Wow, where do I start? Searching for an apartment is always such a tedious and meticulous task with so many variables to factor in. You have to think about the location, access to the freeways, the neighborhood, the conveniences, and so many other things that make looking for the perfect apartment home pretty difficult. I honestly cannot say how excited I am to have found sky loft apartments and how amazing Kiely is. She was very prompt, very professional, very friendly, and even took time out of her day to provide me with a virtual tour of the apartment which I so appreciated, because the apartment is stunningly beautiful. It is literally everything that I wanted in an apartment home and I don't think there's anything that can compete with sky loft apartments. Skyloft is such an amazing place to call home! My boyfriend and I love everything about this place. First of all, we are so central to everything in Irvine. However, when we come back home after being out we are just so happy to be able to come back to an inviting home. The appliances are top notch with beautiful finishes. The communal areas are stunning with such modernity and creativity. They really paid attention to every detail. The management team is so friendly and they really care about your concerns. Hiba, the leasing manager is sharp, prepared, and very welcoming. She's the best around! This is long overdue review - we moved into Skyloft December last year this is our 4th month here now. The leasing office team is very helpful and responsive especially Ericka Alarcon who helps us with our move in process and other matters related to our residence. We also appreciate the help from Hiba, Farhana and the maintenance team as well. Definitely the service and professionalism of the team we have no complaints of. I'm leaving 4 stars because as most reviews have been left here, if you are unfortunate to have inconsiderate neighbors, loud music (or party noises) could be heard very easily through the thin walls between the apartments. read more

The best apartment complex in Irvine, the management team is so strict, they put people in their place which is great. I used to live at another community where the management let people do whatever they want and the residents trashed that community. I prefer living in a place where the rules are enforced. I noticed that the people who put 1 star reviews are the annoying residents who didn't follow the simple rules of a high end community. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. To put this review into context, my wife and I signed up during pre-leasing period in late March with an anticipated move in date of late June. We were enamored by the future amenities- rooftop pool, rock climbing wall, sky lounge and personal restaurant and bar. We started having visions of grandeur paying luxury price for luxury living. Our experience has been everything opposite. My wife finally took a one-on-one hard hat tour last month and after seeing our lovely unit, we were told that our move in date would be delayed until July 6th-no problem since we were also given 8 weeks of free rent. Fast forward till last Friday, approximately 2 weeks before our move in date. I began to get worried since we had not heard anything from our leasing manager in a good while. Thus, I decide to make a call to hear that there is a chance that our move in will be delayed. Almost a week later, I finally receive a call to be told that our move in, which was originally scheduled for late June, is now pushed back to September without an exact date, nor a guarantee, that it would be ready then either. We have been kept in the dark this entire leasing process. If I had not reached out, I am not convinced that the leasing company would have gone out of their way to let us know that the move in date got pushed back. It is completely inappropriate, unfair and unprofessional to let us know without prior warning (after receiving a guarantee for a July 6th move in) to push back our move in date by 3 months without a guarantee. We feel like we have been left hung to dry especially since we have to leave our current place in a few days. When we pay a luxury price, we expect luxury service and experience. We understood going into this lease that there will quibbles in the beginning, but we did not anticipate a complete lack of competence ALONG with delays in construction. I really wanted to live here, but I guess this was too good to be true. I hope this place turns out great for future residents, but at this point, I cannot recommend this apartment complex. Other red flags that popped up during our experience: -Calling multiple times to only reach a voicemail -Calling multiple times to reach a voicemail, you cannot leave a message because the voicemail inbox is full. -Calling the phone number on their website to reach Frontier Communications- a completely different company. Ha! -Lack of transparency- there was no line of communication keeping us up to the date with the process of construction. -No onsite office or trailer read more

I LOVE living here! Me and my husband have been living here for almost 13 months and we are renewing for 15 months. The apartments are modern and beautiful, the area and the building is safe, the building and the pool are always clean, the sound isolation in the apartments is great and they do alot of fun events but most importantly the management team (Farhana, Hiba, the maintenance team and the security...) are absolutely amazing, respectful and helpful. I am renting one bedroom here, my friend renting two bedrooms apartment. We both love it. The only thing which every one thinks not logical and not comfortable it's the shelves in the closet . These apartments are INCREDIBLE. Absolutely the best kitchens, nicest appliances, best floor plans and they'll have the BEST gym in the area, hands down (they're going to have Peloton bikes!!). The roof top lounge will be so perfect to hang out with friends. Its also in a perfect location for me, right by the 405 and in the middle of everything in Irvine. I've had a few fantastic interactions with the staff, who were really helpful with explaining the leasing process (which is a little more tricky than I'm used to, since they're still under construction). I've looked at some other nearby places in my apartment search, but nothing comes close. I can't wait to move in. read more

