Love this place! I took my mom in due to headaches caused by knots in her neck and shoulders. Her masseuse was Ann and she completely dissolved my mom's knits. When I asked my mom how it went, she raves about how great Ann was and how she wants to return. THESE PEOPLE ARE NASTY! BEWARE! I chose this place based on the good reviews but I was really disappointed by the time I was leaving the establishment. Long story short after my massage was over I got dressed and walked down the hall to use the restroom. I had to go pretty bad. There was someone already in there so I stood outside the door doing the pee-pee dance. Whoever was in there must didn't hear me outside tapping my feet. I hear the toilet flush then seconds later they opened the door. Lo and behold it was the lady who did my massage. She DID NOT WASH HER HANDS AT ALL!!! She looked shocked to see me standing there waiting too. She didn't even bother to run the water, but I felt disgusted because it was like if she did that knowing there was a client in there, she probably does this all day everyday. Which also made me feel like damn you just rubbed my body down but you probably haven't washed your hands all damn day. She didn't even bother to go back in to wash them before I went in knowing I seen her. SMH! I use the restroom go to the front to pay and she's at the desk trying to handle my payment. When I pull out my card she walks away and goes to get who I assume is the owner or receptionist to handle the payment. I hand this lady my card and she asks me "are you leaving your tip on the card or doing cash?" That was a turn off because what if I wasn't leaving a tip? Or what if I didn't have extra for a tip? What if I wasn't happy with the service? She didn't even ask how the service was. Tips are a grey area in CA, but I find it distasteful to ask or inquire about one. No one is obligated to tip anyone for anything. At the end of the day you are a business and you provide a service that you get paid for. I did leave a tip in cash as that's how I planned to leave the tip, but I thought it was rude. I left a tip even though I was disgusted by the unsanitary practice I witnessed because I try to receive that good karma in return. I'm leaving 2 stars because the massage was event but I likely won't be back here. read more

5 stars for the massages. They were good. The place is very clean. I loved that. It's just been updated and has new owners. You can tell. Just some feedback: The place looks great. The 90 min massage is listed for $60, but we were charged $63.50, not sure why. The music was very loud and was skipping the whole time, so that was distracting. There was no AC, and it felt stuffy. There was a male massage therapist in another room, very loud and the person he was with was talking on the phone and that was disruptive. The massages were good, some things I would just tell them for next time. But we will be back. read more

My friend, daughter and I decided to spontaneously get up and get a massage! It's been raining and we were cooped up all day inside so we decided to try Sky Spa. We walked in and immediately we were greeted by Tony at the front desk. As we perused the menu, he advised that our walk-in at the moment could not be accommodated. We'd have to make an appointment. We were bummed out thinking our plan fell through the cracks. But immediately as we were about to leave he stopped us to let us know we still had time to make an appointment for same day! We were shocked! He said we would have to return in one hour as their staff was booked until 8:30pm. We walked in at 7:30. We were surprised and excited! We made the appointment and returned at 8:25pm! We were seated at 8:32pm. This was my 12yr olds first massage. Needless to say, she said I can never go back without her. I had Amy and she was fantastic. She didn't make me feel like she was rushing to get me out of there. I told her I liked somewhere between soft and medium and she was perfect. I had two knots by my neck and normally when I get a massage and they're getting my knots out, I'll cringe but with her I didn't. She made me feel so relaxed! Sky Spa was sooo clean and the decor was very nice. All the employees were friendly and polite. We all walked in super chatty but by the end of it, we were so relaxed you could hear a pin drop. Loss of star is only because last time I checked tipping was a voluntary thing and I was told there was a minimum tip of 25%, that they are "not the same as a restaurant." Completely ridiculous. The ambiance is really nice and when you come in very straight to the point. I was thinking this will be great I was escorted to the room and later on the table and the process began all less than 2 min. It was great but the missed the most important thing and left the whole experience meh. She didn't ask me about the pressure and the whole massage ended up feel not to good I wasn't expecting tai but I wasn't expecting a light rub essentially. I get tipping to but they made it feel awkward on the expected 25 % tip which if used on their machine starts at 30%. They had this really nice hot towel though but gosh it felt so rough their like cheap rough but this was on it own league felt more like sanding toward the end. I'm so happy that I found this place. I suffer Chronic Pain, so everyday for me it's very painful, besides Arthritis. This place it's very clean I was very impressed, the front desk lady was very kind and friendly. I I chose the 45$ massage which includes 30 minutes body and 30 minutes foot massage. I didn't know that you get a private room, the chair and the table was in the same room. I didn't even have to move rooms because everything was in the room. The private room was super clean. The person that did my massage she did an amazing job and found my pin spots. I feel very relax and happy now, definitely I'll come back ! I've never had a massage before, but after this experience I will make the effort to treat myself to one more often! My friend and I both came in for a full 60 minute body massage and we both left happy, relaxed, and satisfied. We came from almost an hour away and it was very worth it. We were also about 12 minutes late because we took the wrong way, but we called ahead and they accommodated us with no late fee and we still had our full 60 minutes. Since we came together, they offered us to be in the same room and we gladly accepted! I had Mary and she was wonderful! she made me feel super comfortable and made sure I was okay the whole time. Her hands were soft and she had the perfect pressure. She had a variety of different moves and they all felt super great. My friend had daniel and he got rid of the knot in her back that she had for a while. He made her feel very relaxed and comfortable. He took his time on the points in her body to make them better. At the end, we were offered a complimentary mint, water, and mini lanyard! What a nice touch! Overall we are super happy with this experience and will be coming back! Thank you, Mary and Daniel! Pro Tip: they have online booking which makes the process so much easier and quicker. Place was simple, clean, and did not have any perfumed odors that were overpowering. Dannel did a good job checking in with me on pressure level and experience throughout the body massage. The prices are affordable. The only minor complaint would be the sheet covering the body was on the rougher and thin side, which doesn't really help as a modesty screen when a women is lying face up with a male masseuse.
