Good place for kids to get active and take a break from electronics. Although there aren't as many attractions as there use to be and one was closed, the kids still enjoyed themselves. It wasn't too crowded, everything was clean, and the staff members were helpful during our visit.

Good place to take the kids to expend some energy, especially on a very hot/cold/rainy day when going to the park would be hard. Fewer stars given the price/value. Over $50 for two kids to play for 90 minutes. I only see 2-3 staff working the floor and there are a lot of kids on the weekend. We enjoy it enough to come 3-4 times a year but not too frequently given the price.

I bring my son for his b-day I paid full price the cafeteria is close, the obstacle course is closed and the employees are all standing together with a dog someone brought in. Really disappointed with this location and the service!

We visited Sky Zone for a play date. My 8-year-old and her friends had a blast. There were different areas for different types of activities. There was a main area filled with just trampolines, a jousting pit, basketball hoops, a ninja course, and a couple more little areas we didn't check out. Don't expect a real ANW-style course though! Overall, I found it to be small, crowded, and lacking seating. Staff supervision also seemed limited. There appeared to be one staff member assigned to each zone, which wasn't enough in my opinion. There were a few older kids who really needed some adult supervising. Occasionally I'd look around when some kids were acting up and no staff would be around anywhere. One poor little toddler lost his mom, was crying and there wasn't a single staff member in sight. Fortunately an older kid came over to help the younger child (whom they did not appear to know) as I was looking around wondering who to ask to help the child. There's concessions just outside of the trampolines with your basic chips and pizza and sodas. We didn't try it out because the line seemed slow and you can only eat outside of the trampoline area where there was even more limited seating. It was about $35 for a 90 minutes of play time. We ended up letting them jump for 2 hours because no one was really monitoring from what we could tell. I'm not sure this location was worth the 30 minutes drive and traffic on the way home. We'll try another location one of these days.

Seems Friday's here can cause a little confusion. A normal day pass is $39.99 and that includes all day of a normal day(8hrs+). However Friday they open at 4pm and sell that same day pass for $39.99. They fail to inform you that at 7pm an additional $30 + $5 for a special t-shirt is required to stay until closing time at 9pm. Why on earth would the same pass be sold at the same price knowing you're only giving the customer 3 hours use of a full day pass? Seems like Friday's are not the best day to come and purchase a day pass. The manager Michael was very quick to step in and offer a solution for us and the 7 children in our birthday party. It did cost a little bit more but from our past experience here we knew we would be back again so the compromise offered was super appreciated.

Attended Emmet's 3rd Birthday and it was a blast! We've gone when it was Rockin Jump and I believe it's under new management since. Always extremely busy on the weekends and tons and tons of participants and viewers. Each party has a coordinator that helps shuffle the attendees to the different play areas and at the end, escort to the party room w/ pizza and nachos and chicken fingers. Fairly organized and good flow of activities. Kids loved it and helps exert all their lovely energy. Win win!

Alexa and Maddy were rockstar hosts for us, very pleasant and professional to work with!

We had a great experience here at an early Saturday morning birthday party. Our hosts, Alexa and Maddy, we're AMAZING!! They kept with the schedule, they were on top of all their tasks, and most importantly, they were beyond pleasant to work with! With every interaction with us, they put a smile on our faces - definitely ask for this dynamic duo! Overall, we had a great experience. Jump time was adequate, we had lots of fun! Dodgeball was fun, although there weren't enough balls. Food wasn't the greatest, but adequate enough. Our hosts went above and beyond and got a nice tip from us. We will definitely be back.