This place is by far the worst place to live in Orange County if not all of California!!!!! And I still think that is an understatement! The leasing office is completely fine with neighbors playing extremely loud music early in the morning and really late at night! They have no respect for there leasers and encourage male neighbors to threaten and harass girls! Complain to the office and post and negative review about your experience and instead of being helped to make the living situation bearable, you will get sued by the company instead! I had A few appliances that needed some maintenance and Sky Loft was fast to get back to me. Sky Loft sent over Juan he came by to repair my appliances and was quick and amazing! He also helped me connect to my built-in apartment speakers. I wasn't able to do it alone for a month and he was very thoughtful and kind to help me out. read more

I moved to Skyloft in January 2021 and am starting my second year in the building. I signed my lease remotely and didn't get to visit before I moved in, but was pleasantly surprised. The community has been wonderful especially if you are from out of town. And with my hands full at work, the amenities, community events and responsive / user-friendly management team have made things easy. Many of the tenants have become good friends given that there are meals / social events during the week. Lastly, there are many ways to take advantage of the weather, whether it's on the roof top with TVs / cabanas and pool or the tranquil area around with close proximity to the beach. read more

Recently made a move from Michigan to California. Quickly fell in love with all of the beautiful finishes in the apartment (have you seen the photos of the kitchen?!) and was thrilled to know that a unit facing away from Main and Jamboree was available. While the building is still under construction, management has done a great job to accommodate the residents, and it will be exciting to see what the entire community looks like once the project is complete. Personally, I'm really looking forward to the upstairs lagoon and restaurant. When signing a lease, you cross your fingers (and toes) that the leasing consultants, management, and maintenance people are attentive to anything you may need. Skyloft has THE BEST staff I've ever encountered! If you have a chance to meet Farhana - she's amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met and always answers email promptly. And a special shout out to the maintenance crew, especially Ryan - he's phenomenal! Ryan and his team really care about the building and its residents. He is always prompt to answer an email or call when there is an issue, and goes above and beyond to make sure it is correctly resolved. read more

Management and staff which seems to change monthly both especially THE MANAGERS ARE HORRIBLY RUDE!!!!!! This place is a total scam and they constantly harass you with this and that while providing THE WORST SERVICES AND ATTITUDES EVER!! THEY WILL FIND WAYS TO GET IN YOUR POCKETS ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! They meaning managers!! STAY AWAY, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER! PACKAGES GO MISSING! IVE HEARD MANY OTHERS ALSO COMPLAIN ABOUT MISSING PACKAGES! I am sure the managers steal packages and hold your mail they have to sign for and also hold your packages in the back room and not tell the tenants of the deliveries or they keep the packages!! BEWARE! The managers can not be trusted! I've heard of car break in's, NEVER ENOUGH PARKING! THATS WHY YOU SEE SO MANY PEOPLE WAY FOR THEIR ASSIGNED PARKING! Where you see the signs that are designated and paid for so the tenants will have parking. Other wise, If you come home after work around 6pm or after? Be prepared to have to park on another floor! I've heard of Tenants cars unfairly Towed! It is obvious the managers make a fee or % of each unit! That's why that rents are so high and increase extra nominally! There's never enough parking! And they only give you so many hours per month for guest parking which is only on the first and 6th floor. Never will you find guest parking on the first floor unless you are extremely lucky!! And you still have to register your guest into their guest parking online site even if they park in guest parking which is a must! How lame is that when there's already not enough parking! There's always cars speeding in and out of the tight nit parking structure! Lots of crazy fights on the roof top! And in between the units due to loud music playing during the day and night! Some guys THREATENED FEMALES AND MADE RACIAL SLURS WHEN ASKED POLITELY TO TURN DOWN THEIR MUSIC!!! There's lots of overly aggressive male tenants that verbally attacks and threatens other tenants in the parking lots, in between units due to loud noise and music being played extremely loud during the work week! Management will not do anything about it! They are more concerned about losing the tenants rents rather than other tenants rights to privacy and to live peacefully! Personally, I feel the managers cater towards the tenants that pays higher rents or have more money! They do not treat everyone the same!! And they find ways to scam you for more money!!! On of their mandatory kitchen Trash pick up fee of close to $50.00 per month! YOU DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE! You have to pay their "Trash Valet" is what they call it. I have never stayed anywhere that requires you to pay for them to pick up your kitchen trash when there's a trash shoot down the hall????? And btw, your guests, DoorDash and all couriers will get lost trying to find your unit because there's not enough hallway signs!!!!! So basically, they want to overcharge you and find ways to rip you off! Unless you're paying for one of their more expensive units and have to deal with the loud booming music usually with the bass sound turned up since every unit comes with what they call "Sonos system". Which has to be installed by their one or two maintenance guys! Mine took 2-3 months to set up! The washer / dryer will get stuck and room doors not properly installed. I think when it was built they tried to make it nice but once you move in it obvious they cut lots of corners to make it just nice enough to attract renters and to be able to call it "Luxury Apartments" bit there's really nothing luxury about it to be completely honest! Yea, roof top is cool. But the jacuzzi I don't think ever worked until this day!! Bartender is GONE! there's no pool on the Roof it's just a shallow "lagoon". Not sure what is the point of it??? So many issues I can't list them all. But it is not a peaceful, not luxury. Not safe, I've heard of severe cases where men bully and THREATENED WOMEN! Stabbing threats made to men and women by some crazy maniac! When the guy complained to the managers they did nothing??? Over priced!!! Not safe!!!! Not enough parking! Managers are RUDE AND SCAMMERS!!! They can't keep an employee for more than a few months! Trust me, you will thank me later. This place is a NIGHTMARE! read more

