Called him upon our morning arrival at the airport and he pulled up to the curb a while later to haul our luggage to our hotel since it was way to early for check in and we wanted to explore without hauling luggage around until late afternoon. He asked where we were going to start, and when I said Pearl Harbor he said I'll drop you there (free of charge) even though it was out of the way, and he stopped by a convenience store on the way to let us buy a bus pass for the week. Cancelled my storage reservation when I was within an hour of arrival. Mark proceeded to tell me that their primary business is delivery so the storage was inconvenient for them because someone called out of work so they could not just have someone waiting for me to arrive if not certain of arrival time. Will keep this short and sweet :) Service was super easy to use. They met us at Budget to pick up our extra baggage we didn't want to lug around with us. After my call, they showed up within 1 minute (I ran to the restroom and they were already there when i ran back out; and i'm a fast pee'er). Paid upfront $20 for the day. When we came back to the airport to catch our flight, reliably, there were there soon after I called. There was some slight confusion as they were apparently waiting at the next lobby down, but nonetheless it was about 15 minutes of waiting, which isn't horrible. Though I would recommend to the company to call the client if you don't see them and you're waiting. All in all, I would highly recommend this convenient, efficient, reliable service :) read more

I had a very important experience with Aloha Baggage Storage. Touch they were very prompt to pick my bag up from baggage claim it was rather complicated to get my bag back. I called prior to arrival at the airport to request my bad be available for pick up outside the doors for baggage claim B1. The man handling the call was hard to understand but we worked things out. Then I arrive and no bag. So I wait a few minutes and call. The driver yells at me when I ask him to repeat himself because I was struggling to understand him. Even my cab driver attempted to talk to him to the same result. It also took 15 minutes once at the airport to get my bad. However I called ten minutes before arriving. At no point did the man provide an ETA despite multiple requests. My bag was in the same condition as it was a drop off. Overall though between the poor service and long wait things without provided ETAs I would not recommend them. read more

Fantastic!!! What a relief!!! Bags were taken care of and returned in pristine condition. Staff was polite and courteous and helped us understand local area and gave great directions to our hotel in Waikiki. We stored our main bags when we left Honolulu for Kauai. Their prices are so reasonable that the money we saved from not checking in our bags going to Kauai on Hawaiian Airlines (we took carry-on bags and a personal bag inside the plane) paid for the storage and we didn't have to hassle with all of our luggage!!! In addition, the driver told us a few locations to visit which were absolutely wonderful and not on the typical tourist pamphlets. Finally, the driver suggested the Grand Hyatt in Poipu. What a beautiful place. We had breakfast watching the swans and overlooked the ocean. Dinner at Tidepools was as romantic as it gets!!! We would have never known about this location had it not been for the suggestion of the driver from Aloha Airport Delivery and Storage (no disrespect to the Marriott where we stayed)!!! The total experience was better than could be imagined. My wife and I had a terrific 25th Anniversary and Aloha Airport and Delivery certainly assisted us with their fabulous service and tremendous suggestions. Bottom line, Aloha Airport Delivery and Storage saved us thousands of dollars and delays in getting home. We had accidentally booked flights allowing only 1.5 hours to transit from an interisland flight to an international flight (fine if it is the same airline and bags are checked through, but unfortunately it wasn't and they weren't). Robert responded to email inquiry within hours, assuring me that he would be able to store our bags avoiding the need to collect checked bags from interisland flight, and then wait in the queue so that we would be able to check in before the 60min before departure cut off time. He also offered to liaise with the Jetstar supervisor on our behalf as he knows them well. So all set, as long as our Hawaiian Airline flight wasn't delayed, which they are only 3% of the time according to some research I did. This was apparently one of those days : ( With the flight delayed by 1hour, I had lost all hope of getting on our flight, however we found a way to go straight to the boarding gate. Amazingly, we were able to check in and board at the gate. Perfect!!! Except for the small matter of our stored luggage with Robert at the check in counter. He waited for over an hour, not knowing our situation as we had no way of making contact (no US mobile). After getting back to Australia, I was able to make contact with Robert by email, and he promptly went back to Jetstar the next day and put it on the first flight back for us. Phenomenal service, couldn't recommend more highly!!! read more

