Brownie donut, snickerdoodle, sprinkles, dubai, sugar, and crumb

This donut place was fire! Stopped by here for dessert around 6pm on a Thursday. Surprisingly all the donuts were very fresh. The bread was light and fluffy and not at all dense. The customer service was great, all very attentive helpful and nice. The place had dim lighting but it seemed like a chill place to get some work done.

Maybe the Best Apple Fritter of ALL Time! Man, they make a mean donut. We got a little variety box and everyone loved it. Also the coffee here is delicious. Too many donut shops have bad coffee, but not here. The service is great as well. Clean, quick and tasty. The ambiance is fun and unique. The donuts are well displayed and the vibe is fun. This is the donut spot in SLO.

I am going to say in advance that this is based on a takeaway my doughier brought in, and we ate it after 24 hrs . Really not great donuts - way too doughy , it airy enough , toppings were just not tasty . Perhaps we should have tried some other flavors and eat it fresh . All together - weak .

The cake donuts were good. The ube was not my fave. Friendly and fast service. Lively and colorful interior. The assorted donuts are so inviting. They have gluten free varieties too.

Friendly cozy local donut house. I reminisced about the legendary Sunshine Donuts that I remembered from years ago in SLO, and the donista (like barista?) said this place actually grew out of those roots. I like these cool snowmen/dough-men, a holiday offering.

Another absolute must-try spot if you're in SLO! Located next to Cal Poly SLO and there were many students studying at SloDoCo when we stopped by so it was pretty quiet. It's also open 24/7 which makes it perfect for a late night snack. They have so many unique and creative flavors for their donuts and some of the decorations on the donuts were amazing! Some of the unique flavors they had included mint, matcha, ube, thai tea, lavender, and even a Dubai chocolate flavor! My favorites would have to be the maple raised, mint, cookies and cream, and Dubai chocolate. But honestly you can't go wrong with any of the flavors and get a dozen if you're sharing with friends!

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place lived up to the hype. The warm scent of fresh donuts greeted me as I entered, and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax or grab a quick snack The donuts here are top notch! There's a large variety of flavors, from the classic glaze to more adventurous options like the creme brûlée. The donuts are fresh, light, and not greasy at all, which really elevates the experience. The friendly staff is another highlight. they're incredibly welcoming and always happy to chat about the menu, offering great suggestions if you're undecided. One thing I absolutely love is that SLOCODO Donuts is open 24 hours, which makes it the perfect spot for late night cravings or early morning pick me ups. Plus, there's always a nice buzz inside with lots of students studying, which adds to the laid back, inviting vibe. Whether you're in the mood for something traditional or want to try something new, SLOCODO Donuts has you covered. I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a box to enjoy

Just here to say that SloDoCo is a not so hidden gem of SLO and a must try donut stop if you're new to SLO or passing through the area. They care about the donuts they make and are constantly on top of stocking great donuts with more vegan and gluten free donut options (that are actually incredible) than any other donut place I've been to. I personally love the maple or lavender GF donuts. They have so many great donuts to choose from including classics and more elaborate flavor combos and designs. Monthly specials are always top notch so make sure to check out the menu. The artistry and themed donuts never fail to make me smile, and you can place custom orders ahead of time if you're looking for something extra special. They've been slaying the game for years! Iconic! If you're not into donuts or want to elevate your experience further, they also offer a great selection of drinks including coffee and espresso drinks, Thai tea, chai, and matcha lattes with nondairy milk options too. I've loved stopping in when I'm in the area and how can you go wrong with a donut? You can't. Open 24 hours, full of great vibes, and have fun events, so you really can't go wrong here. Perfect anytime, any day. One of the best places in SLO!

Slodoco is our family favorite in all of the world! Sounds a little dramatic, but pretty true. Service is always amazing. All employees are nice and personable. Every Slodoco I have been to has a very welcoming vibe, and this location is no different. This location is actually our favorite. The doughnuts were perfection as usual. We are not from the area, but every time we are in the area, even just passing through, it is the law to stop and get a dozen!

24/7 donut shop? YES please! This is a very solid donut shop. They're fluffy and not overly oily. Lots of variety and great service! Highly recommend the chocolate devil's food cake and marshmallow galaxy!! Donuts: 8.5/10 Service: 9/10

A SLO staple! This location has lots of parking in the plaza as well as seating and wifi, so it's a great place to grab a (very) sweet treat and study, hang out with friends, or play some of their board games. I liked the wide variety of donut flavors from classics to monthly specials like the "Matcha Madness" one designed with a green jersey for March Madness. Many flavors have additional toppings like chocolate chips or rainbow sprinkles, and I liked that the glaze was pretty sturdy and wouldn't smear off so easily. I prefer the fluffy raised donuts, but the crumb cinnamon roll and pillow, which could use more evenly distributed filling, were fun to try. The apple fritter had a nice caramelized crust. I usually love floral flavors, but because the lavender glaze smelled and tasted strongly of lavender essential oils, I felt like I was eating a hand sanitizer or bath product. On the other hand, the matcha flavor could be stronger. Overall, I'm a fan of SloDoCo, and I'm happy they expanded near UCSB too!

