Terrible and aggressive owner. Do not use them, period. Just read the other reviews, buyer beware! My situation: 1. I booked for Sunday but the confirmation showed a Saturday. Their website is also confusing and may have caused the wrong scheduling. 2. I called to tell Owner I had an emergency and need to reschedule 3. Owner says "I'm playing games" instead of trying to understand my situation. I assume he thought I was trying to get out of the schedule cleaning but I genuinely had an emergency situation at home. 4. Owner wanted to charge $40 fee for rescheduling which I thought was odd considering I scheduled the cleaning for Sunday (24 hour advance notice). Additionally, I wanted to add more scope to an already $400 cleaning bill for a 1 bedroom! 5. Overall, the owner jumped to conclusion and did not try to understand the mixup. As a fellow business owner, words matter and don't attack people for reaching out with legitimate concerns! 6. Moral of the story is that the owner was insensitive and could have made $600 dollars if he was wasn't a jerk off the bat. read more

Not only are they fast and do a fantastic job, but also they are the most responsive - I can text them to schedule and know that everything will go as planned. They are good and normally pretty reliable and can respond quickly. Recently they left a bunch of wet towels in our house rather than putting them in the dryer and leaving (they said they ran out of time). The actual cleaning that this company did was good, but we were given an incorrect price quote and they ended up charging us double what we had agreed upon. Our quote was "$44/hr," with no mention whatsoever of the hourly charge being per person, and no mention of two people being sent. We requested a 3hr cleaning, but ended up being charged for a 7hr cleaning. We paid the invoice we were originally sent, but it was not until after they were done cleaning and left that they told us we would be charged double. It was unprofessional to try and deceive us as to what the final price would be and it felt very shady. read more

I had Greg come for the promo 3 hour cleaning and he did an incredible job. The apartment was super messy, and Greg prioritized my concerns perfectly. I did not think he would have time to get through everything I asked but Greg did and at a much higher quality than I had expected given the amount of time/ dirtiness. The only thing that was kind of annoying was on Smart Cleaning's website you have to pay an additional $10 for the cleaner to bring their own supplies and an additional $10 for them to bring their own vacuum .... the supplies they bring is literally one bottle of Windex, one bottle of bathroom cleaner, one dust cloth, and one rag to put over your mop for the floor. You provide the paper towels, so you might as well just spend the $5 and have your own Windex and bathroom cleaner. read more

He even organized our goods, which as a person who is not particularly adept at personal organization, was a much-welcome improvement to my environment.
