We've gone to Little Leapers jump time which is a special time just for little kiddos. When we've gone, it's been basically empty and the kids loved trying out all the different sections (regular jumping, jumping into the air bag, the obstacle course, the logs, etc). I can't speak to the other times but we've had a great time each time we've gone! read more

The food was not great, especially after waiting for 45 minutes to be told they had already called my name when I was sitting 10 feet from the counter the entire time I was waiting. Kitchen staff seemed miserable overall. This is just in general a sub par trampoline park in comparison to places like Urban Air in Sacramento. Won't be back. read more

My son had a blast celebrating his birthday with his friends! Our host Ari (I hope I spelled her name right) was the best! She was there whenever we needed her. She was available during check-in, in between, she was even there during dodgeball time, all the way to the end of the party. As soon as our jump time was over, she was ready to go in the party room to help serve pizzas to the kids. She even helped us take the gifts to our vehicle. I never felt like I needed to look for her to ask for help because she was always readily available. Absolute 5 stars for Ari! One thing I would add, is to maybe have 1 more table or a few chairs in the room we were assigned to. We got the Basic party package but ended up upgrading to the Epic party package. The parents ended up standing because there was no room to sit. It was my fault not getting the Epic party package, that's probably why I got stuck with the smallest room, but it would be nice to have the table/chairs available when customers do upgrade their package. My husband and I randomly went here to get the kiddos out the house and was tired of taking them to parks. Kiddos ages are 6 & 3. Not only did my kids have fun but we did too! And got in a really good workout for us all. Booked a party here host was not helpful. I wasn't aware that you need to ask the host for help with setting up the room. I wasn't informed that the cups and extra plates were in the cabinets. I had to figure that out myself. They don't allow outside food only cake/ice cream cake and cupcakes. Party package is included pizza but the pizza was so disgusting. Pizza tasted so salty and the cheese was gross. Your better off just not doing a party package and paying for the jumpers separately then going to a pizza place afterwards or eat somewhere else. read more

Rockin Jump is a great place for the family. We attended a birthday party here & everything was great. The actually trampolines and activities offered were all fun. They have adequate staff to ensure the safety of all jumpers. We loved the basketball and obstacle course area. The food was also surprisingly good quality. We didn't have any issues here. The facility and equipment were all functioning and well maintained. There is hand sanitizer stations at multiple areas. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for parties. read more

if I could give this place zero stars I would! Me and my children came on Sunday, which totaled $87.97. On Monday I noticed I had another transaction for the exact same amount that was deducted from my account. I went to sky zone and spoke to Landon who reached out to Joshua who's the main corporate person for Vacaville's sky zone. I was told to wait until Thursday to see if the transaction falls off. Today is Thursday the tenth of October and the duplicate transaction and deduction is still there. I call sky zone and no one amswers. I go to sky zone Just to be told to email Joshua regarding this issue. Joshua refuses to get in the phone and I'm told this can only be discussed via email. This is horrible customer service and a horrible way to handle an issue. They charged my card twice and they're refusing to refund my money. Also, Joshua is refusing to call me, I'm the customer who was wrongfully charged and I'm having to do all the leg work, I'm having to initiate an email to corporate, this is HORRIBLE!! I think this place is way overpriced and the attitude of the teenagers working and constantly telling the kids they are doing something wrong is a bit much. My boys are good and I'm constantly with them and jumping with them and I felt like the workers were reprimanding just to do it. For example in the picture below one of the workers walked up to my son pretty aggressive and said " this is not a swing! Don't swing on it! It has fallen off before!!! When another jump park called me to let me know they were no longer in business and we had to cancel our bday party reservation, I searched Yelp for another park nearby. I was worried about finding another one last minute and around the same price (about $300), but lo and behold, Rockin Jump saved us! The other venue was in West Sac, and with RJ located in Vacaville I was also worried about the drive for some of our guests. But in the end, everything turned out great! So here's a recap and some notes on my experience: 1) First and foremost, I can't say enough about our host Gaby. WHAT. A. DOLL! She was attentive, helpful, AWESOME ATTITUDE, and even in the rush of the party (basically 30 min in the party room after jumping) she made us feel at ease and never pressured us to pack up and get going. She even drew a cute little llama on my daughter's t-shirt (comes with the package). Gaby seriously raised the bar! She also helped take all the presents to our car especially since we parked far. 2) Our party was on a Saturday from 1-3pm, and we had 5 extra guests show up. Gaby then informed us that we are eligible to upgrade and we even got one free pizza on top of the 2 that I ordered. 3) The room was clean and just the right size. I got to hang up decorations while the kids jumped the first hour and a half. 4) Parking wasn't too bad. It was pretty full, so get there early. 5) If you're driving from Sac or Davis, anticipate traffic and avoid taking the 80 fwy. Leave at least 1 hour before your scheduled time. There's ALWAYS a slow down at Dixon then again in Vacaville. 6) Cheese and pepperoni pizzas were really good! We also got lemonade, root beer and Sierra Mist. 7) I shared the link to the waiver with all my guests weeks before the party. It made for a much smoother process when they all arrived. I do want to recommend a couple things to the management. -Please get X-LARGE pitchers for the water so your staff doesn't have to keep walking back and forth to refill the pitcher. -Maybe increase the time in the party room to at least 45 min or even an hour. Kids eat slow and of course they'll want to open the presents in front of their friends. read more