Everyone was super friendly. Inside is super cute. I like donuts but not love like donut lovers do. HOWEVER, their french cruller donuts are absolute divine! It's the best I've ever had. My boyfriend is not a donut lover either and he LOVED the french cruller (specifically the chocolate dipped one). He loved it so much he got half a dozen to share with my family since we were here on vacation. Side note, I had an iced mocha and it was perfection. We will definitely be back when we're visiting again.

Assortment of vegan (back row,and two back left) and regular doughnuts. Beautifully decorated and delicious.
    Shannon S.

The doughnuts are delicious! Vegan gluten free!!! Yes please! My husband got regular doughnuts and loves his too. Staff were friendly and helpful, made sure to ask about separating the doughnuts.

Every item seemed to be priced 25-50% more than I wanted to spend. Walked past Kreuzberg and initially thought it was only coffee and pastries. The whole layout is immaculate. Outdoor seating, indoor group seating and even a few private seats in the corner that give it a VIP ambiance. Hidden inside was a narrow lounge area with turntables with a bar area at the end. A DJ was set to start at 8pm. The music genre schedule varies. I will return. The burrito was top tier. Side of chips added to the filling satisfaction. Only downside was the price but if you add the quality service, cleanliness, vibe and atmosphere...the value is there.

It was past 7pm and the place was still hoppin' with groups on the outdoor patio, back room lounge and main area. It has more of a restaurant/club vibe than a coffee shop which gives it a special charm. When asked about their chai the friendly barista was happy to share that they don't use dry powder, they use a spicy concentrate. That's one plus!! But, it's not a house brew, it's basic Third Street Chai you buy off the shelf at the local grocer, chef supply, or natural foods store :( To their credit, they heat it up well and top it with a fancy cinnamon design on the milk foam. When asked if there is a local chai, the barista (who is a chai fan) couldn't think of any. This explains why the local reviews were so good for mediocre concentrate. While the chai quest was a miss here in SLO, Kreuzberg is still a pretty cool spot, with a fun, social vibe, friendly, helpful staff, and some tasty looking items on their menu (just not a stop for chai).

The chai, however, fell far short of expectation. While I appreciate the effort of a house blend, it sadly lacked any spice or uniqueness. It was liquid, it was brown, and it had some sweet to it. But didn't get any hint there was spice. That may be what they were going for, but it definitely won't make my list of chais to come back for. If I lived here, this would be my GO TO spot for ALL my coffee needs. The space is thoughtfully designed with many furniture pieces from repurposed goods. I wish I could have spent the morning just being there but had to leave for a funeral. So many things caught our eye! The baked goods were devine. The T-shirts were super soft and I would have bought one of they had our sizes. The roasted coffee beans were priced fairly. I haven't even gotten to the coffee yet! There were so many iced coffee/cold brew options it was really hard to choose. We ended up selecting the Lemon Pistachio shortbread cookie, a Ginger Molasses cookie, a seasonal scone: Honey Cinnamon, an iced Latte and an iced Vanilla Bean Latte: 1/2 sweet and a bag of Classic Espresso beans. My only sadness was I should have gotten a large latte instead of a regular. We saved the desserts for after the funeral and enjoyed the yummy coffees on our way. The Ginger Molasses cookie was perfect. Moist and chewy and not too much ginger. I should have bought more! The Lemon Pistachio cookie had a lovely balance of lemon zest and fine pieces of pistachio in the cookie and a not too tart lemon glaze and pieces of pistachio on top. We didn't realize the coffee shop was inside the complex and accidentally parked next door. We apologized and moved, but one nearby gentleman seemed disproportionately upset by our innocent mistake despite there being plenty of open spaces. As for the drinks, my husband ordered the Choco Latte and I got the iced Matchas Gracias. Both were decent. My matcha was a bit grainy, but the vanilla cold foam was tasty and helped balance it out. The space itself is charming, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, nothing was wrong with the experience, but the drinks weren't memorable enough to bring me back, and the rocky start with parking left me feeling a little less enthusiastic than I'd hoped. I'm glad we tried it, but I probably wouldn't make a special trip to return.
