Five stars for service and location! Our waitress was so wonderful, friendly, and funny. She made the experience worth it! All the waitresses on the patio during Mother's Day breakfast were phenomenal, and I hope they get recognized by the management. The patio is decent - but it's very cramped. Nice shade though! The food came out quick and was decent but I wouldn't say five stars. My husband got the breakfast tacos, and they were flavorful. The other ding is the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. If you've never been here you'll walk up and wait in a line - once you get to the doors, you're seated immediately. Overall glad we finally got check this place out!

Worth the hype. We came at 12:30 and walked right in. Waiter was attentive without being overly so. Daughter and I each ordered the sampler, fun way to try a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Most unique cake was the Santa Fe . Like eating cornbread with all the fixins. Yum! We both loved the banana bread cake, great real flavor, not overwhelming in any direction. My favorite was the pecan. Can't go wrong with a classic. But THE BEST THING was the basic side order of BACON! Perfectly crispy, salty, PERFECT. Well done, folks!

I absolutely loved this place! And by the line out the door you know it's very popular. We did not have to wait in line as long as we thought we would have and we were impressed with the swift service from seating, drinks, and food. Their menu offered wide variety from sweet to salty, and in my group there were zero complaints. They also offer gluten free options for those that need it. The merch was so cute and the place was clean. There was seating available inside and out.

This place had a delicious French toast! I'd probably go back just for that. I know it's focused on packages, but the French toast + the cinnamon syrup they have was amazing. My friend had the sweet potato pancakes and they were so fluffy and delicious. I expected amazing home fries, but they were just okay. Not too impressed with the turkey sausages or egg whites, but the nail everything else. We were seated very quickly and everyone working was very pleasant. The service is quick but they don't constantly bother you once you're settled in. That's a plus!

Nice breakfast spot near Broadway. There is plenty of seating indoors & outdoors. We enjoyed outdoor seating on an unseasonably warm Winter morning. Service was good. Our food came out quickly and tasted great. I went with the seasonal red velvet pancakes and a mimosa flight. The menu offers a wide variety of pancakes to choose from.

One of the best meals we had in Nashville and you can't beat the hospitable vibe and service. There can be a line but it does move at a steady pace. I ordered the chicken fried steak, which came with eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes. The chicken fried steak was one of the best I've had. The coating was light and crispy, the sausage gravy was thick and flavorful. The hashbrowns were excellent. They were thick but still crispy and perfectly heated all the way through. I also ordered a coldbrew coffee with salted caramel and cold foam. It was smooth and delicious. The waitress also brought us a cinnamon syrup/topping that is for pancakes but can be used to flavor the coffee as well. It was sooooo good and elevated the coffee. Best breakfast I've had in a long time!

This restaurant is well worth the wait and was the best food that I had in Nashville during my day. My friend and I came on a Saturday morning and had to wait about 30 minutes on the line. The ambience was nice and simple. The food took a while to come out, but was well worth it because it was made with love. The French toast was fresh, and the peaches were made with fresh peaches instead of canned ones. The compote was not too sweet and well balanced. The turkey sausages were very tasty and the eggs were good. The hot chocolate was a bit sweet but well-made. All in all, I really enjoyed breakfast here and would bookmark this place to return during a future Nashville trip. Our server was friendly and helpful when ordering. The only critique that I have for this restaurant is that they need an air freshener in the bathroom, but otherwise it was a really great experience.

Visiting the area, decided to check this place out for breakfast on a weekday since they have a gluten free pancake option. Food was average nothing to rave about. Gluten free pancakes were okay, I liked that the eggs were thin however could use some flavor they were a bit bland. When I walked in I noticed that the noise carries so I had to sit outside because it was too loud for me. Pretty long line the weekend. Maybe their regular pancakes are good ‍ otherwise I don't get the hype. The server was friendly.

First stop on our Nashville weekend and this place is hoppin! Locals and tourists alike are here! Their pancakes and syrup were delicious. And of course, we had to try their candied bacon. Delicious and highly recommend.

This place is a must visit for breakfast! You line up outside, but don't let it scare you, this place operates like a well oiled machine! You'll be surprised at how quickly you're seated. The pancakes are phenomenal. They bring warm syrup and cinnamon cream for the pancakes. It's the perfect combo. Everything was cooked to perfection. Great cold brew coffee. Can't wait to return!