We arrived in Honolulu 10 hours before our flight for the mainland departed (long story) and wanted to go down to Waikiki for high tea. The airlines won't let you check in until 4 hours before your flight. What to do? The info line at the airport recommended this company, which was impressive. When I read the Yelp reviews raving about it, I felt safe. 1) Fantastic service when you don't want to hang out at the airport with your bags all day. 2) Extremely fast pickup and delivery (under 5 minutes from my call to their arrival). 3) Incredibly good value ($40 to keep 6 bags for 6 hours, not including tip). 4) Super friendly, helpful driver (acted like he might have owned the company). read more

Left us a horrible mess. Despite their name, they are a STORAGE company ONLY, and their phone number is forwarded to whoever is on duty that day., they have no office. Don't waste your time, and disregard their website. Called a day and a half in advance and talked to the same guy--twice. I confirmed with that fellow that they could DELIVER bags TO A HOTEL, and he said to call on arrival. Upon arrival, I called, and even though I GREW UP in Hawaii and can talk peegin la'dat, da brah answering, his accent so strong, no can understand 'em. He tells me no room in his truck--wait at the airport until next time he gets back. So me, my baby daughter and my wife wait at the airport an hour, and finally we meet him face to face. He tells me THEY DON'T DELIVER--just pick up and drop at the airport. I gave him the name of the guy I talked to the day before about delivery to a hotel, and he says nobody with that name has ever worked there. Just to see what would happen, I redialed the number I'd called the day before, and his cell phone rang right in front of me! (it is apparently forwarded to different guys on different days). The "Airport Delivery" in their name takes the most absolute meaning--they deliver TO THE AIRPORT and nowhere else, and they only PICK UP from the Airport. read more

Fantastic service, we recently were in Honolulu and needed a set of golf clubs stored for 2 weeks while we were out of the country ( we wanted them for a return trip to Maui). We called Dr Bob and they sent a guy to the terminal to pick up the clubs (approx 3-4 minute wait), we paid him cash and we received a claim ticket. Two weeks later w flew into the HNL international terminal and gave Dr Bob a call, the clubs were delivered in minutes to us. (I did email Dr Bob the night before to let him know our arrival time so he could pull the clubs from storage and be prepared for our return.) Highly recommend their service, top notch. read more

What a disaster! They had our bags for 3 hrs. When we came back to the airport pick them up to bring them to our hotel, we were first told to go to baggage claim. We were met there by a man and a cart looking to PICK UP bags from us, despite him having our claim number. Another 10 min wait and we are told to go upstairs. Another 10 min wait and we are told one of our bags was left at a RENTAL CAR COMPANY and to go there. We are currently stranded at rent a car with $40 in cab waiting fees. When the guy flies by with our bag out of his trunk he gives a shoddy "sorry, lots of bags" and does not even offer to take off a single bag charge. Disorganized, confused and rude. Your luggage is NOT SAFE with this company! Please be advised! Let your hotel handle it! read more

This worked surprisingly so well, here I am writing a review about it. The USO recommended the company and after scouting the other option at the airport we opted to give it a try. The guy answered the phone after 5-6 rings, we tell him we are near Starbucks and he is meeting us in minutes. Writes us a yellow voucher and receipt for the bags stored for the day. We tell him that we should be back to terminal 7, AA side by 9pm. We were few minutes early and he was already curbside waiting with the bags. Incredible, because honestly it does seem a bit sketchy, white van driving in circles around the airport picking up and dropping luggage. If the USO would recommend the service, it was worth the risk. This should go without saying but some people need a friendly reminder. Make sure to take your valuables with you in a daypack. I wouldn't leave my passport in a suitcase that they will store for x amount of hours or days. Cheers read more

