My neighbor recommended this place while we were heading home from Glendale. We ordered the Masoos pizza. It was perfect! Filled with meat and veggies. Additionally, there were no spots available for parking (the only downside), but the employees recognized us and brought us our order, so we weren't blocking traffic. Slash Pizza went above and beyond!

Let me start with staff and the owner who are were friendly , nice and professional to the point that my 6 year load daughter loves to come here ( she love the treats and off course the pizza ). I drive almost 30 miles every week to this place just for the Persian pizza even dough everything here is amazing but pizza is in another level , certainly I can say is one of the best pizza in united state. I believe I'm very lucky that we have this pizza place almost nearby.

Don't let the size of this place fool you--this small neighborhood spot serves some seriously amazing food. We ordered the Persian-style pizza and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. The pizza had that unique Persian-style flavor that many of us grew up with, loaded with toppings and perfectly satisfying. The Philly cheesesteak was equally impressive, packed with flavor and made with quality ingredients. This isn't a fancy restaurant with lots of seating, but that's not why you come here. You come for the food--and it delivers every single time. If you're craving authentic Persian-style pizza or a great sandwich, I highly recommend trying both the pizza and the Philly cheesesteak. This place is one of my favorite fast food joints , the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and they have options for everyone! I usually grab it to go, but they've got a nice spot to chill if you wanna dine in. If I'm in a pinch and need a quick bite, this is my number one go to. I heard about Slash Pizza from a friend who spoke really highly of it, so I decided to give it a try for my daughter's birthday party. I ordered a bunch of pizzas, and everything turned out perfect. The delivery was right on time, the food arrived piping hot, and everyone at the party loved it. What impressed me most was their service. I called about 30 minutes before delivery to completely change my order because a few extra guests showed up, and they handled it without any hesitation. They even accommodated my special requests and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Honestly, it's the best Makhloot pizza I've had in Los Angeles. Looking for Iranian style pizza and this is the only place in the town where is providing the lots of variety of persian style pizzas. We ordered two medium pizzas for two adults and we just finished one pizza and one left which we brought home. These pizzas are not American styles, it comes with lots of toppings (you can ask for easy toppings). Instead of marinara sauce, ketchup is the main sauce for persian pizzas. read more

Slash Pizza puts together a really good pie. On this visit, I settled on the " Slash Special " and it didn't disappoint. The undercarriage had a perfectly browned crispy crust and despite all the toppings, the slices had limited flop. The toppings were spread out evenly and the cheese had a nice stretch. Slash Pizza has plenty of menu options, including wings, sandwiches and salads. They also have plenty of specials for pick-up and delivery. There is a few tables setup on the inside one table on the outside. The place is clean and the young lady at the register was very polite and brought my pizza outside, where I was waiting. Slash pizza is in a shared parking lot with other businesses and gets full quick . I recommend just parking on the street. read more

I have been a regular of Slash pizza for a while and I know the staff. Basically, all the latest 1-star reviews are coming from the person and his relatives who got laid off. He's just "taking a revenge" by asking all his buddies to leave bogus 1-star reviews on this business to hurt the business reputation. If you read this, then be sure that Slash pizza is one of the finest pizza shops in town. Order a pizza yourself and you'll see what you get. To the guy who's running this 1-star campaign: move on with your life and stop that child-like behavior. read more

I'm not Italian, but pizza was probably that formula in my baby bottles. And Margarita is better than Margherita to me... Because Margarita's made with garlic. Garlic's great for strengthening the body (to fight pandemic cooties to say the least). Garlic breathe's that acceptable scent these days. So, they're two completely different pizzas. I ordered a small pizza pie and diet drinks from Slash Pizza on DoorDash because they gave me 20% Off the bill. I could have gone larger, but can't handle pizza for every meal anymore. My savings on a late-late-dinner paid the delivery guy. Save here, spend there. I recommend Slash Pizza because it's local from the Glendale-side of town and a top choice on my DoorDash APP tonight. Plenty people hangout there and not because of the liquor store next door. They make great Italian-Armenian-Iranian-American food. Be a bit liberal with your pizza choice(s). read more

