Spot the multiple hair coming out of the pizza slice.
Vamika K.

This place should be closed now immediately!! Just had one slice from a medium sliced pizza. Took out two hair from that one slice alone. I am assuming that caused me stomach bloating immediately.

Chicken tikka!!!!

Tasty pizza spot in Santa Clara for Indian style pizzas. We tried the Chicken Tikka and the Tandoori, one original crust, the other gluten free. Both pizzas were fire! The delivery arrived quickly and the pizzas were fresh. What more can ya ask for? Thanks Tandoori Pizza!

Paneer Pizza (vegetarian)
Mike N.

We came in after work hours and it was pretty empty. We ordered a large half-and-half Paneer Pizza (vegetarian/Spicy Paneer?). The pizza was really good and filling. I'd say the potato wedges were just alright since most of the pieces we got were the smaller, crispy ones. They had a white sauce in a bottle that was delicious. We put it on everything, and it didn't take away from the flavor of the pizza. Would come back again!

Cauliflower Wings

The food here is phenomenal! We ordered the Chicken Tandoori Pizza and Cauliflower wings, and little did I know we were in for a treat - everything was an absolute flavor bomb. The service was very quick and the operation is quite efficient, functioning on a check-in at cash register and then self-seating. The decor is beautiful in here and the lighting is quite nice and pleasant at night! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who loves pizza and is in for a change of pace from your standard pizzas!

Half malai paneer and half achari gobi

This is our favorite Indian pizza joint in Bay Area. They have desi sticks which is a take on garlic bread sticks and pizza and they're pretty good! Our hands down fav order is the achari chicken, the white sauce and marinated chicken works really well. The malai paneer is decent, a bit on the sweeter side. If you do dine in they have their signature sauces for free that are pretty good. Parking is hard in the area but doable. The inside is kept clean and a nice area to sit.

Vegan / Veg review :) Ordered: Curry Veggie Delight Pizza (Medium Size, with Vegan Cheese). Cost: $28 totally. People: Split between 3 people (8 slices of 3, 3, 2 slices). We were hungry, but are not heavy eaters. You can ask them to cut it into 8 or 12 slices based on the number of people. To make a pizza vegan: 1. Avoid any paneer or chicken pizza. 2. Switch to vegan cheese 3. You can get half vegan and half non-vegan for large pizzas. Compared to Whole Foods Vegan Pizza: Though whole foods costs $12, this is a far superior quality and taste, especially the cheese. A no-brainer.

Pretty solid place for Indian pizza! There's a lot of seating at the restaurant! Service is pretty quick too! They have tons of veggie options! Also when they say spicy- they don't hold back! Give it a try!

Crunchy pepperoni

This looks nothing like the photos on the website. Didn't ask for crunchy pepperoni! Shop around before ordering here.

Garlic Sticks with Cheese

The Malai Paneer Pizza here is SO GOOD! Creamy, sweet, and full of flavor. They don't skimp on the paneer too. The Butter Chicken Pizza is also decent. Good flavor, with a bit of spice. Chicken was a little dry, but overall delicious! -1 star for the Garlic Sticks with Cheese. These had POTENTIAL! Unfortunately they were dry. I wish that it had some sort of sauce or dip to eat with them.

Tandoori chicken pizza on gluten free crust

tried the lamb kabob for the first time and this was flavorful. But not a lot of protein, I would stick with the tandoori chicken because they really add a lot of protein here. My partner really likes the halal pepperoni for some reason, to me its too much like pepperoni.

Makhani paneer pizza - too mild for me- thin crust
Chandrika B.

This opened up in the same spot that we had Patxi pizza at until last year. Loved the proximity and lots of 2-hr free parking spots. Also it has gorgeous outside and inside seating. In $47, we got: - makhani paneer pizza 3/5- medium thin crust - it was ok nothing special. I will try their spicy curry sauce next time. Huge portion for medium! - desi garlic sticks with cheese 5/5- loved this :) small was also big enough to share for three of us. Loved it!! I ordered mine without pineapple so i can get the full spicy flavor of it. It pairs well with their complimentary "spicy orange" sauce - 1 can of coke zero - 1 nimbu paani 4/5 regular The only glitche i saw was that the pricing on menu is different than what they charge. for example, desi sticks was written in menu at $1 lower than what they charged in bill. Its not material but i didnt like the fact that its different feels absurd to me for a new restaurant location. I hope they start keeping chai soon :) I will be visiting again soon to try their spicy curry chicken pizza!!

half and half pizza - meat lovers and chicken tikka
Dana D.

This location is super convenient for the nearby apartments but with slightly limited parking. Theres usually parking on the weekdays but it may possibly be tough for weekends. The restaurant itself has plenty of spaces from booths to long tables for big parties. We ordered a half and half pizza - chicken tikka with meat lovers, shahi pasta, and a mango lassi. I loved the crust on the pizza - super fluffy and crispy. I would definitely come back to try the other types of pizza. The pasta was also delicious but quick warning that it may be really spicy for some people - they were quite generous with the amount of paneer. The only thing that is slightly lacking at this place is the service. They're slightly hard to track down so it's really up to you to remember or know what you need. I also realized a lot later that I never received my mango lassi so I would recommend to double check your order. I was teetering between three stars or four stars but the pizza was genuinely good and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they forgot!

