Brussel sprouts were outstanding. the double burger was too big for my wife, so i was pleased to finish it. the jalapeno burger, great. the not so good: counter person and other personnel great; the counter person did not know the product on menu. my wife burger, the one that i was fortunate enough to finish, the bun was a little chewey. Love these burgers. Had the Double Avocado Bacon burger to share and Smash Fries. Had a free drink on Yelp, but find it and the wonderful counterstaff, Karina believed me because I had my Yelp app on the counter. After our burger was served, Karina bought Brussel Sprouts compliments of her. They were fabulous This young lady insures her customers are taken of. I hope her Manager reads this review because Karina runs this place so well. He is in good hands. The restaurant was so clean, as well. Those Brussel Sprouts were dynamite. I ordered the classic double smash with regular smash fries. I haven't been back here in a couple years, and I was not disappointed. From what I distinctly remember, the rosemary fries, a.k.a. Smash Fries were some of the best fries I've ever tried. That statement still stands. The burger was perfectly seasoned, and the ingredients were very fresh. I think my only complaint was the amount of ranch I got in my little serving cup. I just wish I got a little more because the ranch was surprisingly really good. The total came out to 12.78, slightly lower than for example Whataburger with better quality. No reason the restaurant should be empty at 8:30pm. read more

Thursday night after the storm & being without power for a few hours, we took off to find dinner at 8:30pm! Smashburger had the shortest line around but definitely the best service! They closed their doors at 9:45pm and Ida attended to all her customers with a smile! We ordered 2 smashburgers, Garlic Rosemary wings, fries & an Oreo milkshake. Solid burger and haystack onions. Ingredients were fresh and the woman who took our order was pleasant & sweet. My son sat while I placed the order so I guessed at what side he'd want. Joining him at the table he mentioned he would have rather I had ordered the haystack onion rings vs: fries. Oops, guessed wrong. When my son's shake was delivered, I mentioned it to the waitress and asked if it was too late to change. This is a quick serve place & the order was already in flight. I had never eaten here before, but I had two gift cards I needed to use. So I went in on Monday afternoon and a young lady by the name of Keia and the shift manager by the name of Wendy helped me out. They were so patient with me as I was very indecisive and they even helped me download the SMASHBURGER app to earn and redeem points for free food. Excellent customer service. This was the worst smash burger experience I've ever had! This location has put a sour taste in my mouth for all locations. Walking in the store we were faced with about 8 dirty tables! They're obviously short staffed but the staffs attitude certainly projects that it's the guests fault. 2 crew members were working with ear buds in their ears. Super weird and unprofessional. The cashier Kevon was the absolute worst! I will NEVER come back to this location. He was sitting down upon me entering and made an exasperated sigh when he did decide to get up. He didn't greet me upon my approaching the register and just stared at me awkwardly. But, I still chose to be polite. He stood away from the cash register as I ordered with his hands on top of the countertop behind him. He looked like I was bothering him to even be there. Then, he was using obscenities and arguing with the female manager. I thought he was just rude and did this with every customer. But, I was utterly shocked to find out that was an incorrect assumption. He was soooo friendly to the white male customer that came in after me. I mean, greeted him and made recommendations it was a total 360 in the customer service I received. My recommendation to Smash Burger is if Kevon can't provide consistent and extraordinary customer service to everyone. Then maybe he shouldn't work there. I'm sure there are plenty of willing individuals who would appreciate this position during inflation. FYI, this was my first time ever stepping foot in Smash Burger, and the food was delicious. This was my first smash burger experience even though they're all around my family's house in Colorado. The employee warned me of the potential deception of the triple double burger and that it didn't have anything to do with the meat. It was the extra layers of cheese and. Abundance of toppings that allowed the burger to be very filling. I got the Baja burger which was jalapeños on top of a layer of cheese and coated with chipotle mayo. The burger had a lot of surface area and the jalapeño buns allowed the meat and cheese to hang over the edge. The patties were thin and didn't have juiciness that I expected for my long awaited visit. The flavors were good. The condiments are definitely needed on this burger to allow proper chewing and enjoyment. I paid $10 for the burger with an extra patty. Total weight of 10 oz. read more

My husband and I went to this location for lunch. We walked in and the 2 ladies up front were too busy to even greet us. One was on the phone with the speaker blaring. Finally a young man greeted us.
