Like many others have stated here and on Google, this place is miserable (beware, it's now called Sky Zone, not Rockin Jump). So many rules that it's not enjoyable. Myself and my children were gotten onto so many times, they ended up making one of my children cry. Will not be going back to this location again. You can't kneel down or sit down to play with your children in the smaller kids area. You can't be on the basketball court with your child and lift them up to make a goal. You can't jump in the same trampoline as someone. You can't do this, you can't do that. Staff members were really impatient with my children who couldn't hear their mumbling commands on the trampolines. Endless amount of rules and endless amounts of getting in trouble. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

This is a really great place to WEAR OUT a child! I mean just itwear their little a$$es OUT! C'mon if you have a 4,5 + year old child they are jumping on everything anyway......so bring them here where it OK!! They give ya this.look like....."aren't ya gonna tell me to stop?"NOOOOOOOOO because after we take you home you are gonna sleep for about 6 hours and Daddy and Mommy are gonna use protection so you two don't end up with a new brother or sister! Seriously, all employees are really kid friendly, attentive and polite. The price is ridiculously reasonable.....(you do have to purchase a pair of socks for $2.50 but if this is going to stop you , you and your wife might want to grab a sheet and go in the back yard and throw junior up in the air for 90 minutes.) One thing, they do have giant ceiling fans to keep the kids cool......it also keeps the adults (especially Gramma and granpa) freezing, so bring a sweater. My kids love this place! On our 6th visit! FIRST IMPRESSION: clean! Upon entering you computers on your left to fill out the waiver forms for you and your family. I recommend doing that first if this is your first visit before standing in line to pay (otherwise they are just going to send you that way when you get up to talk to them....it happened to me). They have lockers to secure your belongings and have a cafe when your littles get hungry. DISLIKES: this is not really a dislike...you cannot use your own socks here. You must purchase their jump socks. As long as you remember to bring it every time you come, you don't have to purchase their jump sock again. LIKES: they have military discount here! Make sure to ask for it. Plenty of seating for the parents not participating in the jumping....I would recommend bringing a seat cushion as these benches are not comfortable. They do have massage chairs if you want to be super relaxed! They also have a sofa and high tables and chairs in the cafe area with TVs if you want to be away from the jump area. Plenty of staff around and they're very good with the children as I've observed. Will continue to bring my boys here as they request. Good time for them to be around other kids and it wears them out! Wish they had some sort of membership for those who come on a regular basis....my only suggestion. They also offer birthday parties here but the package only includes 10 kids and seem quite expensive to me. read more

1 star is me being generous. My sons 8th birthday party was rushed the staff was rude food was old and hard and burnt the apples in the fruit tray were brown they kicked kids out of the jump area after the party and had them crying we weren't aware that they couldn't jump after the party was over unless you paid again which is insane for the amount of money spent . I had 17 kids plus adults and they assigned us To a tiny party room w 2 tables had my guests standing for 2 hrs because there were no tables or chairs to accommodate In the party room or out. The kids were hot and thirsty after jumping and I had to ask party host for water and cups . Overall my son was very unhappy with the party and so was I my party guest all left out abruptly because of the negative environment. I do not recommend having a party here AT ALL $495 down the drain . They never asked me how was my experience or offered a refund a credit or anything. It was just terrible save your self the disappointment. This place overbooks and they are under staffed they don't have spaces for handicap or elderly to sit my dad who is nearly 70 w a cane had to stand for almost 45 mins b4 we were able to snag him a chair the place is just chaotic and that was my first and last time going there. read more

We book my daughters 7th birthday party here today and it was awesome! We had MICHAEL who did an amazing job! He took care of everything, drew a design on a shirt for my daughter, offered to help serve the pizza and scheduled a dodgeball game for the kids. I was stressed about the time frames with everything but our room was available to decorate earlier and we were able to leave the presents and belongings in there! Kids got 90 min of jump time and then we were able to have the pizza and sodas. Pizza was delicious! Overall I recommend! They did amazing! read more

It's a pretty cool place for kids. We had 5 kids to jump. Whoever jumps, needs socks, specifically Rockin Jump's. It's like under $3. We got the $20 deal for 120min. $20 per kid, but it comes with a water bottle & a coupon for a free slurpee. Kids loved that. The place in general is just a bunch of trampolines. There's massage chairs for parents to chill out, but of course that costs. You can't JUST sit there either, you must pay to sit or an alarm sound will start going off. There's open benches & one couch though. I don't think it's worth it for birthday parties. You only get a private room, not a private trampoline or anything. I can see why the place is so popular. It's great for kids and excreting all of their energy, however Did not appreciate that after I booked my reservation online in advance I had to wait over half an hour to make it to the check in counter and when I was next in line to check in I was told I wasn't allowed to check in because they were at max capacity. Apparently 6 birthday parties were booked that day and at the time I booked for they were in transition of the first half parties leaving and the last 3 getting started. After waiting 15 in line patiently I asked to speak to manager because I reserved my booking online and at that point waited over 45 min to make it to the front counter. Apparently a higher up manager that wasn't even on site at the time told the staff to stop checking in guests, regardless of if they had previous reservations or were with any of the parties. I found that highly unprofessional. The gentleman running the counter apologized and checked myself and my 5 year old in and extended our booking to make up for the lost time for our booking. Once inside there is not enough room for people to change into their mandatory socks. No place to sit drinks while working out while playing. Lots of people were well past their booking times and were not leaving. I only partially blame staff for this. The net was up for small kids to have designated space to jump but older kids were taking it over and were jumping through constantly. I saw one toddler get smashed by an older kid after he and his entourage were told multiple times to stop running through The designated area and I saw no repercussions for that behavior. Workers definitely don't want to be at work , I paid for a locker then couldn't get it opened so I asked staff to help , now I wouldn't have had a issue with them asking what was in the locker to ensure it was mine BUT another women (white) had the same issue & I stood there as they just OPEND her locker without asking what was inside like they did me ! But I let that go... then we get to the trampoline area & my kids are literally following the other kids & what they're doing BUT my children were the only ones being told what they couldn't do . That was the last straw I asked the female worker why she didn't tell the other kids( who were white) that they couldn't do what they just told my kids not to do & that quickly shut her down . Really enjoyed our experience here. Clean, not overrun by people, massage chairs for adults to chill and wait in which was so rad. There is a hurricane tunnel to throw the kids in and cool them down before you head out and it is conveniently located next to a Baskin Robbins and a few other family friendly restaurants. Amazing place. I took my 2yr old in the morning for the tots only time and he had a blast. The people that work there are super helpful and they interact with the kids. I can imagine that it could get really crowded with the older kids and adults in the evening so i appreciate that they offer the morning for tots 3 days a week. This is a fantastic place to go to get the extra energy out of your kids. There is a ton of trampolines, and foam "fighting pit", a climbing wall, and several other jumpy things to do. They are the cleanest facility of their kind I've ever been into (and I'm a total germaphobe). The staff is so friendly that you'd swear they were part of your own family. This place was terrible for a party! We had our sons 5th birthday party here. No one greeted us when we got there, when asked staff pointed up towards the party rooms and we had to find it ourselves. No only were they not welcoming or attentive they rushed us for everything from the moment we got there until we left! The kids that ran the place were also not kid friendly at all. My 2 year old nephew was going towards an area that was closed off and the girl in the area was telling hey! And blowing her whistle at him.