Is the chicken jhatka/regular or halal?

Hi, Our chicken is regular, but we do offer halal options like chicken tikka kabab, and lamb kabab…

Is any of the meat halal?

There are halal options. You would need to call the store to confirm the options available. Thank you.

We ended up purchasing 3 slices of pizza, 1 whole pizza and 4 cans of soda. The pizza is not cheap, but they also don't use cheap ingredients either. It's very good pizza.

Slice of New York? How about slice of heaven!…read more I remember my first trip to New York City and my slice of authentic New York pizza. Honestly it wasn't that good. The famous "slice" was underwhelming. So imagine my surprise when I heard rave reviews of Slice of New York on Stevens Creek in San Jose. I had to try it for myself. The service is attentive. The staff make sure you understand what you can order and very carefully take down your order and name. This is reassuring if you've ever had a wrong pizza order. No chance of that here. I ordered a large half pepperoni half mushroom olive to go and a slice of pepperoni while I waited. The slice was impeccable. Large enough to fold over like I was taught in New York City, unlike the slice I had in NYC, this one's tip didn't flop. Perfect! Next came the first bite. Hot, crispy, the perfect amount of sweet tangy pizza sauce, and the great chewy mozzarella. Hot all the way through. All fresh. All perfect. If you want better than the authentic thin crust New York City style pizza, whether a slice or a whole pizza, Slice of New York on Stevens Creek in San Jose is the place to go. When you walk in expect a line. This is ok because it gives you time to see ehat pies are zcsikbsly for slices. Don't worry if you don't see pepperoni, or cheese. Those are always available in the cabinet below the glass display. Get a black t-shirt. The design is retro-perfect.

As other reviews have mentioned the biggest problem is it's a little too thin around the middle. But the fluffy chewy crust is very enjoyable. I highly recommend the Bianca. They have a full bar with some interesting cocktails on the menu. I keep coming back for the Greyhound's Tooth. It's made with fresh grapefruit juice and it's just so good. I'm only knocking a star as service has been medium good. Some service has been fantastic and others a little neglectful. Food is great with small room for improvements. If I could do 4.5, I would, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area shopping around!

There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and we were able to be seated without a reservation. The vibe is really casual, and we saw lots of people in big groups. The service and food were okay but nothing really stood out. Our pizza had a good amount of cheese, but the middle was so thin that it basically disintegrated as we picked up each slice. The gnocchi was pretty doughy and bland, but the salad on top was really good and saves the dish. We also got 2 sodas by the staffs' recommendation and one of them wasn't even carbonated , which in my opinion, is the whole point of a soda. I wouldn't come back again and I think there are much better restaurants in the area

However, after the incident, observation and order of food I received on 6/13/26, I cannot support this location. As mentioned we always had a pleasant experience at this location, with great service and great food. But this day the entire staff was off, and it was mainly due to the negative, micromanaging and rude manager/owner Partika. From the moment I walked in the establishment the vibe seemed completely off than what I was use to from past visits. It was scorching hot inside and the employees looked miserable. I quickly figured out why, as I placed my order with the gentleman upfront who was doing a great job, and here comes Partika hovering over him and reaching over him re-asking my order, although the employee had already entered it in and was simply trying to ask if I wanted to add anything else. Once done and paid, she then moves to the back counter and begins to holler over to the employees in the back about hurrying up with tickets, although they weren't very busy. I stood to the side as I had ordered a slice to grab now for my child, and then a full pizza and wings to go. Upon waiting, Partika approaches and tells me to sit down. I looked at her and told her it was not her discretion and I would await the slice to come right out as I already discussed with the employee. Once I obtain the slice i exit and wait in my vehicle in front of establishment. Out comes Partika harassing two men who had just finished up their pizza when I originally walked in and were still sitting at one of the table now having a refreshment from the adjoining establishment. She told them they could not sit at the tables they were reserved for her customers, and they told her they had just ate there and she begin to argue that now they had to move . Be advised there were many tables outside that any guest could choose from and her establishment was far from busy. Once my order was ready, I went back inside , and again she was arguing with another customer who stated the pizza she attempted to hand her was not hers if she could double check. Her rude comment was yes this is yours and the customer explained no her receipt clearly showed this was not her order. The gentleman apologized for the entire ordeal I had experienced and seen and gave me my order , in which I asked who she was and her name for reference. She then bolted towards me asking what the problem in which I told her the issue is she is very rude to very customer I had seen her interact with in the last 20 minutes. Fast forward to arriving home to now enjoy pizza and wings with my family. Open the box and the cheese is stuck to the top bc they failed to properly package it to avoid this mishap. Furthermore several of the winds were undercooked which could have created severe illness. I blame her presence, bad attitude and rushing her staff for these issues. I love the Tony Gemignani pizza brand but this Slice House in Mountain View has a terrible manager/ owner Partika who needs better customer service skills as well as management skills. I much rather have spent $100 with an establishment who had good customer interaction and treated their staff with respect.