Oh boy, if you ever wanted to waste your time, NOT be listened to on the phone and ultimately be called a LIER (this was the exact word the driver was using on the last phone call before hanging up), you've come to the right place! Sarcasm aside and backstory out: They claim to be where you are within minutes, found them on the internet and wanted to give it a try. Needless to say they wasted more than 20 minutes of my time until I finally gave up. Called them 3 times on the phone while waiting trying to exactly explain to them which terminal I arrived and what baggage claim carousel I was waiting at only to hear the guy babble something else and saying that he'll be right there without being specific about an ETA. At the final (and most offending phone call) he finally must have realized that he was heading to the wrong terminal (because he just wasn't listening all along) he had the nerve to call me a LIER straight out on the phone!!! That's certainly a first, there goes "customer is king". Anyways the whole story and business conduct made me really suspicious, who knows where our luggage would have ended up. We ended up using the slightly more expensive service right on the airport. It's all overpriced anyways, so you might as well waste your money on a more legit and serious place. Wonderful experience! Easy, affordable. I emailed the website for a quote and heard back from Dr. Bob that day. Outside of baggage claim/Customs we called, and were met within 2 minutes, handed over our bags, and were on our way! Happily found out that bags would be kept in climatized storage. Two weeks later we passed back through Honolulu and they were waiting for us at the appointed time (5 a.m.) in front of our departure airline. Would recommend and use again! read more

Terrible staff!! In the end the guy answering the phone actually said "FUCK YOU" at me. I couldn't believe he would say that to a customer. The airport crew gave me this number so that I could drop off my baggage during my short visit. Not knowing the details about the system regarding this service, I just told them where I was so then they would come and pick up my baggage. The accent was so difficult to understand, I kept asking back what he just said, and somehow that got to his nerves and started yelling at me. First I told him I was at baggage claim E but he thought I said I was at C instead and showed up there(10 minutes of waiting and I called back and found out). During the second call, he kept yelling that I was at baggage claim C or not and I kept telling him to come to E, but finally he just said "FUCK YOU" and hung up. Never use this company. We had a 4 day trip from Honolulu Airport to Maui, returning to Honolulu for a few days afterwards, and only wanted to bring one of our 2 cases. Called Aloha Airport Delivery and Storage, the driver met us at the terminal and picked up our bag within 5 minutes. Upon return, we called to get our bag back and it was with us in 10-15 minutes - the driver told us exactly where to meet him. Our luggage that had been stored was completely intact. Oahu is a stopover and not our final destination, so we did not want to lug the luggages for the next 4 days - these folks saved us from that for a very reasonable fee. Great service! I called their number and within 5 minutes there was a van pulling up to baggage claim to take my bags. They charged $40 for two large suitcases for two days. When we arrived back at HNL I called them and again, within 5 minutes the van pulled up with my luggage. Extremely convenient service! I will say that I was very skeptical at first as they arrived in a plain white van with no indication of their company or service on it. Also, they only accept cash and want to be paid upfront. I was a bit nervous about this and even took a few photos of the van and license plate just in case. Well, thank goodness my worries were unnecessary. What a near nightmare with kids crying and the airport police to the rescue! This service was recommended by a crony agent at United. Beware! We needed a couple hours of storage to visit Pearl Harbor and we used this service. First of all, there was only one official worker and he wore a black polo with the description "Hawaiian Baggage Storage." He had a id so we hapzardly took the chance. He never gave us any contact information and promised a return at 1:00 to the same location. When we arrived at 1:00, there was no sign of this hack and no one in United or airport baggage knew anything about this company. So after a half hour panick and desperate inquiry, we went to the airport police. They tracked this company down and had them drop off our bags pronto. The same slacker who took our bags showed up and acted like he never met us and it was someone else's fault. He claimed that we should have called when they never showed up. His contact information was never given. Bottom line is be weary, make sure you get specific contact information, and avoid this guy with the black polo shirt. read more

I used this service earlier this month and was very satisfied! My family and I spent three weeks in Oahu and then flew to the Big Island for 4 days. We had a ton of luggage (snorkel gear and boogie boards included) and only wanted to have 2 small bags for the short stay in Kona-Kailua. We called Aloha Airport Delivery and Storage and was happy to find out that they would store 1-4 bags for $20 for the first day and $5 for each additional day! We actually had 4 bags plus our Boogie Boards so it cost us $25 the first day and only $5 per day thereafter. We drove to the airport and called to have our bags picked up. The van was there in 5 minutes! The driver took our bags, tagged them and handed us the claim checks. When we flew back to Honolulu for our flight back to the mainland, we called and within 15 minutes the van pulled up right in front of the terminal with all our stored luggage. Easy and convenient! It was so nice to leave all the big bags behind and it saved us a ton on checked bag fees! What a great service! I would definitely recommend Aloha Airport Delivery and Storage. read more
