The reviews we were spot on with the Clobster Grill cheese sandwich. So delicious! It comes with fries or a salad. Hubby got clobster burger. He did not like the combination so he ate the hamburger separately & enjoyed it. I've never been to a fast food seafood restaurant. I definitely would be for the clobster grilled cheese!

Came here for a quick bite while doing some shopping at the outlets. It's a fast casual sort of joint, so you order and pay at the counter, choose your own seats, and they bring the food out to you. We chose outside since it was a sunny day but cool. We ordered a protein bowl and two giant fish tacos as well as an order of fries. The bowl came out first and was missing the rice and the greens had brown edges (obviously old and not cut today). The fish tacos came out, but one was the with wrong fish. The guy bringing out the food (same one at the counter) must have put it in incorrectly and immediately blamed the kitchen. Then he went into a diatribe of hating this job and being on the verge of quitting. He was very unhappy (apparently about the pay) and had just started the job. After lots of fuss and going in to check on our food (and get my rice and forgotten fries as well) we received and consumed our food. The tacos were decent (made with NZ Hoki), the bowl was disgraceful, but the fries were hot! Maybe they're better off serving fried food? Needless to say, wouldn't come back here or ever order anything resembling fresh veggies. Although they did make our orders right, it should be the first time around.

Quick lunch stop after outlet shopping and before grocery shopping at Walmart and Wholefood. You enter the store and go towards the left to line up and order. It's definitely a no frills place for a quick bite. Seafood is the name of the game here with choices of fish tacos, seafood filled grill cheese, sandwich rolls and sides such as brussel sprouts l, truffle tater tots, and clam chowder. I really liked the theme of the restaurant and it was a hard choice but I ended up with Mahi Mahi tacos and clam chowder. I loved the clam chowder-so flavorful and bacon is always an added bonus. The Mahi Mahi tacos were so much bigger than I expected and came with a side of chips and sauce. They were so generous with the Mahi Mahi. You can choose from a list of different sauces and I ended up with the slap sauce which was a spicy mayo. I found the taco a little bland which can easily be fixed with salt or more sauce.

For fast food, this place is yummy and expensive. All sandwiches come with either a side of fries or a salad. The grinder lobster roll was the perfect size, buttery and tasty. The fries are well seasoned with something like old bay (or maybe it was old bay) and was crispy on the outside and potatoe-y on the inside. The surf and turf was generous with the surf though the patty for the turf reminded me of the frozen burger patties from costco. We received the free lobster taquitos with check in which were nice and crispy, not oily. The filling is only in the center so there's excess flour tortilla. However for a free appetizer, not complaining at all. The aioli is nice too

I was giving a ride to a friend coming up to Park City and decided that maybe I should have dinner up here and people watch for a minute or two. Found this place, Slapfish, nearby the Chevron Gas Station at exit 145. Plenty of parking stalls since it's in a shared lot with the rest of the shopping center. A few adjacent stores like Whole Foods Market, Nail Salon to name a few are within walking distances. There are about 20 tables seating up to 4 chairs. The tables are acrylic finished and the chairs are metal back-supported. I came here to try out the "Lobster Grinder"! I read the review on here from others and wanted to give it a try. After waiting a while 15 minutes, it came out. Much to my surprise, the Lobster Grinder is compacted into a small slice of toast; much like a reduced French Toast bread! Mindful that it's about $16.50 for the meal (Fries included), one would think it's pretty big; at least the pictures I've seen painted that thought! I came, I ate, I tried! My conclusion is that it's a bit over-hyped and a bit expensive. I understand it's about 8:30pm but come on folks! I'm giving this place a 4 stars, only because of the time I had to wait and the small disappointing portion for an expensive item. $16.50 could have bought a nice steak at Olive gardens. However, I'll have to try the other items next time I'm in town. At least my seafood craving a fixed; partially!

I was so excited to try their lobster rolls, which wasn't far from our Airbnb. Came here with a group of friends just to be disappointed. -Super slow service -Fish and Chips were actually decent -Half of our group already got their food and nearly finished it by the time some of us got our food -It took about 50 min for our lobster rolls to come out. I need an explanation for this -Worst tasting lobster roll I ever had and did not taste fresh. Not worth the wait nor the $$ -Another customer left angry because his food took too long to come out If you check in, you get free lobster taquitos, which we all agreed was a 6/10. I highly don't recommend coming here.

The Kimball Junction location of the fast-casual seafood chain. Small restaurant serving up fish and seafood based sandwiches, bowls, burritos and tacos. Not that busy for a weekday dinner. They have a selection of daily fish hat you can pick for some of the menu items. I got the fish burrito which was $11. Took them a bit of time to get it made. The burrito was pretty chunky, about the same size as Chipotle burrito, and it was grilled so it was a little crispy on the outside. It had a good amount of fried fish, plus some lettuce, rice and a tangy sauce that made the whole thing complete. It tasted pretty good. The burrito came with a side of chips, and those were decent. Overall, pretty good seafood meal from a fast-casual restaurant.

