I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

The playspace was adorable, clean, and gave the kids plenty of room to run around, play, and get completely tired out Maggie was incredibly quick and helpful with all of our emails and correspondence leading up to the event. Anna was also wonderful the day of the party, helping with setup and takedown and making everything run smoothly. Our daughters (ages four and one) had an amazing time climbing, sliding, and exploring all the different play areas and playsets. It was such a fun experience watching them interact with everything. We'll gladly be back for future events!

It was a quick 2 hr limit and it was perfect because after you would be able to sit outside with everyone else if you wanted to stay longer. It was our first time here, so had no idea on what to do/expect, and it wasn't really explained to me. I think the employee assumed I've been there before, so he didn't really explain. You do need to put your shoes in the front and wear socks inside. Kids need to have GRIPPY socks and adults, any socks will do. - Seating - They have lots of seats open for you to put your bags down. I was able to bring my snacks in for my kid. They were not strict about that. They do have a cafe, which I did see a lot of the parents order from. I didn't, but it seems relatively good for the foods I did see others order. They also have drinks. - Cleanliness - It was good, but could be better. I went when it opened, and I still saw lots of hairs on the ground, crumbs, lots of finger marks on the windows, and even saw a coffee cup high up in a play area. Kelsie and her crew (Sophia, Rebecca & Mattie) did a phenomenal job for my granddaughter's 1st birthday party. Kelsie herself was a complete blessing!!! She is an amazing & very thorough party planner. From the first phone call inquiry, answering all my questions and kept me in the loop for anything else via email or phone call until the party date. When you read, with the VIP package all you need to do is show up with your child, that's literally all you have to do! The food and beverages were excellent choices.