In ever apartment complex I've moved In safety was a huge concern to me, I felt the security was never on point and always just there to get there pay check. But at Skyloft It's the complete opposite. The over night security guard "Benito" does is job better than any security guard I have ever seen. Every night I see him walking the property and really paying close attention to everything going on in the community. If you our ever planning to move to Skyloft and good security is ever a question I promise from the bottom of my heart you are safe here at Skyloft. I moved in December 2019. I am part of the first wave. It was quiet, but no gym, no rooftop bar, missing a ton of amenities. That was fine because it was quiet, then the nightmare began. As people started moving in, the real issues started settling in. All of a sudden, it sounded like Shrek moved in upstairs. I asked office to talk to them, but the noise did not lessen. I went upstairs and talked to the kids myself a few times, but nothing changed. These apartments have vinyl flooring, and with the terrible quality plywood as floors, you will hear every single step upstairs. EVERY SINGLE STEP. Not only steps, but music throughout the night as they partied until early morning. You are at the mercy of your upstairs neighbor - imagine neighbors who don't sleep at night. Office didn't do much regarding Shrek's movements - whole apartment shakes like an earthquake. Most recently, I woke up at 3AM to sounds of drilling/howling upstairs. From 3AM to 6AM. The next day, same sounds starting at 12AM until 4AM. My two year old woke up due to this noise. If anybody hung out on their balconies, or even remotely close to you, you would hear them loud and clear. If noise isn't your thing, then look elsewhere. The only remedy is to call on site patrol, lol. I will be terminating my lease early, so I can get out of this place ASAP. I'm paying over $5,000 just to get out. That's how bad it is. Think twice. Only positive is Ryan, the maintenance guy. Super nice dude, probably the only bright spot at this complex. read more

Been living here since the first day it opened. So far we've really enjoyed it. The office staff is pretty friendly and though most all the amenities are shutdown due to the pandemic they've made a pretty decent attempt at trying to keep living here enjoyable. Offering "to-go" drinks from the rooftop bar on weekends and online fitness classes. They really are trying to do what they can. Also, In passing I happened to run across one of the maintenance guys, Juan Ramirez, and I mentioned to him about my personal electric car charger that I was worried leaving out since it wasn't secured. He literally took time to have me show him what I needed so he could secure it properly for me. I'm pretty sure he wasn't on the clock and it only took a few minutes to show him but that's some pretty exceptional customer service. Not to mention the very next day he secured just he said he would. Amazing customer service and even better follow through. Can't wait for this pandemic to cool down so we can actually start to enjoy all the great amenities this place has to offer. read more

Most ppl chose Skyloft b/c their luxury amenities and roof top bar, at least I was, lol. But when I heard all of that won't be able to done until March(apparently it's longer than that now..sad..) I was hesitated. But I still moved in cause I was impressed by the leasing office lady- Zettia! Shout Out To Zettia! You are amazing girl! Both her professionalism and her enthusiasm shocked me. I have visited the apartment repeatedly for four times cuz I couldn't decide, and every time she was very active and patient. I moved from Las Vegas, so I also had a lot of troubles when move in due to my time management, but thanks to zettia, she helped me arranged everything, made my moving very smooth. I believe that a good apartment requires not only high-quality accommodation, but also high-quality staff, I truly feel the luxury customer service so I finally chose skyloft after inspecting 10+ apartments experienced all kinds of attitudes. Just moved to skyloft 10 days ago. We moved into the original model unit so the team needed to make some updates and changes to the unit. Juan and Andre were amazing in getting all the small things fixed and settled for our move in. They are punctual, professional and provided awesome customer service and care . It's amazing having staff who is on top of Maintenace and made the move in process so much easier . Thanks again for there hard work and dedication . The office play game with us. And there is a woman name Hiba. She was very rude，aggressive and dismissive. I told them 30 days in advance that I would sublet my lease and I found a new tenant can take my lease. but they said that someone had already applied for my apartment and they would not accept any more applications. So I just need to move out and everything is over. Then I move out on 10/11. returned my key. But This morning I received the call from Hiba. She told me I have to pay the lease break fee. Because that new rent disappear！！！！ and in her word, everything is my fault because I didn't call them to check about new rent. hey！ I find someone to take my lease and you told me I can not apply because you approved someone else. and after I moved out. You juat told me that person disappear and call me back to pay $6000. I can pay that but the Hiba she is really rude and never let you talking. If you can find different apt just go. read more
