My husband and I went there and we both got pedicures and I got a refill. $189 before tip. They didn't cut my toe nails straight so they are slanted.... Within a week I had 2 broken nails and 2 chipped nails. I've gone other places and my nails usually last 3-4 weeks before have to go back to the nail salon for a refill. I went back to see if they would correct the issue prior to my review and they said the reason why my nails were breaking and chipping was because I got a refill and not a new set! I always get refills and never have this much breakage within 6 days... During my pedicure they didn't offer to put my back massage on. And they don't offer drinks like most other nail salons in the area. Overall poor quality, poor service and expensive. I will not be back. read more

I was in the area and this shop was in the same shopping center as my tailor. There was no one in the shop except a few workers. I needed a mani & pedi. Worse $100 I spent. The pedi was literally a foot wash and paint. The lady who did my pedi was nice enough. She didn't speak much but she smiled. After she was done she left. The guy who was working on my mani didn't really ask for my opinion much. He kept telling me it looks good. I asked for short nails and he told me the length he cut was good; too short is not good. I wanted nude nails but I guess nude nails are considered ombre so I was charged extra for ombre. None of the staff is attentive. After the service was done the guy did what the lady did and walked to the back. I sat there for a few minutes and then help myself out the spa chair and went up to pay. I don't recommend this place as the service and price do not match. My nails are all different shape and my pinky was cut and he didn't even try to hide it or spray it with alcohol. The bottom of the nail is rough. You would think the price I paid they would cut and clean around the cuticles but nope. read more

I recently came back and it definitely has changed. Not as nice looking and techs are not as experienced. I would not come back. I treated my mom to a pedicure and why did our techs apply things in different orders? From the scrub, mask, lotion, etc. The hot stones were no where near hot, the leg massage had no pressure. Update they are still awesome! Today me and my husband got pedicures again and we were serviced in a separate area away from the rest of the customers, which was nice so we could practice social distancing and also have some privacy. We were offered drinks again which is always nice. So this time we got the #6 pedicure and even though it is the most expensive it was definitely worth it! We had a nice soak,sugar scrub,paraffin wax, mask, massage with hot stones, hot wrap, and last but not least a shoulder rub. Man I am continued to be pampered each time I come here. I was able to choose a nice fall color and Erica took her time and made sure my polish was perfect. Love this place. read more

The service here is truly phenomenal! I'm always greeted in a warm manner and a beverage is always a lovely way to start off a well deserved day of pampering. I've used Annie as a nail tech who is absolutely wonderful and gentle, yet fast and efficient. My last set was done by a woman whose name I will have to come back to include. While I endured a little bit of pain for the manicure, I feel it was well worth it. My coffin shape was the most perfect and beautiful set I've EVER had and they lasted for such a long time. I have been going here for over a year and today was the last time I will be going. Nails look absolutely awful so they offered to fix it, but theres literally no way to fix this, my nail to tip ratio is so throwed off the whole set will have to be redone and I do not have the time. Very impressed! I chose this place only because of the Yelp reviews. I needed a fill and a pedicure. I had Kate for my pedicure and my fill was done by Vince. I was not disappointed from the time I walked in. It wasn't very busy on Sunday after lunch so I got in quickly. Normally your rushed between multiple workers and that was not the case here. I had Kate work on my feet while Vince worked on my hands. He realized that my last fill was not in the best of shape. I agreed the place I go into my home area is under new management and have not had a great experience in the last two visits. He fixed the issues he saw and we picked a fall color to go with. Never were they rushed, even when people started coming in. Each person got their full attention and everyone was processional. I believe it was the owner, she made me a Mimosa. If there is an option for negative stars, this review would be it. I Just left the nail salon and is very disappointed with what I paid for. Went for the standard mani pedi($28 & $17) and so glad I didn't pay for anything more than that. I feel that the service was very sloppy and cheap. One warm towel for both legs wipe down and wrap . The nail polishes were cakey, I asked for a redo but it didn't make a difference. The man who worked on pedi never wore gloves. Will never return and definitely will not recommend this place. $128! For this! Never ever again! - I thought I'd try a different nail place rather than my usual - Milano in Sugar Land. Huge error on my part! This was far and away the worst manicure I've ever had. Ever. Part of the problem was the language barrier. It was very difficult to communicate with my nail tech, so much so that we needed a translator. (I added my inspiration pic to the bottom for comparison, and yes, this was shown to her several times.) My nails look absolutely horrible in every way. I was cut several times, my cuticles look like garbage, the lines are not nearly straight, etc. - I also got a pedicure which was actually quite nice. No complaints. In fact, the only two stars I gave were for the pedicure! It was so relaxing and, unlike the manicure, it didn't hurt! - On my way out they asked if I was happy, and after a 2.5 hour appointment full of miscommunication and difficulty, I said yes but only to get out of there as quickly as possible. If I would have known how much they were about to charge me, I might have done things a bit differently. - All in all, for the #4 pedicure and "manicure," with gel and the removal of my acrylics, I paid $128! Let me say that again. $128! For those nails! Honestly, I want a refund. I couldn't believe it when she told me that's what I owed, but I didn't want to be *that* person - someone who'd put up a stink at the register. So I paid and left. Never. Again. read more

Stay away!! I had never been so mad and disappointed after doing my nails. It's usually therapeutic for me. The guy doing my powder nails dropped his nail file three times, and proceeded to cut me. My only surprise was that I thought a full set was going to be around $40 according to their website but I was charged $50. I came for a refill and color change on 2 fingers. The tech seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. After refilling everything and filing, I explained that my nails were not matching. Most were ok but the rest did not match in shape. I explained this and she was hesitant to fix it. I had to pull another tech into the conversation to show what I was talking about and they saw the issue. After she tried to fix it and told me to wash my hands, I also noticed the old powder color showing underneath the nails. Mind you it's Christmas eve and did not have time for them to fix it anymore. Waited a very long time to be attended to when there were less than 5 customers total. I guess they had to call for backup or something because they called in a random man with very dirty nails and bad breath to assist with my nails. He was very rough with my toes, and when I kindly asked him to calm down, he got an attitude and got up. At that point, I told the staff not to worry and I just left.
