I have been using Smart Janitorial for over a year and they are pretty awesome!! We had the same cleaner, Ana, for almost a year and she was great! She ended up moving locations, so they gave us someone new and honestly, they were not as good as Ana. I spoke to Mauricio about my concerns and he was really helpful! They sent in Laura, their Operations Manager, to address my concerns on site. After that, the quality of cleaning has gone back to normal. They are also very easy to get a hold of and respond to emails right away. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my concerns were taken care of. Recently I was put in charge of finding a new cleaning company and I found Smart Janitorial online. I met with them and Mauricio was very professional. I liked them better than the other companies that quoted me even though his quote was the highest. I was able to work with Mauricio on the quote and THANKFULLY he adjusted it to something that would work for both of us. We hired this company in our sales office about 6 months ago, they were one of the only companies that I was able to send a text to for customer service and I live on the road, so for me that was key. They do a good job and with so many of us in and out of the office they have been able to work around us and keep it clean, as they say real estate never sleeps. I have been on and off with several companies over the years. My family owns a smaller car dealership and the last 3 years we have been able to afford a cleaning company. The previous 2 companies were not able to fully staff our needs and often the day porter would not show for their shift. I saw a crew next door and contacted these guys 6 months ago. I really like this company. They clean one of the offices that I work at and they do not disappoint. They are very attentive to detail, but are also efficient. It is refreshing to have such a clean environment in such a fast-paced and hectic job! If I am working late, sometimes I will run into one of their employees. This is such a bummer for me to go from writing a five to one star rating... To be honest, if I can rate zero, I totally would. What I initially thought would be a dream team for our office needs turned out to be a nightmare! We started off with Javier, the most perfect housekeeper anyone could ever ask for. Then without notice, he was replaced with Bianca and a younger girl. I began to notice tasks that were agreed upon in contract were not getting done. I called and emailed plenty to Mauricio in regards to my concerns. Finally he agreeed to join the housekeepers and monitor that things were getting done properly. To be honest, I doubt that was ever even done at all, as nothing seemed to change. I found myself reviewing the video survelliance more than often. I tried to work with Mauricio in regards to saving a relationship, only to make matters worse. He brought over Rosemary in which he highly recommended. I don't know how low his standards are, and if he would personally ever let her clean his home? I would leave notes to Rosemary on what was being missed around the office, and I even found myself doing her job the next day. I brought this up to Mauricio and he did was offer a discount, and a poor attitude of "well if you decide to end contract, I understand". No ownership at all for the declining poor service we have recieved for nearly a year, no sincere apology for the state our office is constantly left in! It's embarassing having visitors and there's dust on photo frames, and our office smelling like rotten milk! I don't see how this company is still standing when you have people like Bianca and Rosemary employed... I could go on about the details in which I continue to walk into every Monday and Thursday morning, but I'm sure you get the point? It's upsetting that things had to end this way as I was hopeful that MAYBE one day Mauricio would fix things. read more

I was looking for a company that was able to handle the full scope of service for our new property in Anaheim. I was relocated from New York as the company has grown into different markets, and I love lease ups.. $$$$ I did several meetings in January before hiring this company in March. The account representative is punctual and available. We had a few staff members that did not fit in our team and had to request different cleaners, but now have a great team put together. In my years of experience, you can have the best looking property in the world but without a strong team it will not be successful. We recently hired this company for porter services at the shopping plaza i work at. They were recommended to me from my brothers property management company. The old company was not coming in on the schedule or completing the full work load. This company now comes in on the afternoons and take out trash and clean up the plaza. They also clean the parking lot weekly and pressure wash every 3 months for us. They have the right equipment, show up according to the schedule and all the work is complete. I recently hired this company for our law office. Its a smaller office and we are a labor law firm. Suprisingly being a labor law firm works against you when searching for a janitorial service. Appearantly most janitorial companies do not want to work with a labor law firm. We had to contact 10 companies in order to get 3 quotes. This company seemed most qualified and provided us with the correct insurance certificate up front during the initial walk through. The 2 person crew comes twice a week.