The line was about 20 people. They said 20 mins. It felt like 10mins moved very fast!! What can I say the food was outstanding it came out in less then 10mins. Very large portion we shared both items it was plenty of food. The syrup comes out hot and fresh, also have a cinnamon sugar like syrup (not sure they exact name). But wow both were delicious. A++ service and meal was fantastic. When in town its a must. Vwry clean, organized and friendly.

Pancake sampler with blueberry, apple and Santa Fe Cornmeal
    Greg M.

Typically not a big fan of flapjacks, but I had to see why people felt compelled to wait outside in the 20 degree weather to get in this place. They opened at 6:00, and my hotel was right across the street, so I was outside when they unlocked the door (still, second in line). Ordered the pancake sampler and choose blueberry, apple walnut and and a cornmeal Mexican kind of thing. That cornmeal Mexican kind of thing came with a kick ass salsa and sour cream. The perfect savory to the other's sweetness. Got a side of scrambled eggs, too, and a coffee. The presentation was top notch. The taste, well, they tasted like pancakes. At least the two fruit ones did. And don't get me wrong, they were good, but they were pancakes. On the other hand, the cornmeal Mexican kind of thing was crazy good and unlike anything I've had before. Tasted more like corn bread, and it was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. The coffee was so-so. Glad I came in. Would be happy to return, but would never wait in a line.

Quick service and solid food! We arrived at the Pancake Pantry and we were a little intimated by the long line outside. To our surprise, the line moved incredibly quickly! The service was very friendly and we received our food fast as well. The breakfast tacos & cinnamon roll pancakes were the standouts. Great spot for a fast and reliable breakfast.

It's always amazing, authentic southern style food. But what makes this place so special is the people. The Arnold's put so much love and care into their place, you can't help but feel like one of them. I brought my mom, dad, aunt, and uncle here. My dad loves grouper and when I saw fried grouper on the menu I knew he had to try it. Only problem was they served it on Tuesday and he wouldn't get in until Thursday. Cut to my insane ass showing up and asking them if they could please serve it on that specific Thursday because my dad wanted to try it but he wouldn't get in on time and I wanted to make his trip special because I am truly a daddy's girl and he's my fav bestie right now. Yes I rambled all of that at them in one breath, I am a a talkative lil broad. They not only made my crazy special day fried grouper happen, but made a special point of dropping by the table to welcome my family to Nashville and extend well wishes on us. Okay so now that I've established that the Arnold's are such warm and loving people I can talk about the food. Oh my god the food. I got the roast beef, which is basically prime rib and can be drowned in au jus that I would drink straight from a cup, it's a divine nectar of the gods. We got almost every single side and loved every single side. I'm obsessed with fried green tomatoes so those were my star side, but my mother loved the greens and my dad loved the corn. Do not miss the bread pudding it is like a hug from your tastebuds to your brain. If you're like oh I don't like bread pudding I don't care shut up and order it it's that good it will convert you. I love you guys. I appreciate y'all so much. I'll see you soon I need more bread pudding. I was trying to be a skinny bitch to bamboozle a man to fall in love with me but unfortunately I'm about to have a bread pudding summer so that will not be happening and I am a okay with that because that bread pudding loves and treats me better more than any man ever could.

Such a classic comfort food spot with a super friendly server and an easy setup where you get in line, grab your food, then find a table. The fried fish was honestly the star. Perfectly crispy on the outside while still soft and flaky inside. So satisfying. The fried pork chop was a little dry for my taste, but all the sides were delicious and made up for it. The mac and cheese especially was sooo good. Overall, really comforting Southern food with a welcoming atmosphere and definitely worth trying if you want a more authentic Nashville experience.

Chad was friendly, chatted us up, and offered speedy, quality service. The Spiced Pear Mule was delicious and well balanced. The space was warm, and I would've been happy if we'd stayed and gotten dinner here. The pig ears were so good. They were super crispy and served with sweet and sour sauce and mustard, which provided the perfect contrast. The sweet and sour sauce gave you that addicting, luscious flavor and the mustard had just enough pungency to keep you coming back for more. We demolished the bowl in probably record time. We also got the pimento cheese beignets, which were okay. They were deliciously fried pillows of dough that I felt could've used a bit more pimento cheese filling, but the pig ears completely overshadowed them. Devastated that nowhere around me offers this dish and I'll have to wait until the next I come back to get them again!
