I would think a teenager in high school could take an order change. I just got off the phone with the business development manager making excuses and eventually yelling at me. Unbelievable. Been going here for 30 years and will never go back because of that human and the lack of customer service. J's bakery used to be a wonderful place with nice people who worked there.

The Lox Works, complete with cream cheese & capers, can be done on your choice of bagel. In fact, any of the breakfast sandwiches can be done how you want it, and there are literally a million combinations. I liked the Dijon topped on. The muffin was really extra. It was large and it was covered in coffee cake sugar kind of crumble. Really big, generous serving of blueberries. It was super moist. This layering made a wonderful, textural improvement on regular doughnuts. We stopped today and discovered they had changed :( The texture was no longer different. They are now just a doughnut with assorted toppings. This means, not worth the trip nor the price.
