I really wanted to love this place but I'm just not sure I can go back. A few months ago we had a birthday party here (but booked when it was Rockin Jump), half the park was down for remodels and there was no AC. Luckily the kids had fun. We came back over the weekend for free jump. It is pretty pricey for a 90 min jump (all ages are the same price). Here is the reason for the 2 stars. I have a 2 yr old and took her to the toddler area while my older kid went off with dad. The toddler area is full of soft blocks, pool noodles and giant exercise balls which cover all the trampolines. Yes they are soft, but these can easily cause a fall/accident for toddlers (4 and under). The concerning part for me, was these items intrigue the older kids which caused them to repeatedly run in, grab balls, either chuck them hard at each other or use them to run into each other and bounce off, all while there are toddlers right there. I get the excitement of these items, but either move them from the toddler area or just have a few and move the other stuff to the older kids section. There was NO staff regulating this. I don't mind an older kid jumping by my little respectfully, but this was unsafe. read more

This place is literally the worstttttt. Every time I come they have "new" different hours. I'm a mom of several kids. Do you realize how long it takes me to load everyone up and then get everyone out just to have to explain to them (for the 3rd time) that they're closed. Get with it. Your hours say you open at 9 on the website. Why are you not open? Your hours say you open at 10 on Apple Maps. Why are you not open???????? Long story short: This place is extremely expensive now, and the new staff is rude and cares nothing about their long time loyal customers. Long story: When Rock 'n' Jump became Sky Zone, it was disappointing because we knew it wasn't going to be the same anymore, and boy were we right. We used to drive 45 minutes just to avoid the Sky Zone in Eastlake (which is literally 10 minutes from our home) because the former trampoline park, Rock 'n' Jump was worth it. Now, that Sky Zone, is just as disappointing - and outrageously overpriced as the Sky Zone in Chula Vista. Sky Zone's prices are through the roof, making it feel like they're only focused on draining your wallet rather than providing a fun, family-friendly experience. We celebrated countless birthdays here, spent countless evenings together, and invested in an annual pass a number of times when it was Rock 'n' Jump. It's incredibly sad to see a place that used to feel like a second home become just another expensive, impersonal trampoline park. What a great summer me and my kids had coming here. All the staff was so nice. I really wanted to go out of my way to write this place a review because my kids had a great time this summer with the membership, we had an A+ experience with the staff EVERY time we came here this summer and it was very affordable. The stench of the foam pit was unbearable, consisting of putrid body odor and the scent of fart spray. Later while playing on the trampoline, jumping around, having the time of my life, me a minuscule 500 pound petite lady fell through the trampoline into the void beneath! When I complained to the staff, he only could offer me a hit of his vape, which I of course accepted, but that is beside the point. I was done with the park itself after these experiences, so I tried to play mini golf outside. Little did I know, it would result in me having a large bump on my forehead from a little twerp wearing ice cream shorts who thought it was a stroke of genius to practice his baseball swing with a putter and a person behind him. For this to be a skyzone, I think they should complete renovations before charging full price, if you've been to any other skyzone then you'll most likely be highly disappointed, they dont have 1/2 the things the other ones have and they charge the same, the equipment is outdated and literally the same as rockin jump which was 1/2 the price. I do not recommend this skyzone until the upgrade it, I understand it just transferred from being rockin jump but it's definitely not skyzone YET! Any other location is way better. read more

Please note that you have to buy their socks $3.50 each (orange sky zone) even if you have other gripping socks. Pricing offered was $25 per person for 90min. Not the best deal in town. Incredibly overpriced and underwhelming, and EXTREMELY hot. The rules are too strict, I'm a parent obviously I want my child to be safe and have rules in place for that, but the rules implemented now... we're better off getting bubble suits at the door. There's only one jumper per any square of trampoline and that's not feasible if there's several people in your group along with other patrons. This rule applies to parents and their very young children, even if you're not jumping dangerously with them. If you have young children or toddlers who want you to play with them don't bother coming here. Just go to Get Air in Poway, so much more enjoyable. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Overpriced and boring. It is EXTREMELY HOT with no air conditioning we had to buy like 20 overpriced waters. On top of that, they have the most ridiculous rules. No more than one jumper per square. Which is understandable for safety reasons. But, I have little that want to play and I couldn't. So it was pointless to be there. They enforced this rule for me but not for other kids double bouncing my 2 year old, making her cry. Not worth it at all. Go to get air in poway. read more