Some really great menu options. At the recommendation of the delightful young lady behind the counter, it was a power bowl for me. Warm brown rice, grilled veggies, fresh salad, sliced veggies and some amazing grilled seafood. Served with a couple of different tasty sauces. It was a feast for the eyes. Plenty of seating, nice and easy going atmosphere, I'd come back here in a heartbeat. Oh, and my colleague had the fish and chips and he said that too was excellent.

I was so excited to try this place and....sigh. The cashier was nice and helpful; answering all of our questions. We also checked in on Yelp and got an order of lobster taquitos. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the meal. And I just realized, they charged us for the taquitos despite using our Yelp deal smh. The lobster roll, which was $25 MP, was a huge disappointment. The lobster was chewy and the roll itself had no flavor. I've honestly never had a lobster roll this bad and I hate to say it. The shrimp roll was better. The clam chowder was really watery. I'm not sure if i caught them on a bad day, but this food was just blah.

We came by at 8pm and there was no one in the restaurant, so we were a little nervous. But I'm so glad we stayed - the poke and tuna bowls were incredibly fresh, full of vegetables and served quickly. Really can't fault anything here. Would definitely come back

Everything was cooked perfectly. From the lobster roll to the salmon burger to the clam fries. Only thing that can make it perfect is double frying the fires and a dash of salt and pepper on the salmon. Great customer service food was food at the right amount of time. Next time I'm here I'll stop by for another bite. read more

Slapfish has been, for the past year, one of my go to places in Utah for decent food. That is until today at this location. I ordered the fish and chips as I usually do, and was surprised and let down that the chips were soggy, the fish was greasy, and worst of all there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. as I have eaten at this location in Park City many times before, I was very surprised at the poor quality of the food that I attempted to eat today, and ended up throwing away half of it. I guess the staff that they used to have cared about the food they served, versus the staff that they have now who clearly does not. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Checked in and got the free lobster taquitos. Had the clobster grilled cheese and upgraded my fries to chowder fries for $3 extra. Good food. For a casual seafood fix, I think this place is a better bang for your buck than Freshies Park City. read more

Very nice staff with plenty of parking. The prices are extremely reasonable and the various check-in offers add a ton of value to what you already get. Their soda options are fantastic (and not the usual Coke/Pepsi products). Located right next to the Utah Olympic Center, this restaurant was an easy choice for a quick lunch in between activities. read more

Delicious I repeat delicious food. 4 stars is because a 4.5 oz lobster mp cost 25 bucks. That's 90 bucks a pound for lobster. That is a crazy price for lobster. I've never seen that price anywhere. Anyway delicious just crazy expensive for a itty bitty sandwich. read more

We are visiting PC and didnt want to drive too far from the place we were staying at. We ordered chowder fries, it was really good and we didnt expect to get such a BIG serving size. The shrimp ceviche wasn't so good, it wasn't fresh and the shrimp was so tough and hard. The lobster taquitos wasn't that great either, edges had burnt bites and you could taste it too. Also ordered fish & chips, it was very nice and fresh and very crispy. I would recommend the fried fish. read more

My family and I were out shopping at the outlets when we got hungry and decided to try this place. My husband likes seafood but I'm not very big on it... I was happy to see that they had regular kids options like chicken fingers. I decided to try the fish and chips and was pleasantly surprised with the fried whitefish. I got it with their lemon herb sauce which was quite delicious. Their french fries were OK and the seasoning was pretty good on them. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Their drinks were Boylan brand, which I love! I think that was the best part of the restaurant - the variety of those sodas :-) The owner is attentive and courteous. I would definitely recommend it after a day of shopping at the outlets. read more

This restaurant has a lot of upside and their menu looks great. My first time here I got the lobster roll which I wouldn't recommend (hence the poor rating). At $25 for a lobster roll it was small, the lobster didn't taste fresh and was over seasoned in my opinion. My second time here I got the fish burrito which is awesome. Tons of flavor and big portion. read more

Stopped by this place on our way to SLC and it was delicious! Did the check-in for the free Lobster Taquitos (which some people have said the sauce made them soggy, not our batch! They were sooo yummy!). My hubby got the lobster roll (MP $25) that was packed with lobster and just enough sauce. I got the fish and chips that was amazing as well. All in all, great seafood in beautiful Park City! read more

Food was okay. Can be option among others. The problem with this place is the cashier lady, you ask questions about the food. She just points her finger and you need to guess the answer to your question looking at the boards. If you want to visit this place for the first time, you need to do some study before hand, otherwise you are alone by yourself in case you want to learn something about the food. read more

People, save yourselves. Stopped for dinner 6/29/21. A few customers in the place - all already eating. Ordered a bowl of clam chowder and a beer, husband ordered street tacos. The chowder arrived almost immediately, piping hot but without eating utensil. A few minutes later the spoon arrived, so no problem. About 10 minutes later the tacos arrived. Asked husband to cancel the beer since I wanted it with my meal, which was now finished. Suddenly, the beer arrived. I asked to "manager" to take it back and just give us a credit. He actually scurried away and disappeared. My husband went up to the cashier who after a few attempts realized he didn't know how to refund and gave us cash. The manager at this location is no manager at all. BTW our table was filthy when we sat down so we cleaned it ourselves. read more