Arrived with the kids on a sunny afternoon for a birthday party. A new attraction "Tubes…read morePlayground" was advertised on the website for this Sacramento location, but instead there was a sign that read "Coming Soon" so maybe call ahead to confirm attractions. Although the Sky Ride was closed, the kids still had fun jumping and flipping on the Apex trampoline and running through the Warrior course. It was very packed and busy. I felt that this visit wasn't as great at my last; place seemed like it needs a deep clean and better ventilation because of the smell of sweat and chaos. I ordered nachos at the cafe, the nacho cheese sauce they used this time wasn't good so I wouldn't recommend ordering these again. Way too oily and slightly bitter. Even with attractions closed and food not what I expected, we still enjoyed ourselves and will come back when the "Tube Playground" is finally installed. We will skip the food at the cafe and just get refreshments. Hopefully our next visit will be great like previous visits!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park Sacramento…read more My 7 year old son went there to have fun, and instead left scared for his safety. A group of teenage boys approached him, called him "little N" multiple times, and tried to lure him by saying they had candy and telling him to come to them. Let that sink in. A child was racially harassed and made to feel like he was about to be kidnapped inside a place that is supposed to be safe for kids. He ran and told his godmother, who immediately reported it to management. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. The teens were not removed. They were allowed to stay and continue occupying the same space as the children they just targeted. That is unacceptable. This is bigger than "kids being kids." This is racism and dangerous behavior being ignored. When a business allows that kind of environment to continue, they are part of the problem. My son is biracial but does not appear to be, and he was targeted without hesitation. No child should have to experience that kind of fear just to play. Urban Air failed to protect him. They failed to act. And they failed to create a safe environment. If you are a parent, especially a parent of Black children, you need to seriously consider whether this is a place where your child will actually be safe. Do better.

I did find that the negative reviews were closer to my experience than the positive reviews. It is poorly run. They have only one counter person who is willing to spend 10 or 15 minutes on a customer trying to convince them to buy a membership. That means everyone else has to wait in line while this happens. Very poor service. Since I was the adult waiting for a couple of children for 90 minutes I looked to see if they had a guest Wi-Fi and they did. I asked them for the password and they said that's a leftover from the old owner. They never thought of just unplugging the router so that it doesn't broadcast that ssid. Additionally on 100° plus day the temperature inside was about 78°. Everybody is sweating including myself just sitting there. Filling out the release I find that they have no restrictions on what they do with your personally identifiable information. You cannot opt out of them selling it. I just entered false information. The kids did have fun which is the reason they don't get a one-star review. There is an old saying that Stockton is where restaurants come to die, I would say this may be true of sky zone too.

A Chaotic and Concerning Experience -- Not the Birthday Celebration We Expected…read more I attended my great nephew's birthday party at Sky Zone yesterday, and unfortunately, this was one of the most poorly managed children's party venues I've experienced. My children are now young adults, so it has been a long time since I've been to a place like this--but even with that in mind, the disorganization was shocking. My niece had reserved a party room for 3:00 PM. The day before, she was told the reservation had been moved to 3:30 PM. When we arrived at 3:30, staff informed us that the room wouldn't be available until 4:00 PM. Even then, nearly an hour later, there was still no indication the prior group would be cleared out. To make matters worse, several other rooms sat empty, yet staff refused to open any of them for our group. The entire facility felt chaotic, overcrowded, and understaffed. What concerned me most was the complete lack of security protocols. There were multiple entrances and exits with no employees monitoring who came in or out. Adults were not checked in or connected to a child, which is extremely unsettling for a venue filled with minors. At similar venues we visited when our own children were young, adults had to be verified at the entrance, and children were not allowed to leave without a designated adult. None of that existed here. Cleanliness was another major issue. My husband reported that the men's restroom was in such poor condition that boys were missing the too-tall urinals and urinating on the floor--while children were then running through that area in their Sky Zone‑issued socks before heading back to the play spaces. That alone is unacceptable. The women's restroom, thankfully, was clean and quiet, but it was the only part of the facility that felt remotely controlled. I will say that the kids had a wonderful time, and I'm grateful for that. But as a parent or guardian concerned about safety, organization, and basic cleanliness, I cannot recommend this venue. Sky Zone needs significant improvements before I would ever consider returning.