We had such a FANTASTIC time at Sky Zone for our daughter's 6th birthday party!!! We had been to Rock N Jump (previous ownership) many times in the past, but Sky Zone's ownership has greatly improved everything about this place. The arcade games were all in working order and so much fun for the kids (along with the prizes), and there were so many amazing trampoline activities that the kids (spanning ages 5-9) had a blast with. Roger C. was an incredibly wonderful host, who helped us set up the party from start to finish-- we were very impressed with his professionalism and great service! The management was also excellent, constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. The pizzas were delicious (a great improvement over Rock N Jump), and all of the party supplies were beautiful and fun. My daughter loved her special "Sky Zone" birthday kid shirt too. She had a very memorable birthday party thanks to Sky Zone, and we received many compliments from party guests (some of whom mentioned that they want to plan birthday parties at Sky Zone too now). My husband and I took my stepdaughter to Rockin Jump on a weekend. It was packed as expected, and so much fun! The place was huge and even my husband and I joined in on the trampolines. We got the 2 hour package as there were several other stuff to do. The staff were super friendly. They not only price matched the lower rate we found for the tickets online groupon, they gave as a better rate! We plan to go back again soon! read more

Buyer beware! We took our two grandchildren here for an afternoon of fun during the Thanksgiving break. The front desk receptionist/cashier strongly recommended that instead of purchasing a one-time day use that we instead enroll in a recurring monthly membership that could be canceled at any time before the following month's payment would be due. She emphasized this would allow the kids to use the facility for the month AND it would be no problem to cancel as the manager handled the cancellations himself manually so no worries. Additionally, she gave us an email cancellation address which my husband sent on 12/23. Received our credit card statement and on 12/27 there was a charge of $69.98. I called this facility and the rep stated the membership wasn't canceled until 12/27 so we owed another month! Took a lot of persistence to finally be told the manager's name ( she said there were so MANY) , and she stated I would need to drive to the facility and see the manager in person. I have located the CEO of Skyzone online (corporate headquarters in Provo, UT) to get this resolved. What a hassle- be careful with any rhetoric urging you to get a membership! Cursory research indicates the various Skyzone locations are franchises so perhaps other locations are professionally managed. read more

Only to be told our Rockin Jump pass had Just expired and in order to renew it the cost would be $300.00 ($25 a month) for a year as opposed to the $97 it use to be. This location really sucks now that Rockin Jump turned into SkyZone. It was $21 for 90 min las time in Mar 2024, now $35 today (Jan 4th 2025). They removed some of the seating, so if it's halfway busy you might have to stand the whole time your kid jumps. Do not buy their monthly membership! When sky zone acquired Rockin jump in Miramar, we were stoked to see some of the immediate improvements. So we got a monthly membership for our 3 kids and was told we can cancel anytime online. Great, so we spent the $140 for the month, second month the kids were done and went online to cancel, only there is no member portal for this location to cancel membership online! Called, but it's an automated message and no possibility to leave a message. Tried Linked-In, Chula Vista location and corporate to get some help and no response! This has been going on for 4 months and I still can't cancel!!!!! Guess I'll have to cancel my credit card, but absolutely ridiculous way to run a business in 2024/2025! read more

This was my first time visiting this place before it changed from Rockin Jump. You can tell the place is much cleaner and more organized. The staff at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. They were very patient with all my questions and explained the everything about the new park to me. The prices went up since they changed management but the membership is well worth it, being the same price as a one day pass. I don't know if this is typically how they operate, but on the day that we visited, they did not have any air conditioning running and it was pretty hot out that day. It felt very hot and stuffy in there, and my kids were easily overheated without the ventilation. We didn't stay for the entire Window of our paid time because it just felt miserable in there. Other parents were complaining too but it was also their first time so they weren't sure either if that was the norm. The kids mostly had fun, regardless, though, hence the three stars. read more

We originally signed up with Rockin Jump before they were bought out by Skyzone in the Miramar location in San Diego, Ca. We cancelled our Rockin Jump membership due to the lack of safety and hygiene concerns. Skyzone bought out Rockin Jump, however our credit card was being charged monthly for a membership we cancelled a year ago. When we contacted them to get a refund, they were accusing of lying or blaming our bank for the misunderstanding. We had a thorough breakdown of how our card was charged and found out they were not only charging us a year after a cancelled membership, but charged us twice a month. When management finally contacted us back, they said they owed us a refund, however they have not called or emailed us back since the phone call. We do have emails documenting everything. Still after multiple emails and phone calls no response from management and no refund. Bad customer service and I guess we have to take them to small claims court. read more

If you want poor customer service this is the place for you. Manger was not professional and doesn't know what customer satisfaction means. I truly can't imagine that this is who you want in charge. Left two sad7 year girls in tears. Thanks sky zone. Definitely going down hill. Also, wanted to make a formal complaint as I thought the new owners would want to be made aware of the situation. The email that was given to me goes to the same manger who said she would forward it. I doubt that she would forward my email. Also, all schools are not back in session. How does 12 open time leave time to pick up older siblings. How is this far to pick what school district you are going to follow and also not have anything posted in the facility about this.
