit the lady clipped my pinky toe down to the numb which really broke my heart because all my nails are grown out.(i was even nervous to cut down cause of that so i usually just get filled which i told the lady and it still happened) they replaced it with a fake nail i didn't really like but i just let it be cause there was nothing i could do about it. today i been there for three hours trying to get my toes done in a suitable way. moral of the story they will do things how they want to do them even if u ask like ur not the one paying and they will rush. my french tips not even giving frenchy it's giving box man. and my eyebrow was shaved off today so yeah thumbs up read more