I used to be a regular customer of this restaurant for years until the new management took over. The new management raised the prices over 200% since they took over less than a year ago. I called for a delivery and they stated "we don't deliver, you can pick it up". How do you run a pizza shop without delivery? Called another competitor few blocks down and they delivered my pizza at a lower price with no issues. AVOID!!! read more

This has been my goto place for 10 years until recently. The prices have gone sky high and the quality is lower than low! The last time we ordered for delivery, our pizza arrived cold, the crust was way too thin and it was dried out and awful. We called to let them know we were VERY disappointed, but the man only got defensive. I'm reading other reviews where it says there is new ownership. Makes sense now. We will not spend almost $40 on a medium terrible pizza here again. Such a shame. read more

The indoor dining is large with comfortable seating. Outdoor seating is beautifuly decorated with variety of plants. Recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice. You are welcomed with basket of pita served with accompaniment of butter, radish, raw onion and mint. I always have to resist eating too much pita cause it's so good! We always order the cornish chicken kabab and beef soltani. The chicken is marinated so well with yogurt and spices and charred to perfection. Each piece of chicken is sooo tender (yes even the breast!) If you don't know what to order get this!! It is my favorite on the menu.

Got the Veggie Sampler for Two for $15, Carousel Combo for $25, and Sarma for $10. If anyone is to blame for this review it's Glenoaks Deli for not being open anytime I need a Makhlout pizza. I was forced to get slash, only to find out they're running a massive fraud operation on DoorDash. It says 40 min delivery but expect to wait 2+ hours. I call the guy, he said some lady picked it up call DoorDash for an update, only to see what was maybe his wife in A SLASH T SHIRT, delivering the pizza. These guys are the worst person to do anything illegal with, they're the type to steal a purse and when they get charged, show up to court wearing the purse they stole. Just order a sandwhich or something next time, forget about pizza it's not worth it. I had to listen to pilot complain every 5 minutes for hours until the food came. read more

I went to Slash Pizza with my kids few days ago. I will start by saying that the place looked spotless super clean. We ordered Pepperoni pizza for kids and spicy Buffalo chicken pizza for us. The pizzas here is unbelievably fresh and delicious. Right after we order,(the stuff who were very friendly), put on some cartoons for my kids while we were waiting. the atmosphere is so great here. we had fun and we enjoyed the good pizza. I will definitely recommend and recommending all my friends and coworkers to try this place. P.S. My kids asking me every day when we going to go back to Pizza place )). We ordered a full pizza with chicken wings from here and the wings smelled terrible/old looked old and had white spots on it. I called them and they told me this is the way the chicken smells but I have never smelled chicken this bad they were very rude just saying "the chicken always smells the same" after I told him I will bring it to the restaurant and have him smell it he refused and continued to not apologize just say it is what it is basically do not order from here look elsewhere not even worth it too expensive! read more

This is my absolute favorite place to get my pizza for delivery, and they have not disappointed me once. Their pizza is always hot and fresh, not extremely greasy. For the quality the price is very reasonable and service is always great never had a bad day. Overall, this is the best place to get my pizza and pasta to go. I have never tried a better place. They have the best customer service, I called them at 10:00 p.m on Sunday, which is their closing time, but they did not refuse to take my deliver order, but they are some other delivery restaurant that you call them 10 min before their closing time, they do not take you order or they are saying the delivery person left already. Makhloot. Low on ingredients, heavy on sticky cheese that glued our guts together, devoid of any flavor. Tasted like the cheapest of store brand frozens. The shop is located on San Fernando and finding a parking spot for the pickup was a chore. Great Pizza! We ordered for a construction crew of 24 people. Total 9 pizzas. We had verity of pizzas. The regular pepperoni mushroom olives, the Persian, the Alfredo, etc . This used to be my favorite spot back in the days, but since the ownership change the restaurant has been going downhill. The pizza's used the be amazing, but I have noticed a change in the taste. Not sure if the ingredients have changed or different cook, but is not the same. Sadly this was my last time every trying this spot. read more
