I called in a pickup order for 3 pizzas to bring home to my family since everyone was craving some Indian pizza. We arrived a few mins after their original ETA, but the worker said it would take 5 more mins. It took 20 mins for them to finally handover the pizzas, but we didn't mind much. However we got home and none of the pizzas were correct. I called asking if I got the right order and to confirm if the gluten free pizza we got for my sis was actually gluten free since she has a sensitivity. The worker said he'd call back in a few mins to confirm. 20 mins later and there was no call, so I called back and he admitted he's not sure, but he promised to call back in 5 mins to do a refund. Still no call back after 30 mins, so I called and he said he would take care of it right before they closed. I didn't receive any refund and honestly didn't bother calling in again after all of that back and forth. Pizza wasn't that great and the lack of service was frustrating. I'd go elsewhere since the South Bay has so many better Indian pizza options. read more

He agreed to issue a full refund and assured me the money would be returned to my account within 3-5 business days. I trusted that it would be handled and didn't follow up. Months later, I checked my account and realized the refund was never processed. As for the order itself, it was completely wrong. I ordered two pizzas: one pepperoni and pineapple, and the Garlic Chicken Combo. The pepperoni and pineapple pizza didn't even include pineapple. The Garlic Chicken Combo wasn't what I received either. Instead, I was given what appeared to be a sausage meat lovers pizza with mushrooms and other ingredients that were not listed on the original pizza I ordered. I specifically chose the Garlic Chicken Combo. The substituted pizza included mushrooms and sausage, both things I did not order. A restaurant cannot assume a customer would be okay with eating sausage or completely different toppings without approval. That is not acceptable. Their explanation was that they ran out of chicken. However, while I was there waiting for them to remake the pizzas (for over two hours total between the initial wait and returning), I saw multiple customers receiving chicken pizzas. That makes the excuse difficult to believe. We were told to come back and that the pizzas would be remade because of their mistake. When we returned about an hour later, they still weren't ready, and they ultimately refused to remake them. This entire experience involved long wait times, poor communication, incorrect food, and a refund that was promised but never issued. It was extremely disappointing. This is our favorite Indian pizza joint in Bay Area. They have desi sticks which is a take on garlic bread sticks and pizza and they're pretty good! Our hands down fav order is the achari chicken, the white sauce and marinated chicken works really well. The malai paneer is decent, a bit on the sweeter side. We ordered some pizzas for pickup and had a mixed experience. There was only one couple eating there when we arrived but it looks like they do a lot of pickup and delivery orders. We ordered butter chicken and tandoori bbq chicken pizzas with one gluten free. The gluten free one we got was the bbq chicken combination which was not what we ordered. We called when we got home and realized this just to at least make sure it was indeed gluten free. They said they'd call back but they didn't so we called back again and said they think it is. They said they were busy and they would call back again for a partial refund but they never called back. Overall the tandoori bbq and bbq chicken combination were good - the butter chicken had no butter chicken type sauce - it was dry and spicy. read more

This opened up in the same spot that we had Patxi pizza at until last year. Loved the proximity and lots of 2-hr free parking spots. Also it has gorgeous outside and inside seating. In $47, we got: - makhani paneer pizza 3/5- medium thin crust - it was ok nothing special. I will try their spicy curry sauce next time. Huge portion for medium! - desi garlic sticks with cheese 5/5- loved this :) small was also big enough to share for three of us. Loved it!! I ordered mine without pineapple so i can get the full spicy flavor of it. It pairs well with their complimentary "spicy orange" sauce - 1 can of coke zero - 1 nimbu paani 4/5 regular The only glitche i saw was that the pricing on menu is different than what they charge. for example, desi sticks was written in menu at $1 lower than what they charged in bill. Its not material but i didnt like the fact that its different feels absurd to me for a new restaurant location. This location is super convenient for the nearby apartments but with slightly limited parking. Theres usually parking on the weekdays but it may possibly be tough for weekends. The restaurant itself has plenty of spaces from booths to long tables for big parties. We ordered a half and half pizza - chicken tikka with meat lovers, shahi pasta, and a mango lassi. I loved the crust on the pizza - super fluffy and crispy. I would definitely come back to try the other types of pizza. The pasta was also delicious but quick warning that it may be really spicy for some people - they were quite generous with the amount of paneer. The only thing that is slightly lacking at this place is the service. They're slightly hard to track down so it's really up to you to remember or know what you need. I also realized a lot later that I never received my mango lassi so I would recommend to double check your order. I was teetering between three stars or four stars but the pizza was genuinely good and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they forgot! read more

I am not sure why they have this location open as a restaurant! We use to come here before when it was patxi's pizza and it use to have such an awesome vibe! I regret going to this location because first off there was no one in the restaurant, no music nothing .. we could hear our own echo sound while talking .. second we had to go pick up plates and glasses. I came with my entire basketball team and enjoyed two extra large pizzas, one was veggie and the other a combo of chicken. I always like Indian food and the team seemed to have enjoyed it. This place is so good...I'm sitting in the restaurant as I write this review We usually go to Curry Pizza House in Milpitas but opted to try some place new. We ordered the curry pizza and sat down in an empty seating area. Pizza came out quickly and everyone was nice. They dropped two sauces which we drizzled on top. The crust was thick but soft/chewy and the toppings were generous. The best part was the spice level. It was spicy but so well spiced. We both were impressed! The chicken was juicy, the flavor punched me in the face and the airy dough and crunchy crust was an experience for sure. Been wanting to try this place but never made it to the other locations, so I was excited when they opened up right across from our house. Ordered the Achari Chicken, which has Creamy Garlic Sauce and I had to throw on some olives cause they're my fave. The crust had a nice crust and crunch to it but soft and chewy on the inside, perfect not a mouthful of dough. Just the right amount of spice but not flaming, as much as I love spice my tummy doesn't...so it was perfect. Ordered online and 20 minutes later it was ready for pick up. Cute place and M was there, (he told me his name but said to just call him M) to help and hand over the goods. We're looking forward to trying more of the menu.
