Am writing this about my friends. They both went there and it was literally the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! My first friend we are going to call ( GW ) she got pedicure and acrylic. Her pedicure was good but they made her bleed multiple times. NEVER STOPPED TO CHANGE THE TOOL THAT THE LADY WAS USING SO DISGUSTING AND VERY UNSANITARY! Then she moved on to getting her acrylic they came out slanted and thick. Once she paid and left she was very disappointed and I told her to go back and ask for a refund. She go back and I was there. They gave her a refund once we went outside and we stood there in front of the salon talking about how badly they messed up. The lady who did her nails came out and started to argue with my friend (GW) and tried to blame it on my friend saying that her fingers were the ones that are crooked and that's why they cake out like that. We quickly shut her down saying that she was wrong and that we didn't want to talk to her anymore so she left. Okay now for my second friend that we are going to call (AV) She got her pedicure done here the same day as my first friend. They made her bleed multiple times too! NEVER CHANGED THE TOOL AND THEY PUT GLUE ON HER CUT TO MAKE HER STOP BLEEDING!!!! Who in there right mide does that??? They tried to cover it up to not make it noticeable but how dumb can you be to put glue on a cut??? Her nails came out decent but I wouldn't come here RUN TO A DIFFERENT PLACE! THIS IS NOT IT ITS DRITY AND NOT SANITARY HERE THEY DONT ASK FOR ID! THEY NEED TO GET CAUGHT AND SHUT DOWN! THERE WAS 2 GIRLS ONE WAS OLDER AND THE OTHER ONE WAS YOUNGER YOU COULD CLEARLY TELL THAT SHE WAS UNDERAGE AND NEVER ONCED ASKED FOR ID! THE YOUNGER GIRL WAS GIGGLING AND I OVER HEARD HER SAYING THEY "DIDNT ASK FOR ID I GUESS TO THEM I LOOK OVER 21" THE OLDER GIRL DID NOT SAY NOTHING BUT JUST GIGGLED! read more

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good second experience. My cuticles were hit so many times by the nail dremel by my annoyed male nail artists that I now have a swollen inflamed cuticle. The first time I went was amazing this recent visit was AWFUL! read more

Reliable and polite service with reasonable prices. They serve complimentary cocktails/wine and will offer a second if you finish before your service is done. I've never had to wait more than five minutes or so as a walk-in. Although I've always gone in by myself it seems like a fun place to go with friends, especially with the drink offerings! read more

Walked in, place was empty, no customers. Took a bit for the woman sitting in chair reading magazine and man on ladder working on something on wall to even acknowledge me. Asked if my daughter and I can do a pedicure. They asked me to make an appointment? I asked several times if they can take us in next few min and they didn't seem too interested. I walked out. Just move to the Dallas area and have been searching for a forever nail salon and I found it here. Ben was extremely helpful and very friendly when I first walked in the door, he was very kind and helped me find the right process for my damaged nails. Ohne was my nail tech she gave me NextGen nails and I absolutely love them. She is awesome!The salon is beautiful, it's clean it's Serene it's full service from pedicures and manicures to waxing and massage. This is my definite go to place from now on. Finally a good nail salon in Carrollton/Addison area! I've tried all of the surrounding salons only to be disappointed. This place is truly a hidden gem that deserves more praise. I've visited multiple times and have been equally pleased with every technician and experience. Free signature cocktails that are delicious and fresh. No feeling of being pressured to pick a color. Rather the girls will take their time helping you find exactly what you want! They take their time and do great work. Everyone is very friendly! Reasonably priced also. Love this place. I moved back to Dallas recently and have been trying out quite a few nail salons between Dallas and Frisco over the past 6 months. After coming in to Sky Nails for a gel manicure and pedicure 2 months ago I am now a loyal repeat customer. The salon is super clean, the ladies are always friendly and prices are very fair. Oanh is my girl and my go-to for the best gel manicure as I've never had a better gel manicure in my life! It lasts for several weeks and each experience is always enjoyable and relaxing. I'm now 39 weeks pregnant and she gives the best neck massages ever and I look forward to going in and just chilling out. I cannot rave enough about this nail salon! I've tried a myriad of different places and Sky wins by a long shot. The staff is extremely polite, the ambiance is great, and the complimentary cocktails don't hurt! I'm also particular about how thick my powder nails are and they always do a fantastic job making them look thin and natural. Madelyn does my Nexgen manicures and Hang does my pedicures ASK FOR THEM!!!! They are both so amazing at doing their job. I followed them from their old salon to Sky that's how much I love and trust them to do my nails. They also get it right. The salon itself is clean and well kept. They also offer a wide variety of drinks while you get your treatments done. I always enjoyed the great mani and pedi's I've received from Kim here but am thrilled by their recent remodel upgrade to enhance the experience - awesome massage chairs (so comfortable!) and the foot spa for pedi's is very nice, plus the new complimentary cocktail menu is so impressive! I've never seen that offered before! Try the cucumber infused water if wanting a true spa feeling. Great place to come with girlfriends for a spa party. My pedicure was awesome and the gel manicure was okay. I got a gel manicure and had some problems with the polish. I had to polish it with 3 colors before I got a solid looking color. I don't know if the polish was old or just very thin. It also had a lot of lumps in it. Even the finished product doesn't look $30 good. I'll go back for the pedi but not a gel manicure. read more

I had lived in Vietnam for few years so I would say that staffs here made fun of customers, I just know one of their names is Ben who made my drink. When I asked them what they said then they just fooled me. I usually go to Zen just down the street on Beltline in Addison. This was just slightly more convenient today but I won't be returning. Great service, nice massages, and good drinks! They were very kind from the moment I walked in, and I really needed that level of pampering.
