The installer did the job in a few hours, and it looks great! Amazingly, there was not the slightest bit of paint damage, so I don't have to repaint around the window! The window is double-glazed and argon-filled, with high energy efficiency ratings. Pricing was reasonable, with no surprises. Scheduling and communication could have been better. The job was originally scheduled for a Thursday, then rescheduled for Friday, and finally for Monday, with little or no notice for each rescheduling. The project manager (Sam) was always communicative and apologetic when he had to reschedule, and this wasn't an urgent job, so this was no big deal. I would happily hire the company again.
