Their adventure zone has the trampoline, ninja course like other but they have the addition of a jungle gym looking thing reminds me of my childhood with slide and things to climb just no ball pit. Came to this Chuckie Cheese for the first time. Was pretty impressed despite the negative reviews. There were many games for my kiddos to play. Met up my friend and her daughter for a chuckie cheese play date. She recently purchased a package for her daughter where she gets emailed coupons for several items like bringing a friend, getting bonus play points, and food discount. She had a 50% off food coupon so we ordered two pepperoni pizza with four drinks. We were helped at the register by the manager. This location was pretty clean no foul smell. The women's bathroom though needs to be maintained there was no soap when we went to wash our hands. The kids had a fun time they are of the perfect age for chuckie cheese. My wife and I stopped by this Chuck E Cheese location with our daughter. We wanted to see what they had here and how it was inside. The staff are very nice and give you a stamp if you come in with a child so they can keep track. I got two stamp on my hand since I was carrying my daughter. They have a decent amount of different games here and also food too. I can't speak on the food because I didn't order anything but some of the games are entertaining. Went here this past weekend for a friend's daughter's birthday party. I was surprised by how spacious this location is compared to others. For a sunday morning it was also surprisingly, not busy. I'm not sure if this was because it was before the Thanksgiving holiday, but even when we left around 1:30pm the place was not very crowded. We liked the layout of the place, with the party tables visible from entry and we could see the entire place from our tables - I wish the other locations used this "box like" layout that made the open space feel, bigger. Chuck E. Cheese is a good place to take kids to, especially when it gets cold and dark in the winter. They also have good deals on monthly passes if you're able to go more often. I did notice that some games at this location are broken, and haven't been fixed or some time, hence the lower rating. They do seem short staffed, but workers work hard here. We recently had our child's birthday party here and purchased the birthday package that includes the Bronze Pass. Unfortunately, the Bronze Pass did not work when we came back to use it, which was one of the main reasons we chose this package in the first place. When we asked for help, the general manager was extremely dismissive and said it "wasn't his issue" and that he would have to email corporate. No attempt was made to fix the problem on the spot or offer any solution, even though we had driven all the way there specifically to use the pass that came with the birthday package. It was very frustrating to spend the money on a birthday package with promised benefits, only to be told it's not their problem when those benefits don't work. Came here for the first time in years. I brought my 3 kids and 1 of their friends. They were so excited. My mom was with me. We paid for 60 minute time cards. Ask if we needed a card and we were not informed about the $1 charge for each card and $2 with the waistband. I know it's not much, but it would be best to let people know about these things and not just charging without warning. My mom ordered fries for the kids. It was $5 and it was barely anything plus, they were burnt. Very disappointed. I was curious about the new trampoline area but we were not told about how it works at all. Luckily, my kids didn't seem too interested so it was fine but the workers don't seem to really care about customers at all. The games could use some maintenance and upkeep. It was clean when we were there, but it was hard explaining to little kids why so many games they wanted to play together weren't working. My family and I ordered the combo with two pizzas, 6 drinks and what was supposed to be the cookie pizza. Unfortunately they did not tell us they were out of the cookie pizza they instead gave us fries. We asked if instead we could get a discount on another item but they said no. The manager was very rude and when the fries came out there was hardly any. This didn't seem like a good alternative for the cookie because the fries were poorly made and were so little. Did you know Chuck E. Cheese opens doors 2 hours early for those with a disability who wants to enjoy this place. However, it's only on the first Sunday of every month. I first saw this at an office where I take my child, who has Autism, along with her older sister and decided to check it. So, first thing I did, was to call and confirm and find out if there was any prerequisite before coming. To answer that for you, there is not. You just come on in and the place will allow you in. We arrive early/on time and slight waited a couple minutes before someone noticed we were at the front door. Of course my little one does do well waiting but it wasn't long until someone came. I was looking forward to some sort of "wow" when arriving, but there wasn't one. They simply let us in and that it. They (I think he was the manager) just said, "enjoy." And went off to do his job and prep for the rest of his shift. In one way I understand but in another, I was hoping to get a card or some info on anything they will offer for this time frame, like free play. Since I didn't want to bother him and non of the other 2 employee seemed to acknowledge we were there, I decided to just get a card for an hour. I want to mention the flyer say reduce light and noise (which they did do), food and games offered (none