I hate to give a crappy review but not sure why this place got 4 1/2 stars? Food was fried for the most part. My chowder had the consistency of mashed potatoes. Super thick as far as spooning it out and turning the spoon over and it didn't slide off. The fish and chips were fishy. Too fishy for white fish in my opinion. Lobster Taquitos were ok and the place was a little on the pricy side. Seafood restaurants need to stay in New England. read more

I was excited to give this place a try but sadly Not impressed at all. I ordered 2 items and was told it would be 15 mins wait time. About four other groups came in and were given food before me and after half an hour I still had no food. I went up to ask about my order and the worker looked really frazzled. She didn't say what had happened but just said it would be out shortly. It appeared they just forgot to make half of my order as half was cold and half was hot. Don't recommend read more

We had the lobster cheese sandwich late one evening, so we ordered just one to share with fries. The sandwich is so yummy, fresh lobster, Rich in flavor and perfect spices in the sauce. I wanted more! The fries are hot, fresh, and lightly spiced. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and next time plan to have empty stomachs so we can gobble down a full order each! read more

First and last visit. We came for the clam chowder but it wasn't available. Place was dirty but not busy so no excuse. Drinks warm. Food average but expensive. Very disappointing and easily the worst dining experience during our 3 week visit to the USA. read more

I ordered take out.. When I arrived home I realized I did not receive everything I ordered and paid for. Tried to call next day for a partial refund and no one would pick up. Food tasted good and was decent quality but very very small portions for the high price. Paid $50 for two fish tacos, salsa and chips, and guacamole and chips. I probably won't get food from there again. read more

The food was excellent and the portions were large. My complaint is that no one answers the phone for a takeout order. Considering the times I suggest that management revisit with their employees. When the phone was not answered after numerous tries I almost gave up assuming they were closed. That's just not good for business. read more

Pleasant surprise in the Whole Foods parking lot. My first time there after shopping, had 2 street tacos (very good), lobster taquitos (very good), and pow shrimp (very good &addicting!) Not a huge fan of the craft soda, but they have park city beer as well! Will definitely be back. read more

Worst service, out of 4 items on the menu, out of ice, no napkins, no soap in the men's or women's bathroom, the young lady at the cash register was rude and not at all friendly. She disappeared for over 10 minutes, on her break I guess, meanwhile my food is up in the window, so after 10 minutes I just walked up and got my own food from the window which was now a soggy mess of a sandwich, tables were dirty and the garbage bins were full. We moved from SoCal to Midway & was pleased to see that Park City opened up a Slapfish restaurant near us! I ordered the crispy fish taco & my husband ordered the single fish & chops with a side of coleslaw. The fish came out fresh & hot but the french fries were not which was disappointing. Cole slaw was good! They have a variety of bottled salsa sauces & I enjoyed the Slapfish garlic serrano one. Service was excellent! read more

Slap fish continues to hit the mark. We go almost every Friday and enjoy the street tacos, fish and chips and the fry's are very good. The simple salad is always fresh and the dressing is light and flavorful. Stay tasty. read more

All seafood frozen. Don't look here for fresh seafood. Not very good. Had the shrimp roll and over seasoned. Go somewhere else and get fresh seafood. Walk up counter to order food very slow. Dirty dishes in the tables. read more

I am well traveled and this is by far the worst fish and chips I've ever had! They charge extra for two pieces of fish which in my opinion is a regular meal. I'm positive you'd get a better meal from the frozen section in walmart. Save your money and eat somewhere else! Those of you posting bogus positive reviews should be ashamed of yourselves! read more

Food was quite tasty for upscale fast food. The chowder was way to thick and chunky but good flavor. It was not very busy and there were dirty tables and dirty trash can made me feel less than confident about eating there. To top it off the counter staff person was, while on her phone, biting her nails and touching her face then taking food out without washing first. It was less than appetizing. I had to grab my own to go container for I preferred not to take a chance. Love the concept. read more

I've eaten here several times, and although it is a high end chain, it is consistently good! The fish is fresh, prepared many ways, and their fish and chips are outstanding! My kids love that best! Oh and in the summer they have outdoor seating. read more

Great Food. Great space. Plenty of room for groups of families to come enjoy some fresh seafood. The patio they have outside has a giant fire pit. Went here for a snowboarding trip recently, and tried out this spot...and come to find out they have a location back in Southern California where I live. Bonus! The clobster grilled cheese with a beer was a great combo. My wife had the Lobster Roll, and she didn't speak the entire time...I think that's a good sign. I saw someone at a table next to us devour an entire fish and chips. I'll probably try that next time. Side note - I would try all of the sauces and do a sampling of the craft sodas. This place is a joke: way overpriced, bland meals filled with bland cabbage and/or rice and barely any fish. I ordered a fish burrito and although it is meant to be eaten by hand, the maniacs in the kitchen covered it in some sort of fish sauce that drips everywhere. My mom and I went through 10+ crappy napkins and both of us had that ubiquitous fish sauce on our clothes. They should hand out bibs. I'm never eating there again. read more
