Seriously the worst service or place I've been to in a really long time. This was the first time trying it out and we ordered online for curbside pickup. First- There was no parking reserved for curbside. So we went through the drive thru the guy told us there was 8 people ahead of us to go ahead and go inside. We did. Then he said order wasn't ready yet. Waited another 20 mins at this point it was 45 mins since playing our order to begin with. I saw a lead/manager helping other customers "fix" there orders (there was atleast 5 ppl standing there with incorrect orders) Looked as if all the customers were equally upset as us. Heard the lead/manager tell the cashier (young man) I'm not f****** Playing with you I will send you home and you better not answer that phone as the business phone was ringing non stop. I finally got her attention and asked her for a refund since we have been waiting so long. She said she could do it but was busy and couldn't get to it for a while. So we cut our losses and left. Went across the street to a different food chain. Ordered. Waited, ate and returned to Slim Chickens. Went to open the door and the same lead/manager was locking it saying they were now closed. I reminded her who I was and she said oh yeah come inside. Went to the back printed a receipt and said my refund will be on my card in 7-10 business days. No apology. No explanation. Nothing!! Very poor attitude. We were looking forward to trying this place out sadly will not be returning. read more

I had the garlic Parmesan wings & honey bbq wings (the honey bbq was so much better if you ask me) now the down side is that the wings are hard. I decided to try Slim Chickens, because it looked pretty good, and because it's in my neighborhood. I ordered one of the chicken strip dinners. Well, the recipe for the chicken could use some improvement. The chicken looked flavorful, but that's where it end. The chicken had absolutely no flavor. It's as if the flavor was all on top and did not penetrate the meat. The prices are on par with Chick Fil La, so I'll just stick with them. I may give it another go, with a different dish, in case some improvements have been made. The staff was very friendly. That was a plus. read more

My family and I dined in. Great Customer Service upon entering with a greeting and placing our order till being served our food. I'm a Raising Canes fan but the closest location got flooded and I tried this place out as a substitute. I enjoyed the chicken tenders with ranch and the fries were perfect! I want to try the wings and coleslaw next time I visit. I love the Tea Station with different flavors! Peach, Raspberry, Unsweetened and Sweetened Tea plus Lemonade so you can make your own Arnold Palmer. Limited Time Special is that kids eat free on Sundays so I need to check that out. read more

Went to counter and explained to the young lady that we were here for the first time and asked any recommendations on her behalf. The young lady, just pointed to the menu sign mounted behind her. We asked about the sauces and if there was a sample.. NO. You have to try and buy at .28 each. Ordered two three piece chicken tenders with sides. Upon receiving meals I took a look at the tenders and evaluated them. I ascertained they came from a malnourished, emaciated bird , smallest tenders I have ever seen. The side dishes, macaroni & cheese decent, the fries barley warm from sitting under a heat lamp. KFC & HARTZ, your chicken tenders have the chicken war won. Up your game some with some spicy sauces and you have a home run. read more

If you want wings quick, this is the place. Price is what you'd expect for wings. Service isn't friendly but quick and reliable, so they are halfway there. Clean building. Very unique layout of seating, I personally enjoy the non-conformity in the design. Outdoor seating is nice and kept up pretty well. Really Good Menu! Had the 3 & 3 wing and chicken strips and it was definitely worth having! But the fried pickles were amazing!!!!!!! Definitely coming back! Only thing customer service can improve or employee's face expression seemed like they were annoyed. There was a mother who had a child eating there and she was with friends and the mom was letting the kid run all over the restaurant and the child went behind the counter. The employee picked up the child and went and sat him down next to his mom. First time having their food and I am pleased with the food quality and service given today. The cashiers were standing waiting to welcome us into the building and took our order immediately. a guy in a blue shirt offered to answer any questions we had regarding the menu and let us know he would be happy to help us when we were ready. He took our order 6 wings $9 comes with fries, bread, and drink. The store is clean and a worker was walking checking to make sure everyone was okay and the tables stayed clean. Excellent service! Excellent food! Love how they package dessert dishes in glass jars. Clean and very roomy atmosphere. Lots of glass and a high roof so you never feel bunched in. Today was that grand opening and it drew quite the crowd. My mom and I went about lunch time had a good crowd in there. Stood in line for maybe 5 minutes you could tell it was grand opening and people were still training. Everyone was very friendly food was really good. Chicken came out nice and hot and juicy. The chicken and waffles were amazing first time I had every tried them. It was so good that my fiance and I went for dinner. Still had a good crowd and the drive threw line was extremely long. Waited no longer then 15 minutes for our order to be taken and hot food to come out. Even took dessert home which was amazing pumpkin cheesecake in a massive jar. Mmmhh! AWESOME! This was my first time trying Slim Chicken's and, considering yesterday was their grand opening and they're so brand new, the food and our experience was perfect. We ordered two wing/tender combos and the dude got straight wings. The wings were yummy for sure, but the tenders were AMAZING - the best part is their super light coating of breading that didn't just peel off like at some other places and was perfectly seasoned and lightly fried. I wasn't crazy about the Slim Sauce (although I'm sure some people will love it), but the Cayenne Ranch was the clear winner in terms of dipping sauces at our table. We all also had either mac and cheese or fried pickles and while the kid and the dude both lied their mac and cheese just fine, the fried pickles were perfection. Again, lightly coated and perfectly seasoned and fried, yet NOT greasy! Like I said: perfect.