were offered), lastly, trained and caring staff (I'm sure they are, but since we didn't have any interaction, this didn't apply to us). We have been here during regular hours and if I compare today's morning time to a regular hour setting, I'd say my daughter who has Autism might prefer all the light and noise better. Since the remodel and all the new games, I must say I enjoy this place more now. I like how you pick up your food instead of waiting, so you know when its ready! I enjoy the new activities they have for the kids and even the prizes have gotten a lot better. I bring my kids at least once every two weeks, as it can be super fun for them. The only think I think that could use an update is the game card reload. You have to make sure you keep them so you can refill it or you will pay 2 bucks again for another one. Do better Chuck E. Cheese. Your employees, including your managers are not properly trained at all to handle children or situations that pertain to children on the spectrum. You claim to be Autism friendly but you are not. My 5 year old grandson was asked to leave because he uses a device to help him speak and doesn't like to put it down. It's a comfort item for him. He was asked to leave his device outside of the play area, which I completely understand. But that caused my grandson to have a meltdown so the employee allowed him into the play area WITH his device. He immediately went to jump and climb and slide. He was the happiest we seen him. He struggles with social cues, like all kids on the spectrum so when it came time to slide down the slide he wanted to climb it the wrong way. And since he's non verbal and has intellectual disability he doesn't understand that you can't climb the slide from the bottom up. This behavior caused the employee to ask him to leave. No understanding or compassion at all. They claimed he was being aggressive, because he started to have a meltdown. It was horrible. And no other employee offered any help. I'm disappointed and will never return to that location again. Mr. Chuck, you need to train your employees. This was so heart breaking. Look at the videos attached.....that's not an aggressive kid. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! If I could give "0" starts I would....Came to a birthday party on Sunday 9/9/24. First of all this place is so dirty. Staff seems uninterested in their job ( if you don't like to deal with people then don't work here! Go work at the morgue!!!) I saw only one employee ( did not get his name but he was helping the biggest party there HE seemed very attentive) that was actually helping. When I took my children to redeem their tickets ( this was around 4:00pm) we were behind a mom and her daughter they had a lot of tickets. The counter girl literally told the mom to hurry up because she had a " LONG ASS " line behind her!!! I was SHOCKED! The mom apparently didn't understand her because she was Spanish speaking. I was so shocked but I didn't want to make a scene in front of the children. The other incident I came across was when we accidentally had a bottle break ( this was a gift from a family member that we saw at the party and they gifted us from their return from a trip, unfortunately I dropped it) the glass was immediately cleaned up. As I was leaving ( mind you this was like 20 minutes after the clean up) the manager came up to me and asked what was broken and I explained and apologized but she just kept on telling me that no glass was allowed. I explained to her that it was a gift that was brought to me and I had no control of that and she just kept reminding me of no glass is allowed because of children and I kept telling her that I understood. This manager lady should concentrate on HER STAFF'S attitudes, professionalism, and cleanliness of the place instead. Also train on the enthusiasm of the employee that dresses as Chucky Cheese! I can't even enjoy a day with my family without this place being unorganized , as a manager I would never let this get out of control with a line of miscommunication within the departments. They had two party events , and no tables available. I did not ask for a refund when it came to my food as quoted to the cashier there was no table available , I would like to cancel my order if a table isn't available. I did not mention anytime between or conversation to go ahead and cancel the order. I put application online and was told to go interview on a Tuesday after 4. The day of the interview I went at on the day and time I was told , I waited 15 mins until a staff member ended up telling me " Sorry the hiring manager isn't here today , come back next Tuesday after 5" . I came back at the hour and day I was told again. I waited more than than 1 hour waiting for the hiring manager to come interview me and when she finally came out , she decided to interview a lady that came 30 mins after me , and then proceeded to walk back to her office . Amazing location except for the parking. I would go more if it wasn't terrible every time. Of course during the busy times it gets overwhelming and they try their best to keep the location clean. I tend to go early in the morning and the manager was really kind and informing everyone about the summer fun pass. He even had a paper printed out with the information to help customers. My food didn't take long and employees never had me waiting long for a new salad bar plate. Salad bar was also clean except for a few kids hovering around putting their whole hands on the top glass. Again not the locations fault but parents who don't keep an eye on their children. Bathrooms were also really clean along with the tables. Hope to come more often with the summer fun pass.