Had a party of about 15 kids here and everything was great from start to end. I came in person 3 weeks prior to start the reservation and the manager on duty was friendly and helpful. The day of the party, I was blessed with two incredible assistants, Penny and Devin, that made everything so easy. They helped with the check in, the food and kept in constant communication with me on next steps and our timeline. They were also super patient and friendly. They deserve much kudos! I have been going to the sky zone with my two-year-old son for quite some time now. We always have a great time going there and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. For anyone who's unfamiliar with sky zone, the employees usually rotate between stations very periodically. About a month or two ago, my son was jumping and learning to climb on the trampoline walls, there had already been two employees who were at our station prior to the third one coming, when the third one got there, he immediately told my son that there was no climbing on the walls allowed. I felt the need to get clarification on this rule because why wouldn't the other two employees have mentioned it to us!? Turns out, the rule is that you can climb but CANNOT hang on the top of the walls. I understood then that the employee maybe misunderstood the extent of this rule and asked the other members to clarify it for him so that he wouldn't ruin any other children's day. Fast forward to today.. I noticed when we began jumping that that same employee was on shift, but luckily was not at the station that we were at. my son was jumping, and I was sitting out of the way in the corner next to him, watching him. The same employee who barked wrong orders at us last time decided today to come from a completely different station, walk up to me, to tell me that I am not allowed to sit down, and that I need to continue to jump if I want to be on the trampoline. Of course caught me off guard, but I did not, give any remark, I just said OK and got up and jumped. It did not sit right with me that he decided to come out of his way from a completely different station to me just to tell me in other words to get up. Yet, that was not the worst part of it... Quite literally within five minutes of him coming over to tell me to get up, two other Dad's come with their children and are jumping, and before I know it, I noticed that both dads are sitting down... I immediately walked over to the employee at his other station to ask him to enforce the rules on the other parents that he just enforced on me, to which he replied "that's not my station" YOU JUST LETT YOUR STATION TO COME TELL ME... but now that rule dosent apply for anyone else!? THAT IS HARASSMENT Fuming, I went and talked to the manager on shift.. he was so helpful, apologetic and understanding, but that doesn't take away the icky, saddening, embarrassing feeling that employee caused for both me and my son. We come to sky zone to have a fun time together, not to get harassed by some teenager who lacks customer service, compassion and I'm sure many other things. For the reason of him being a minor, I cannot and will not disclose what he looks like, but this is in regard to floor employee GRAYSON. GRAYSON, DO BETTER. Your self humoring actions are hurtful and wrong. You harassed me and my son today and forever that will leave a nasty imprint every time we go to sky zone in the future. I had my sons birthday party here yesterday and it was terrible. Our party was at 2:30 and after standing around for 45 minutes and then me asking they told me we couldn't go into the room until the pizza and cake portion of the party. No one had mentioned anything to us about that part. I had hungry and thirsty kids that paid for food and drinks and they couldn't get it till 2 hours after they arrived. I had things I wanted to set up before my guests arrived and I couldn't do that. Then the pizza came it was so bad. It was not cooked all the way very doughy and just terrible and neither was the chicken tenders. My son was supposed to recieve his birthday shirt at the beginning of the party and it was just left in a corner folded up. The host didn't say she put it there. My guest were supposed to recieve their water bottles and gave them to me after everyone had left already. It was total chaos from the start. I spent almost $500 for my guests to have a great time with the Mega Birthday Package. We won't be having anymore birthdays here. Don't waste your money. read more
